This thesis primarily deals with financial analysis of selected tourism company, the haulier company concerning on the area of incoming -- 493 Servis, s.r.o. The financial analysis should allow getting closer information about economic and financial health of the company. In the introduction of the thesis there is more than just this one aim settled. The additional aims concern the methodology and the area of transportation. The theoretical part summarizes the facts regarding the financial analysis and subsequently defined the area of tourism enterprises, focusing on the area of transportation. Knowledge summarized in the theoretical part is applied on the company 493 Servis, s.r.o. in the practical part since the practical part of the thesis includes the specification of the company, external financial analysis based on company financial statements and partial internal analysis based on the internal documentation. The financial analysis is enriched of graphical material. The summary of assumptions which are derived from the character of the analyzed company and their fulfilment based on analysis is the part of the evaluation. The evaluation also summarizes the factors which could cause distortion. Thanks to the concrete outputs, the thesis could be useful within the area of decision making for management of the company analysed.

The main topic of diploma thesis is evaluation of the financial situation of company NICOTRANS, Inc. in years 2006 až 2009 from the viewpoint of external evaluator with the aim to analyzing financial health of the company and point out possibly problematic areas within the financial management of organization. The author formulates detailed analysis according to the methods of financial analyses for every part of the company.The last chapter of the practical part of the diploma thesis is devoted to calculation of the indicator Economic Value Added (EVA) as the indicator for evaluating the efficiency of company, revealing if the company is generating any added value to its owners or not. For the calculation, will be applied the methodology of Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the meaning of reported data for users. The evaluation is based on the analysis of the accounting data of P Z P MERLIN s.r.o. The diploma thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is elaborated according to specialized literary publications and sources, which are focused on controlling, reporting, reporting users, information sources for reporting, classification and processing of reports, key performance indicators, models of economic evaluation of the company. In the practical part, the characteristics of the company P Z P MERLIN s.r.o. is described. Then, the analysis of the company's financial situation for the period from 2013 to 2017 follows. using key performance indicators and models of economic assessment. In the practical part, the analysis of the company's current reporting system is performed and evaluated on the basis of the internal audit procedures. At the end of the practical part, there is a recommendation and a proposal how to structure the company's data so that their users can perceive them in all contexts and parameters that are important for their decision making.

The aim of the paper was the comparison of performance indicators of selected local action groups for the program period of 2007-2013. For the comparison, the Local Action Group Blatensko and the Local Action Group Strakonicko were selected. Both groups are located in South Bohemia and were suitable for comparison. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of the LEADER method, its principles, history and origin. Then the focus shifts on explaining terms such as local action group, their standards, community-led local development, evaluation and monitoring. In the practical part, selected performance indicators which are used to evaluate LAG activity were analyzed. The result of this work was evaluation and comparison of selected LAGs. According to the analyzes, we have concluded that LAG Strakonicko is more successful and more efficient. The reason is better processing of the strategic plan and the Strategic document LEADER 2007-2013 itself.

The main aim of the diploma thesis is to perform a financial analysis of Komerční banka, a. s. in sufficient time, to find out its capital adequacy and, in case of deficiencies, to propose measures that would lead to improvement of the situation. To meet this objective, horizontal and vertical balance sheet items, profit and loss account were prepared. In conclusion, the financial situation of the bank was assessed on the basis of selected ratio indicators. The results of all partial analyzes were correlated with the results of three competing banks and the entire banking sector for higher relevance.

TITTLE Analysis of the dolphin swimmer's four-year training session. AUTHOR Bc. Štěpán Šetek DEPARTMENT Department of physical education SUPERVISOR PaedDr. Irena Svobodová ABSTRACT The theme and aim of the work is to analyze the four-year training cycle of a swimmer specializing in bowling discipline. In the theoretical part, the work is devoted to the characteristics of swimming performance, swimming skills, swimming method of butterflies and its history and last but not least to the training process in swimming. The research part of the thesis deals mainly with the documentation of swimming training. Examiners' training records are recorded, which show the training process from four annual training cycles from 2006 to 2010. The general ones are studied with special indicators and their influence on the observed swimming disciplines. Conclusions could be a guide for trainers in how to change the preparation and thus improve the performance of their wardens. This thesis looks into a preparation and training of lifeguards during one year training cycle. The objective of this thesis is monitoring (tracking) changes of functional indicators (heart rate) over the period of one year training for lifeguards. My thesis is divided into several parts. Theoretical part is mapping history of lifeguarding and origins of Lifesaving sport. It is focused on disciplines of this sport, specifics of the training and selected functional indicators. The practical part is divided on survey and reflexion (result) part. The survey is recording changes of heart rate in selected phases of a year training cycle. The reflection part is processing results. During a practical part have been used methods of observation, questioning, testing, statistics- collecting and analysing data. Těžištěm práce je finanční analýza zvoleného spotřebního družstva za roky 2000-2004, hodnocení finančního zdraví podniku na základě vertikální, horizontální, poměrové analýzy a bonitního modelu. Práce se dále zaměřuje na aktuální problémy souvisejícími s udržením pozice spotřebních družstev na maloobchodním trhu s ohledem na silné konkurenční prostředí v podmínkách ČR, strategii spotřebních družstev v ČR, porovnání se situací ve vybraných zemích a v neposlední řadě přihlíží k historickému kontextu vzniku a vývoje družstevnictví na našem území.

The goal of this Master's Thesis is estimation of financial situation of company R. JELÍNEK a.s. At the start of the thesis there is theoretical part describing methods of financial analysis, ratio analysis and bankruptcy and credibility models. In practical part there is performed financial analysis of financial statements of the company for last eight years. First, there is conducted horizontal and vertical analysis, then ratio analysis and bankruptcy and credibility models. In conclusion part there is estimation of the company on basis of conducted analyses and comparison of results of classical financial analysis with results of bankruptcy and credibility models.

The aim of the thesis is to generally approach the financial analysis with focus on the models of summary assessment of a company (i.e. bankruptcy models and creditworthy models). In the practical part the financial analysis of the company Severočeská energetika, a.s., was performed for the period 2001 - 2006 by means of horizontal and vertical analysis of accounting statements, by means of ratio indicators and bankruptcy and creditworthy models including comparison of the results of the individual methods used.
