In my thesis I have solved the project of contract documents for a mid size municipal office. The typified design can be used repeatedly in the process of build-up . First, I have designed two alternates of dispositional solution. These alternates are processed in a ground plan in standard gauge 1:100. Both alternates have the same ground plan, the differences are only in the dispositional solution. After the discussion with the head of my thesis I chose the alternate {\clqq}A``. I elaborated the chosen alternate in the standard gauge 1:50 in the demanded extent. It is a two floor building which is based on a steel-concrete zone and is projected with the brick build system POROTHERM. The roof is made from prefabricated, timber, trussed rafter. It is a saddle roof with a slight declivity. The walls are lined with facing bricks, that give the building original and incommutable looks, which suits both, historical and modern development.

This diploma thesis addresses the layout of a universal factory building at a site on the development plan of the village of Dolní Bukovsko. At the beginning, the thesis deals with two design options. Subsequently, the project documentation of the universal factory building has been prepared for the building permit issue to the extent required for the declaration of a simple construction pursuant to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. on building documentation. The project reflects the current requirements for the installation of modern production technologies, the economic aspect of minimum building investment costs, and the operating costs optimization of the given production in a medium-sized factory building.

The aim of thesis is the characteristic of bulding controllegislation under the old Bulding Act No. 50/1976 Coll., by later regulations, which expired on 31 12th 2006 and the new Bulding Act No. 183/2006 Coll., by later regulations, effective from 1 1st 2007th. In the main section ( section six) is the specific tesearch andanalysis. The autor have focused on a factual office bulding, including a practical example, the family house. Offences againstthe bulding code are included in the next section of the thesis. Comparison with the other EU Memeber States (Slovak Republic) was compared to the Bulding Act of the Czech Republic and Slovakai. The problem of bulding management passed in recent years, many significant changes. The leasing of this is the Construction Act ? Act No. 183/2006 Coll. Planning Building Code, which came into effect on 1 1st 2007th. The aim of this newregulation should be primarily simplify the construction procedure However, more detailed look at the many changes in the law at lest controversial, or even been to complicate the current process.

5 Public participation on the decision-making procedure regarding the environment protection is a very important aspect within the building-permitting process. In this thesis, I focus particularly on the public participation in the form of associations through the entire permitting procedure of the structures. The desired goal of this thesis is to analyse the current Czech legislation including with a preview to the international legislation regarding the two fundamental rights: right to information and right to participation. I analyse the actual state of the association participation within the procedure using the relevant case-law. Above all, I aim to the comparison of the current need of such extensive rights to participation against the preservation of the interest of the environment protection and public monitoring function which is definitely important within any procedure. Finally, I am reaching the opinion that the structure-permitting procedure is unnecessarily complicated which can't be a benefit for the public nor the investors. In my opinion, the entire procedure should greatly simplify and the cooperation between the public and the investors should be carried out in a different manner.

The aim of this thesis is to analyse selected amendments of The Building Savings Act No. 96/1993 of the Legal Code. It concerns the amendments that affected the system of building savings in a fundamental way, resp. they have been able to affect it. In its 8 chapters, the thesis deals with the original legislation on building savings, its place within the context of the Czech legal system, basic terminology of building savings and the contentious questions that arise from them. They are put in the context of both the historical and the current legislations, including not only re-codification of the Civil Law but also so called The Mortgage Directive 2014/17/EU. To illustrate this, it is used also selected court rulings concerning building savings, charts and tables. The whole issue is assessed from the qualitative point of view - while taking into account a 2012 amendment that has not been implemented. With the view of the lack of the specialist literature, it is used mainly texts of the related acts and casual reports as well as the wealth of experience I have gained during my many years at work. The result of this thesis is a summary of the key amendments of the building savings legislation in the Czech Republic and incorporation of building savings into the legal and economic contexts. In the following part is analyzed the current market situation and market development of housing loans in the Czech Republic including the factors influencing this development. In the last part are compared different types of the hans using a model example. In comparison are included fees relating to loans and interest rates, which are published on the official website of selected companies.
