The thesis deals with problems of agile methodologies in the settings of virtual teams. It begins with the description of virtual teams and their models and deals with both theoretical and practical aspects of mutual communication of their team members. The thesis follows with general characteristics of agile approach and their demonstration on representative methodologies. One of them (methodology Scrum) is described in detail in the next chapter and linked with possibilities of its deployment within virtual teams. Practical part of the thesis deals with the design and implementation of a software application that is focused on effective communication support of virtual teams that utilize Scrum. Deployment of this application is discussed within a case study of a real project which team faced problems of agile software development in the settings of virtual team on a daily basis.

The final part of the work is focused on recommendations for the club.

Téma: Porovnání potřeby sounáležitosti ve zdravotnickém týmu na jednotkách intenzivní péče a standardních odděleních. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit míru uspokojení potřeby sounáležitosti ve zdravotnickém týmu na jednotkách intenzivní péče a standardních odděleních. Ve své teoretické části se zabývám podrobným rozborem potřeby sounáležitosti. Charakterizuji problematiku lidských potřeb a jejich důležitost při působení v pracovním kolektivu na jednotkách intenzivní péče a standardních odděleních. Poukazuji na příčiny a projevy frustrace této potřeby. Zabývám se fluktuací zdravotnických pracovníků a pohlížím na narušení potřeby sounáležitosti, jako na jeden z důvodu proč sestry mění pracovní místa. Praktická část práce je zpracována formou kvantitativního výzkumu. Metodou dotazníkového šetření jsem získala data od 142 respondentů (všeobecných sester, sanitářů, fyzioterapeutů ve fakultních a krajských nemocnicích). V dotazníku jsem sledovala tyto oblasti: základní faktografické údaje, frustraci potřeby sounáležitosti a její projevy, důvody fluktuace, motivaci v pracovním kolektivu. Zpracováním dat jsem došla k závěru, že sestry znají význam výrazu potřeba sounáležitosti. Subjektivně více vnímají frustraci sounáležitosti zdravotničtí pracovníci ze standardních oddělení než zdravotníci z jednotek...

This thesis is focused on the organization of interdisciplinary teamwork in the field of psychosomatic medicine at specialized clinics in Bavaria. The main objective is to describe the system of organization and management of local teams and principles that constitute the teamwork in the psychosomatic field. The paper consists of two parts, theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part deals with team and teamwork defintion, as well as its characteristics in health care and in multidisciplinary (interdisciplinary) teams with regard to the specifics of their management. Multidisciplinary teams and interprofessional cooperation is discussed in relation to the field of psychosomatic medicine. A summary of the current basis of psychosomatic medicine in the context of medical education, legislation and the health care system in the Federal Republic of Germany and the Czech Republic follows. The system of the field of psychosomatic medicine in Germany is one of the main reasons why the empirical part is focused on the German environment of psychosomatic practice. The dissertation deals with the particularities of a mutual cooperation of hearing and deaf employees of the institution Tichý svět, o.p.s. The dissertation is divided into the theoretical and the application part. The theoretical part is dedicated for the theme of the culture in the general concept, the culture of the organisation, and culture of the deafs. The thesis also deals with diversity management and communication in organizational management, focusing on communication in the intercultural team and description of the deaf communication systems. The theoretical part focuses, in its conclusion, on the team and teamwork, on conflicts and their solutions in the cotext of diversity management. The objective of the application part was to analyze situations where there is a misunderstanding between the hearing and the deaf employees of the organization and to describe the specifics of this cooperation. At the end of the thesis the finding are discussed and recommendations made for the organization, which are aimed to avoid misunderstanding.
