Návrh změn konceptu motivačního systému v podniku / Concept for Motivational System Change in a Company

Danielová, Magda January 2014 (has links)
The aim of the Master's thesis is the proposal changes in the current system of employee motivacion. The theoretical part focuses on personal management, motivation, relationships between motivation and job satisfaction. It also concern with types of employee benefits. The practical part analyzes and evaluates existing system of employee benefits. There are established employee benefits that the company provides. Based on the survey's staff assessed the current system of employee motivation in a company. In conclusion, the data are obtained for design changes in the motivation of employees.

Motivace a evaluace zaměstnanců / Motivation and Evaluation of Employees

Ocelíková, Klára January 2015 (has links)
The theoretical part of the master thesis focuses on a detailed description of all issues related to the given subject. The practical part shows an analysis of the current situation in the field of employee motivation and appraisal at Zebra Technologies. The aim of the thesis is to propose appropriate changes based on the theoretical knowledge and the survey results. These changes shall lead to increasing employee motivation and shall help improve non-financial employee appraisal system. The thesis was processed for the local HR department and will be used as a groundwork for possible changes at the branch in the Czech Republic.

Aplikace Voronoiových diagramů v plánování dráhy robotu / Application of Voronoi Diagrams in Robot Motion Planning

Pich, Václav January 2008 (has links)
This diploma project is focused on possible applications of computational geometry methods for robot motion planning among static and dynamic obstacles, particularly based on global robot motion planning by means of generalised Voronoi diagrams. The main effort was to convert this complex geometric and analytic problem to graph theory environment where the tasks of planning and searching paths between pairs of the graph vertices are effeciently solvable. The Voronoi diagram is created considering the whole searching space, while edges of this diagram satisfy that the distance from the surrounding obstacles is maximised and the path found along the Voronoi diagram edges is optimised from the point of view of its security (and it is collision-free).

Stirlingův motor / Stirling Engine

Blaha, Josef January 2008 (has links)
This dissertation discusses Stirling’s cycle and its contribution using different approaches. There are calculation of Schmidt’s theory and distinctiveness between ideal and real cycle described. Based on my previous research, this work provides a detailed summary of different methods which are used to stimulate Stirling’s cycles as well as the motor as a whole. Attention is particularly dedicated to current utilization of this machine which is not broadly known within general public.

Indikace tlaku ve válcích modelu Stirlingova motoru / Measurement of Stirling engine

Kovář, Michal January 2009 (has links)
This thesis describes the design chain to indicate the measuring cylinder Stirling engine. It describes the practical problems of measurement methodology and highlights the possible pitfalls of the measuring chain. For measuring the use of pre-existing model of gamma Stirling engine modification. It was carried out systematic measurement and evaluation of measured data. As a mathematical model for comparison with the measured data was used ideal cycle and Schmidt theory.

Použití nelineární teorie nosné čáry při aerodynamickém návrhu kluzáku / Non-linear lifting line theory application to glider aerodynamic design

Schoř, Pavel January 2011 (has links)
This master thesis shows, how can be the modified lifting line theory used for preliminary glider design an for wing loads determination. It is shown, that relatively accurate results can be obtained at less computational cost in comparison with CFD methods

Deformační, napjatostní a pevnostní analýza kuličkového ložiska s uvažováním kontaktních podmínek / Strain, stress and strength analysis of the ball bearing considering the contact conditions

Prášil, Jiří January 2011 (has links)
Motivation of this master‘s thesis is solution of practical problem of the newly developed slewing ring for tram Škoda, type: 15T. Next impulse for thesis creation was the possibility to extend product range of roller bearing ZKL. There is processed strain – stress analysis of bearing inner design making use the finite element method (FEM). Obtained results are compared with classic approach based on the Hertz theory. Important aim of this work is three main parameters optimal establishment: rolling element diameter, arrangement radius and number of rolling elements. Optimization job is realized by solutions of direct tasks with different parameters. With regard to necessity of detailed stress analysis and conservation of reasonable computational time it was chosen approach of combination global and local FEM model. It was used pre/postprocessor PATRAN and solver MARC for solution of strain and stress analysis. Analytic solution was accomplished in software EXCEL.

Modely stochastického programování pro inženýrský návrh / Stochastic Programming for Engineering Design

Hrabec, Dušan January 2011 (has links)

Entita / Entity

Jindra, Jakub Unknown Date (has links)

Aplikace teorie chaosu na Elliottovy vlny / Application of Chaos Theory to Elliott Wave

Loukotková, Veronika January 2012 (has links)
This diploma thesis compares chaos theory with Elliott wave theory in order to find out whether there is an agreement in the area of prediction. Such formulation of main problem is considered original, new and pioneering issue. By solving an indirect problem of deterministic chaos, existence of the chaos was not proved in a respective time series. The possibility to predict future development of this time series in a short-term period was considered impossible with respect of chaos theory results. Nevertheless, subsequent prediction that used Elliott wave theory showed to be precise. Finally, agreement of both theories was not confirmed. The diploma thesis proved that knowledge of Elliott wave theory and ability to interpret it correctly is a valuable means of prediction.
