The thesis deals with problems of agile methodologies in the settings of virtual teams. It begins with the description of virtual teams and their models and deals with both theoretical and practical aspects of mutual communication of their team members. The thesis follows with general characteristics of agile approach and their demonstration on representative methodologies. One of them (methodology Scrum) is described in detail in the next chapter and linked with possibilities of its deployment within virtual teams. Practical part of the thesis deals with the design and implementation of a software application that is focused on effective communication support of virtual teams that utilize Scrum. Deployment of this application is discussed within a case study of a real project which team faced problems of agile software development in the settings of virtual team on a daily basis.

The thesis focuses on the current marketing strategy of the professional hockey club HC Vítkovice Ridera with the aim of proposing changes in the marketing strategy that the club could use in the coming season. Based on theoretical knowledge, a situation analysis is developed, which evaluates the current state. This analysis is then supported by a questionnaire survey. The final part of the work is focused on recommendations for the club.

The Master´s thesis deals with specifics of personal leadership or management in companies with advanced technologies, called high-tech. Using questionnaire investigation in addition to structured interview is analyzed situation in personal area in the high-tech company . Theoretical part defines high-tech sector, describes activities and purpose of personal unit and modern conception of development of human resources. Below is entertained about influence of corporate culture on the strategy of human ressource development. The diploma thesis focuses on project management – managing of software development activities. It explains a basic terms of given issue and it also deals with advantages and disadvantages of some known practices and methods which are often followed when developing software. The practical part includes an analysis and evaluation of concrete project. This project is then the base for designing an optimization of software development methodology. Designed optimization will be able to help manage similar projects in future.

The main goal of this thesis is to design concept of creating business team and increase motivation of each member of business team. The analysis of procedure of creating the business team will be used for accomplishment the research project. The motivation of the businessmen will be evaluated by the chosen criteria. Further will be designed the way of leading the business teams to better results. On the basis of the analasis will be processed strengths and weaknesses of the concept of creating each teams and will be designed the way, how will be better culture in the team, how can the team reach better results and how to more involve each businessman to the team goals.

Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit míru uspokojení potřeby sounáležitosti ve zdravotnickém týmu na jednotkách intenzivní péče a standardních odděleních. Ve své teoretické části se zabývám podrobným rozborem potřeby sounáležitosti. Charakterizuji problematiku lidských potřeb a jejich důležitost při působení v pracovním kolektivu na jednotkách intenzivní péče a standardních odděleních. Poukazuji na příčiny a projevy frustrace této potřeby. Zabývám se fluktuací zdravotnických pracovníků a pohlížím na narušení potřeby sounáležitosti, jako na jeden z důvodu proč sestry mění pracovní místa. Praktická část práce je zpracována formou kvantitativního výzkumu. Metodou dotazníkového šetření jsem získala data od 142 respondentů (všeobecných sester, sanitářů, fyzioterapeutů ve fakultních a krajských nemocnicích). V dotazníku jsem sledovala tyto oblasti: základní faktografické údaje, frustraci potřeby sounáležitosti a její projevy, důvody fluktuace, motivaci v pracovním kolektivu. Zpracováním dat jsem došla k závěru, že sestry znají význam výrazu potřeba sounáležitosti. This thesis is focused on the organization of interdisciplinary teamwork in the field of psychosomatic medicine at specialized clinics in Bavaria. The main objective is to describe the system of organization and management of local teams and principles that constitute the teamwork in the psychosomatic field. The paper consists of two parts, theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part deals with team and teamwork defintion, as well as its characteristics in health care and in multidisciplinary (interdisciplinary) teams with regard to the specifics of their management. Multidisciplinary teams and interprofessional cooperation is discussed in relation to the field of psychosomatic medicine. A summary of the current basis of psychosomatic medicine in the context of medical education, legislation and the health care system in the Federal Republic of Germany and the Czech Republic follows. The system of the field of psychosomatic medicine in Germany is one of the main reasons why the empirical part is focused on the German environment of psychosomatic practice. The results of this thesis bring a model of the teamwork at psychosomatic clinics in Bavaria, which the Czech environment can be inspired by in its concept and can build on the major discovered principles of teamwork. The dissertation deals with the particularities of a mutual cooperation of hearing and deaf employees of the institution Tichý svět, o.p.s. The dissertation is divided into the theoretical and the application part. The theoretical part is dedicated for the theme of the culture in the general concept, the culture of the organisation, and culture of the deafs. The thesis also deals with diversity management and communication in organizational management, focusing on communication in the intercultural team and description of the deaf communication systems. The theoretical part focuses, in its conclusion, on the team and teamwork, on conflicts and their solutions in the cotext of diversity management. The objective of the application part was to analyze situations where there is a misunderstanding between the hearing and the deaf employees of the organization and to describe the specifics of this cooperation. At the end of the thesis the finding are discussed and recommendations made for the organization, which are aimed to avoid misunderstanding. (in English): My thesis refers to social work in hospitals through the eyes of helping professions in the territory of the Prague capital. The thesis is more specifically related to the health-social work which is considered a subdiscipline of social work. The aim of the thesis is to obtain the view of the employees of the assisting professions who work in hospitals on social work and, as such, work of health-social employees. The entire thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part introduces readers to the profession of social work, its ethics and values. This part presents the social worker, his qualifications and job description. Next, it deals with the quality of social work and shortly presents Quality Standards of social services and provides the insight into the historical background of social work. The second chapter deals with social work in the health sector, its legislative framework, health-social worker - his qualifications, job description and competences. The diploma thesis on the topic Special pedagogical support in the field of work training of persons with multiple disabilities aims to clarify the issue of work training of students of the One-Year Practical School and the Two-Year Practical School and their subsequent employment. The work is divided into several parts, the theoretical part is focused on information from professional publications and electronic sources, which describes the basics of this issue, which is an integral part of the topic. Furthermore, the theoretical work reveals the definition of the term person with disabilities, the specification of multiple disabilities and related terms such as education of people with multiple disabilities, vocational training and employment. It also describes the possibilities of connecting social services with education, social services that students can use within the Arpida Center. The practical part of this diploma thesis was divided into two parts.
