The thesis focuses on motivation and stimulation of workers and employees in a specific company. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical part. The first part contains theoretical basis related to the topic of motivation and stimulation. In the practical part of the stated evaluation of the current situation in the company and at the base of the results was made a proposal on improving the current motivation system and increase the satisfaction of workers.

The Subject of this thesis is the issue of motivation and evaluation of employees in the company The Railway Infrastructure Administration, state organization. The work is divided into three parts. The first part analyzes theoretical concepts and theoretical background which are needed to process for preparation of other two parts. The second analytic part includes the analysis, which are necessary information about the company and there is also covered the motivational system of the company in detail. The main point is the reset of the survey, which serves as the main basis for the last part. The last practical part includes a few proposals of improvements of the motivation system and their appreciation, according to the results of the research.

Diploma thesis deals with motivation and evaluation of employees in VIA ALTA, Public Limited Company. The first part analyzes concepts and theoretical knowledge of the issue which are important to next step. The analytic part focuses on the company, describes functioning system of motivation, remuneration and evaluation of employees. Title of thesis: Source analysis and comparation of Feldenkrais inspired movement and visual stimulation using sLORETA Objectives: The thesis aim is to evaluate intracerebral source activity during a simple arm movement inspired by Feldenkrais method and to compare it with a visual stimulation of the same movement presented in a clip and with an imagination of the same movement. The movement inspired by Feldenkrais method was simplified to a repeated flexion of the dominant arm. Source analysis was evaluated from EEG and processed using sLORETA program, Methods: To obtain the data, experimental group was put together containing 12 participants aged 22-60, (mean = 27.2), both genders included. Participants were subjected to one-off measurement by the EEG instrument. Feldenkrais inspired movement of a flexion of a dominant upper right arm was investigated. The experiment constisted of six parts: 1. native EEG record with eyes closed and open, 2. active flexion of the dominant upper arm with eyes closed, 3. active flexion of the dominant upper arm with eyes opened, 4. watching video presenting repeated upper arm flexion, 5. dominant upper arm flexion imagination with eyes closed. The aim of the dissertation entitled Neuro-Developmental Stimulation in special education teachers work is to explain a lesser-known phenomenon (persistent primary reflexes and sensory-sensitive integration disorders in children) to determine the prevalence of persistent primary reflexes in pupils from 5 to 8 years and verify effectiveness of the method Neuro- Developmental Stimulation as a possible intervention program for special educators. The theoretical basis is current knowledge about psychomotorics, primary reflexes, sensory perception and sensory-sensitive integration. The main part of the work is research into the prevalence of persistent primary reflexes. The research group consists 345 pupils from 5 to 8 years of age attending regular kindergartens and primary schools and 26 pupils aged 8 to 11 years attending a primary school established pursuant to Section 16, Paragraph 9 of the Czech Education law. Intervention by the Neuro-Developmental Stimulation method is verified in a case study. Sepsis is the most common cause of death in the intensive care units worldwide. Despite the undeniable progress in pre- and clinical research, the effective causal therapeutic strategy still does not exist. Given to extremely complex and heterogenic host response to presence of infection, the paradigm "one disease, one drug" is obviously flawed and combination of multiple targets that involves early immunomodulation and cellular protection are needed. Cellular therapy using mesenchymal stem cells represents strategy that brought positive results in experiments with rodent septic models. Part of this thesis is dedicated to evaluation of safety and efficacy of stem cells intravenous administration to well-established large animal model of progressive peritoneal sepsis. Affecting of the neuroinflammatory reflex through the vagus nerve stimulation showed potential to attenuate sepsis in rodents. Rest of the text is dedicated to evaluation of vagus nerve stimulation effectivity in our model. Summery The underlying mechanisms of weight gain and other affective and cognitive changes after initiation of deep brain stimulation in Parkinson's disease are still unclear. Considering the functional organization within the subthalamic nucleus (STN); limbic, associative and sensorimotor regions residing in the medial, central and later STN respectively, we hypothesized that weight gain may be related to medial localization of stimulation, while motor improvement may be related to lateral localization of stimulation within the STN (study 1). We further hypothesized that stimulation close to the limbic and associative part of the STN may be associated with negative impact on limbic system leading to enhanced anxiety and changes in the hypothalamic- pituitary- adrenal axis (HPA)(study 2).
