The tesis is analyzing the establishing situation of the Českomoravská stavební spořitelna in the year 1993. In the theoretical part are pointed out the basic methods necessary to observe during the establishment of a corporation. The metods are e.g. PEST analysis, SWOT analysis or the style of strategic enter on the market. In the practical part are analyzed the real conditions during the establisment of the ČMSS. In the conclusion is summarized the comparison of the theoretical and practical part and is pointed out that not every establishment follows above recommended metods.

Individual products are compared according to the selected criteria, that have major impact on decision about the appropriate way of own living financing.. On the base of the results the recommendations for own living financing in present mortgage market in the Czech Republic are provided.

This thesis deals with marketing used on the Czech market of roofing products and with all aspects of consumers' behavior during the choosing and roofing of the roof. Czech roofing market is a global mixture of many inter-relations among different distribution channels on the production and selling part on one hand and specifying and installing part on the other hand. The thesis deals with also all parts of the 4P and 4C models used by producers of roofing materials and with 4P model of other distribution channels -- resellers and installers. Quantitative survey on roofers and qualitative survey on roofers and resellers of roofing materials confirmed, that roofer is the closest professional to investor while his decision process. As such, he has big influence on his decision and is able to change his mind and final decision. Local presence of the reseller is crucial for the buying of goods at the respective point of sale. There are differences in used roofing materials depending on the region of the Czech Republic. The difference could be given by historical habit, or by influence and knowledge of the brand of roofing material in the respective region or by technical performance of the roofing material, which is requested due to weather conditions in respective parts of the country. All distribution channels on the Czech roofing market use marketing methods to achieve their goals by selling roofing products and with it linked services.

The topic of my thesis is Development of the financial products for the home financing and the analysis in the Czech market. My thesis is primary occupied with mortgages loans. First part is focused on the explanation of basic terms conectedted with mortgages and credits from the building society account. Then I describe the hole credit procedure from the client's point of view, conditions of credit assignment and costs connected with the credit. Next teoretical part concerns about the development of the mortgage market in the Czech republice and possible changes in the market in the future. Practical part of my thesis consists of the analysis of three banks in the czech market-KB, ČSOB and mBank. I tried to compare offeres of mortgages loans, mortgages loans with insurance in case of incapability and the combinaton mortgage loan with regular credit from the building society account thanks to RPSN and chose the best solution.

The thesis is focused on analysis of motivation of employees in the construction company. The aim is to elaborate the theoretical ground, further to analyze motivational environment in the construction company and to evaluate the use of factors of motivation. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The first part deals with theoretical basis of the topic like motivation in general, further with motivation of employees. These points are the basis for research of motivation of employees in the construction company. Through the survey are identified factors which influence employee motivation the most. There are specified seven areas and 22 factors of motivation. The main section of this thesis is the practical research and its evaluation. Through the results are identified problem areas of motivation and formulated recommendations to improve motivation of employees. The conclusion of this thesis could be the basis for developing an appropriate motivational program that is not yet established in the construction company.

Another part illustrates building loans statistics, which may be perceived as a rival product for home financing.
