Strategie vstupu na nové trhy / Strategy of Entering to New Markets

Posoldová, Michaela January 2017 (has links)
Diplomová práce obsahuje teoretické poznatky, analýzu vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí (Porterovu analýzu pěti sil, PEST analýzu, SWOT analýzu a marketingový výzkum) a návrhy řešení.

Hållbarhetsanalys av produktion avseende ekonomi och miljö : En fallstudie på ett tillverkningsföretag / Sustainability analysis of production regarding economy and environment : A case study of a manufacturing company

Wallström, Melker, Thörnblad, Daniel January 2021 (has links)
Achieving a sustainable production has become more important in the same phase as the environmental focus grows. Sustainable production means that you take into consideration the economical and environmental life cycle, that can be analyzed and measured with help from LCC (Life Cycle Cost) and LCA (Life Cycle Assessment). The purpose of this study has been to increase the understanding for how LCC and LCA can be used in order to improve the economical and environmental sustainability within manufacturing processes. The goal has been to identify weaknesses and improvement potential in order to strengthen sustainability. There has also been a purpose to create a template with the purpose to promote other companies to identify which factors need to be improved. Data has been collected through structured interviews and other documents from the studied company. Results and conclusions present that the studied company’s production is economically and environmentally sustainable but there is room for improvement.  The improvement suggestions that the authors have come up with is following: - Reduce costs by improving the flow within the production - Shorten the distance of transportation by choosing local suppliers - Choosing more environmentally friendly transportation.

Organizace a řízení výroby v podniku / Organization and management of production in selected enterprise

DRNOVÁ, Markéta January 2016 (has links)
The topic of my dissertation is "Organization and management of production in selected enterprise". The main goal of this dissertation is mapping of selected enterprise in one year period and obtain sufficient amount of information for future analysis and suggest possible improvements. The identification data, characteristic, products and services and production planning of selected enterprise are provided in introduction of practical part of this dissertation. Analysis of present state with mapping of present state for individually semi-finished products is introduced in the next part of dissertation. For analysis of present state was calculated VA index and for each semi-finished product was created diagram of material movement in next chapter. The goal of analyses and diagram is the finding of narrow spaces in the material flow. The target map of future state was created in the next part. This map is based on present map. The future map presents critical factors that need to be improved. Finally it defines a new VA index, which should be approach to the current state. The penultimate section includes recommendations methods and elements of lean production to the new production hall which the company wants to build. Among the recommended methods are mainly the 5S method, visualization, standardization, SMED and Bottleneck. The last chapter contains a number of measures. For example employee motivation, continuous improvement, personal responsibility, introduction of EDI and ergonomics which would lead to the improvement of the business this enterprise.

This work proposes a new formulation for both the conventional power flow and the optimal power flow formulation, in which the steady-state equations describing the primary and secondary frequency control in electrical power systems are included. The proposed power flow formulation is based on a flexible methodology for the representation of control devices. Such methodology incorporates equations that model control devices into the basic power flow formulation in polar coordinates, generating an augmented system of equations having order (2nb + nc). The developed power flow is able to estimate the system frequency deviation due to a load disturbance. On other hand, the proposed optimum power flow formulation is able to identify the minimum load shedding necessary to maintain the system frequency in an acceptable range of operation. The proposed OPF formulation includes additional equality and inequality constraints to represent the steady state primary frequency control as a function of the active power generation. The proposed development for the conventional power flow was made using the MATLAB® environment. The optimal power flow solution used a commercial optimization package called LINGO®. The evaluation of the proposed power flow and optimal power flow formulations were made through the study of small test systems and the New England test system. Validations of the frequency deviation analysis were made using the program ANATEM, developed by CEPEL. The results obtained show the advantages of using the proposed formulations.
