This diploma’s thesis discourses classification of the company financial status. There are used several methods of financial analysis to classify the status. Thesis is divided into three general parts. In the first part there are discussed theoretical starting-points needed for better understanding and elaborating of financial analysis. Second part contains financial analysis of chosen company during years 2005 to 2009. In the last part of the thesis there are said suggestions how to solve problematic areas in company financial status.

In the thesis will analyze the internal and external environment, together with the financial analysis of Laufen CZ, s.r.o between 2006 and 2012. The thesis is divided into a theoretical viewpoint, which will provide the main source of information and describes various methods and instruments for external, internal and financial analysis and the analysis of the current state of society. The conclusion will summarize the results and any proposed solutions of problem areas.

The Financial analysis of Pramos Ltd. in 2008 – 2012 including the analysis of the current state of the company. Based on the theoretic part, the individual figures and results were processed, the evaluation of the overall state was done and proposals for improvement or change are present – all to be found in the practical part of the thesis.

This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of the PRAMOS, a. s. company in years 2010 – 2014. Through use of support information sources, chosen methods and indicators of financial analysis suggests proposals to improve the current situation of the company.

Title: Characteristics of team game performance and their comparison in youth teams in Lithuania and Czech republic Aims: The main goal of my thesis is a comparison of selected indicators of team game performance of both teams accompanied by a possibility to record the frequency of combinations based on setting screens, finding the most significant differences in indicators of both teams and determine the reasons for these differences. Methods: Using quantitative (numerical) observations of selected indicators supplemented by the game to record the accompanied by a possibility to record the frequency of combinations based on setting screens to determine differences in the team game performance of U14 teams in Lithuania and the Republic. Results: Acquired selected statistical indicators have shown the most significant phenomena of the game performance of youth teams in Lithuania and the Czech republic and the differences between them. Title: Analysis of 5000 m runner's year training cycle. Objectives: Main goal of this thesis was evaluation of training progress of Vlastimil Sroubek, 5000 m runner, in the season 2014 / 2015. Training process in this period was analysed with content analysis composition from perspective of special training indexes and evaluation of dynamic changes of these indexes. The quality of core trainings was expertly evaluated and researched. These particular data were collected from training diary. Graphic evaluation by using Diagrams of the gained results is elementary part of this Thesis. The results of the research were compared with created model load characteristics for 5000m runner. Brief suggestions of continuous athlete preparation for next season, when we respect the results of content analysis and expert assessment, is in the conclusion. Methods: Content analyse of the training diary is the main method which I use to write this thesis with focus on general and specific training's indexes and expert assessment of growth training each special of running abilities. Percentage evaluation was used for quantitative comparison. This thesis deals with the financial analysis of company Eurest, ltd. Its goal is to demonstrate appropriate methods of financial analysis, to apply them to a specific company and to interpret the results. The goal will be achieved through methods like analysis of financial statements, calculation of various financial ratios and ultimately bankruptcy model and analysis of financial health of the company.

This thesis is focused on the example of process approach used as the tool for quality management in a real company. The aim of this paper is to get readers acquaint with quality control management eight principles from the ISO/IEC 9001 perspective. The thesis then elaborates the practical site of process management approach. The paper describes process management evolution stages, its benefits, there are introduced specific types of modelling methods and ways for process performance measurement. The implementation of process approach is then shown on practical example. The thesis's practical part provides process charts for key organization processes drafted according to the one selected modelling method, descriptions for such processes, suggestions for change aiming to process optimisation and finally also proposes measurable process performance indicators.

The main objective of my graduation theses is to analyze the financial and economic situation of Aero Vodochody Corporation between 2005 and 2009. Another goal is to review the entrance of the strategic owner into Corporation in 2007 including its steps taken during the restructuring of the company. I am focusing on the theoretical fundamentals of my financial analysis and its defined basics of method in the first part of my theses. Those are applied in second part of theses. Results of economics situation of corporation is summarized in conclusion of this theses.

Kooperativa is an universal insurance company, which offers insurance products and services to individuals and companies. The main aim of the diploma thesis is to define a position of Kooperativa commercial insurance company in the Czech insurance market. In order to reach the object of the thesis is necessary to respect for insurance's characteristics, specifics and main competitors. The first part of the thesis is focused on basic information about company and insurance products. The second part is dedicated to company's economy, which includes analysis of premium written, financial statement and ratios of financial analysis.
