This study aimed to study the the relatively unexplored field of e-sport within journalism. This was achieved by conducting a quantitative content analysis of publicised textual material on the Swedish newspapers Aftonbladet and Expressen’s websites. The subject of analysis was to define how texts touching the topic of e-sport looked like in terms of, content, placing, tone, framing of e-sport as a professional area or an leisure activity and the general topic in focus. Material for this study was chosen by a systematic sampling of every third text produced by each newspaper during the years of 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. From the selected searchterms 564 publisiced texts were found which amounted to 191 text distributed over both newspapers and every year. After the initial analysis of the results a comparison between the newspapers and years was performed to determine if there is differences and variance in the reporting.   The results of this study shows that texts touching the topic of e-sports were mostly categorized under the category of Sports, were written by the newspaper in question, contained a medium to large amout of signs or word and were written as in the form of a news article. At the same time the tone towards e-sport was mosly neutral and the newspapers framed e-sport as a professional area with topic in focus being individual characters in the stories. While there was differences between the the newspaper they were mostly small with the exeption of topic in focus where Expressen focused on individual characters and Aftonbladet stories about matches and what happened during them. During the years small differences in the reporting occured but they were mosly related to 2017 who, in realation to the other years and values, had a lower amout of texts categorized under the term sport, less material produced by the newspaper in question, less texts in the form of news articles, less of a neutral tone and framed less towards e-sport as a professional area.

The complete genomic sequence of Rhizobium leguminosarum ATCC 14479 has been determined. Its genome size is 7,935,223 base-pairs of DNA (bp). This multipartite genome contains 5 distinct replicons: a chromosome of 4,883,137 bp and four mega-plasmids of size 1,234,209 bp, 415,988 bp, 771,583 bp, and 630,306 bp. In silico (literally: on computer) analysis was done on the complete genome to detect genes relating to iron metabolism by bacteria. Seven iron-related operons and genes were found: nodulation genes, the Tol operon, the hmuPSTUV operon, iron response regulator genes, the cycHJKL operon, genes for bacterial cyclic glucans, and vicibactin genes.

Cette recherche vise à présenter les grandes lignes des théories qui ont essayé de regrouper et de catégoriser les échelles dans la musique arabe du Machreq depuis le début du 20ème siècle jusqu’à nos jours.De plus, la recherche divise les théories de la catégorisation des échelles musicales arabes du Machreq en deux doctrines : les « théories actuelles » et la théorie de Muhammad SALÂH AL-DÎN.La recherche fait aussi une comparaison entre ces deux théories en présentant leurs points de différence et ceux de convergence.D’ailleurs, cette recherche propose une nouvelle approche de la catégorisation des échelles dans la musique arabe du Machreq. Cette nouvelle approche est basée principalement sur les principes de « la périodicité d’échelles ».De plus, Cette recherche discute les questions relatives au sujet des armatures d’échelles avec les quarts de ton. / This research aims at presenting the outlines of the theories which have tried to collect and to categorize the scales in the Arabic music of the Mashreq since the beginning of the 20th century till nowadays.Moreover, the research divides the theories of the categorization of the Arabic musical scales of the Mashreq into two doctrines: the « actual theories » and the theory of Muhammad SALÂH AL-DÎN.The research also compares these two theories by presenting their points of difference and those of convergence.Besides, this research comes up with a new approach of the categorization of the scales in the Arabic music of the Mashreq. This new approach is principally based on the principles of “the periodicity of scales”.Moreover, this research discusses les questions relative to the subject of the key-signatures with the quarter-tones.
