The master's thesis deals with the aggregate reviews of the financial situation of one company. The assessment of the efficiency of the company is based on data and economic indicators analyzing. These economic and financial indicators are after then analyzed by statistical analysis. From the knowledge of historical data are forecasting preconditions for the future of the company. The last part of the master's thesis contains some possible resolutions, which use lead to improve financial situation of the company and increase of effectiveness and objectivity of planning in the company.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the financial efficiency of company Daikin Device Czech Republic for the period betwen years 2006 – 2009. By using the methods of financial analyses I evaluate the current situation and propose suggestion for improvement. The first part is theoretical and explains all related terms and sources that are later used in practical part. The practical part of the thesis starts with analysis of outside and inside factors, and subsequently is followed by the evaluation of the financial indicators and financial efficiency and the summary. In final part of this work I suggest some proposals that could lead to the improvement of the current situation of the company.

This master thesis deals with a proposal of a model for a company’s creditability evaluation from a view of a creditor using artificial intelligence. The model is developed in MS Office Excel and MathWorks Matlab utilizing the fuzzy logic theory.

The Master´s thesis is concerned with an analysis of financial statements of a selected stock company using statistical methods and further comparisons with two major branch competitors. On the basis of the previous steps is settled comprehensive assessment of the current situation and future strategic steps are proposed. These steps are supposed to bring an economical growth to the company. The work is built up on the necessary theoretical economic and strategic backgrounds.

This thesis is focused on the use of time series and other statistical methods as a tool for examining the financial performance and financial position of the selected company. The aim is to assess the current situation of the company and on the basis of these results, draw conclusions and propose steps to improve the situation. Projections for future years will be based on knowledge of historical data.

This thesis deals with the external financing of venture capital at selected enterprises in the Czech Republic. In the first chapter, theoretical bases of a venture capital will be issued from several perspectives of different authors and the principles, and corporate financing of venture capital will be subsequently explained. This chapter also describes the significance of venture capital as an alternative source of corporate financing in the Czech Republic in the context of European development and the basis for evaluation of the impact of venture capital on individual companies. In the analytical part, selected companies will be presented, and the results of the financial analysis for each year in the periods before, during the cooperation between the investor and the enterprise, and the venture investor withdrawal. Based on the results of the financial analysis and the analysis of the monitored period, economic development of selected enterprises will be compared, and the evaluation of whether a selected form of financing for the company was chosen appropriately or not, will be done. Eventually, possible ways of dealing with problematic situations will be determined.

This Diploma thesis deals with the management of the development company Akro Real a.s., whose core business is development of small and medium-sized projects in the residential and commercial construction area. The thesis also includes a proposal of recommended measures to maintain or improve the current financial state.

The diploma thesis evaluates economic status of selected company by analysis of main financial indicators. The analysis is made by regression analysis method and forecast of time series is made by using selected regression function. The thesis result is evaluation of executed analysis and list of recommendations for improvement of the current economic company status.

This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the economic situation of ZLKL, s. r. o. using statistical methods. Primarily the thesis proceeds from financial records of the company which are put through the financial analysis. On the basis of its results the statistical analysis of chosen indicators is then accomplished. Using statistical methods it tries to analyse the development of each indicator, its trend, and to predict its future development. In the last part of the thesis, there is the evaluation of each indicator, and the formulation of suggestions and recommendations by whose implementation the company should achieve the bigger financial stability and the long-term stable management.
