Previous issue date: 2015-06-12 / Analyzes the Education Action Program funded by Vale S / A, in Maranhão, from 2012. It shows that the program is a Corporate Social Responsibility Action (CSR), which works in partnership system within the third sector . The Education Action comprises two actions: one directs to the training of managers of public schools in Açailândia the municipality and the other, intended for training of staff of the Secretariat of the Municipality of Bom Jesus jungles of Education. On the relationships established within that program, are speeches that apparently seem to be endowed action coherence and linearity and contradictory practices that deny speech. Wonders whether the speech and the practice of social responsibility of Vale, through its historical determinants. Therefore, to obtain results, we used authors who interpret CSR as an ideological process in order to interpret the CSR Valley as a reductive ideological strategy of socio-environmental conflicts in communities headquarters of the Education Action Programme, because of the unbridled search for profit of the company. / Analisa-se o Programa Ação Educação financiado pela Vale S/A, no Maranhão, a partir de 2012. Demonstra-se que o Programa é uma ação de Responsabilidade Social Empresarial (RSE), que funciona em sistema de parcerias no espaço do terceiro setor. O Ação Educação compreende duas ações: uma direciona-se à formação de gestores de escolas públicas estaduais do município de Açailândia e, a outra, destina-se a formação da equipe de Secretaria de Educação do município de Bom Jesus das Selvas. Diante das relações constituídas no seio do referido Programa, encontram-se discursos que, aparentemente parecem ser ação dotada coerência e linearidade e práticas contraditórias que negam o discurso. Questiona-se o discurso e a prática de responsabilidade social da Vale, por meio de seus determinantes históricos. Por conseguinte, para obtenção de resultados, utilizou-se autores que interpretam RSE como um processo ideológico, de modo a interpretar a RSE da Vale como uma estratégia ideológica redutora de conflitos socioambientais em comunidades sede do Programa Ação Educação, em razão da busca desenfreada por lucro da empresa.
