The purpose of my thesis is to analyze the legal regulation of the public law contract on realization of the structure, which can be concluded under the Section 116 of the Building Act with the approval of the respective authorities between the building office and the developer and the summary building permit proceedings under the Section 117 of the Building Act, which consists in a concluded contract on making a check of the design documentation for the structure between the developer and an authorized inspector. The main aim of the reform of public administration is among others to democratize and more privatize the building permit proceeding and create the alternatives to the classical building permit proceeding. These alternatives are above mentioned the public law contract on realization of the structure and the summary building permit proceedings. The both institutes are capable to replace the building permit. The other purpose of my thesis is to point out shortcomings in the current legislation in connection with the proposed amendment to the Building Act. This degree thesis deals with administrative torts and misdemeanours according to the construction law in the Czech Republic. First, the paper describes in general the development of imposition of administrative sanctions together with legislation currently in force, focusing on individual facts of administrative torts and misdemeanours according to the construction law. In compliance with its objective the degree thesis is focused namely on the legislation in force, basic principles and rules of administrative proceeding, application of relevant legal regulations and procedures within administrative proceedings differentiated according to the nature of the person being sentenced. The procedures and possible decisions in administrative proceedings are presented in the thesis both from the view of the first-instance authority and the appellate authority, including other methods of defence against decisions issued. Based on the data obtained from employees of building authorities the degree thesis also describes the development of behaviour of persons in the Region of Pilsen while respecting the construction law and summarizes the problems occurring in administrative proceedings. It also follows up the relations of administrative proceedings and factors causing infringement of the construction law and offers possible solutions for better general awareness of the existence of legal regulations and possible sanctions imposed for the breach thereof.

This thesis deals with the issue of subcontracting model of financial management and its impact on the economy of the construction enterprise. The aim of this work is to set up management of the building contract from the financial management of subcontracts with influence on the overall management of construction enterprise. The output of this work is a model that will point to the financial management of construction contracts regard to the management of construction enterprise.

In a few chapters, the construction management process in a specific construction company is described and analyzed together with explanation of the main definitions of connected to this topic. The work is focused on defining the methodology expert procedures for detecting defects in the project documentation in 1949. No legislation or literature this issue far more does not, it is a specific area that the project documentation defects generally are. The methods of the research study; analysis of documents; classification; Analysis - synthesis; induction - deduction; abstraction; comparison (comparison) case studies. Dissertation is focused on creating a systematic procedure for processing expertise, assessing defects in the design documentation in a limited period from 1880 to 1949.

This master´s thesis analyses the importance of living in own property, the possibilities of financing, especially construction saving loans and mortgages. I mention the current situation on the market of loans and mortgages and the estate market. In second part i describe the work of financial advisor and i include offered products, i suggest to clients the best possibilities of how to finance their property. I suggest options, compare them and recommend the most convenient one.

This thesis is focused on the evaluation of suitable alternatives for funding of own housing for specific model examples of clients and purposes. In the theoretical part there are defined the concepts associated with mortgages and building savings. The theoretical part is focused on the current trend in the market of mortgage financing in the Czech Republic. It also contains a prediction of further developments in the field of loan financing. This diploma thesis deals with the financing options of housing in the Czech Republic with the focus on building society saving accounts and mortgage loans. At first, it explains the basic parameters of these products. Then, the second part is aimed at the possibilities of credit products offered on the market. Finally, the third part shows the representative example of a family and it suggests a possible way to finance their own housing on the basis of assessment of major advantages and disadvantages of credit types.

First section describes the construction, building company and its surroundings. Than it deals with theories of associates leadership and management and employee motivation theories. In the practical part it examines to what extent the specificity of construction reflects in the personal and professional relationships among colleagues.
