In the introduction there are discussed theoretical knowledge concerning the motivation, stimulation, handling, motivation of individuals and others. There are mentioned world´s renowned authors of motivational theories, their specific theories of motivation, recommendations and strategies in motivation of managers. In the context of the work there are mentioned characteristics of the company, questionnaire survey and analysis of contemporary status in the company. At the end there are brought up problematical areas and proposed recommendations and ways to improve current situation in the company. This thesis was made for being used as a supportive material, which contains basic information that allow orientation in problems of work motivation and increase of work efficiency.
