Mokslinių darbų, kuriuose būų nagrinėjami Lietuvos didelio meistriškumo vidutinių nuotolių bėgikių rengimo problemos yra labai mažai. Irina Krakoviak – daugkartinė Lietuvos čempionė, Pabaltijo mačų, Europos čempionatų dalyvė, pasaulio ��empionatų ir olimpinių žaidynių dalyvė. Ji yra viena pajėgiausių Lietuvos vidutinių nuotolių bėgikė. Šiame darbe analizuojami I. Krakoviak metinio treniruočių ciklo rengiantis pasaulio čempionatui Helsinkyje (2004 – 2005 metų sezonas), ir Europos čempionatui Gioteborge (2005 – 2006 metų sezonas) treniruočių metodika, krūvių kaita metiniame treniruočių cikle bei varžybų rezultatų dinamika. Darbo tikslas - Išanalizuoti Lietuvos vidutinių nuotolių bėgikės I. Krakoviak mėtinį treniruočių ciklą, jos rezultatus 2004 – 2005 ir 2005 – 2006 metų laikotarpiu. 2004 – 2005 ir 2005 – 2006 metų treniruočių cikle I. Krakoviak sportinę formą siekė įgyti du kartus – žiemą ir vasarą. Sportininkė 2004 – 2005 metų sezone dalyvavo Pasaulio čempionate 1500 m bėgimo distancijoje ir u��ėmė 11 vietą - 4.08,18 laikų. 2005 – 2006 metų sezone bėgikė dalyvavo Europos čempionate 1500 m bėgimo distancijoje įveikus šį nuotolį per 4.13,27 užėmė 27 vietą.. / There are not many paperworks analyzing problems of high class middle distance runners in Lithuania. Irina krakoviak is Lithuanian champion in women midle distance running championschip as well es participant in Balticstates, Europe and World running competitions. She is one at the most eksperieced middle distance athlets in Lithuania. This paperwork discloses problems which Irina Krakoviak has faced during preparation for world championchip in Helsinki and Europe championship in Goteborg. Paperwork discribes training methodology, exercises and table of resalts and achievements. The purpose of this work is to analize yearly trainingspecifications an cycle together with an analysis at result during 2004-2005 and 2005-2006 year. During 2004-2005 and 2005-2006 Irina Krakoviak was trying to get her athlets shape two times: one in winter season and one in summer season. An athlet took part in world chamionship ( 1500m distance group) and finished 11-th between other athlets (her result was 4.08.18). In 2005-2006 year she took part in Europe running championship. She finished 27-th (result was 4. 13.27).

There are few scientific studies, that research the problems of the high skills in the average distance runners training in Lithuania. M. Norbutas is a Lithuanian record - breaker in 800m distance running. And he was the first Lithuanian, who entered a contest in World Championship and the Olympic Games. M. Norbutas annual training cycle in the run – up to the World Championship in San Denis (the season of years 2002 – 2003) are analyzed in herein work. Also the training technique, the strain alternation in the annual training cycle and the dynamics of the contest score in the Athens Olympics (the season of years 2003 – 2004) are analyzed. And similarly, the best world runners of the average distance: the world record – breaker in 1500m distance running, the champion of Athens Olympics in 1500m and 5000m distance, the Maroccan H. El. Geurroj (preparation for the World Championship in 1997), the champion of Athens Olympics in 800m distance, the Russian Y. Borzakovskiy (preparation for the World Championship in closed accommodation in 2001), the Olympic champion of 1500m distance running in Barcelona and the European record – breaker, the Spaniard F. Bakalauro darbe analizuojama praktinių ir papildomų užduočių (mokymas sverti, matuoti) įtaka vidutinių specialiųjų ugdymosi poreikių turinčių mokinių gebėjimams ir įgūdžiams atliekant veiksmus su matiniais skaičiais ugdyti. Lyginama, kaip mokiniams sekėsi atlikti užduotis su matiniais skaičiais, pateiktas raštu ir atliekant specialias pratybas. Suformuluota hipotezė, kad praktinių užduočių ir specialių pratybų taikymas matematikos ugdymo procese padeda vidutinių specialiųjų ugdymosi poreikių turintiems mokiniams geriau įsisavinti mokomąją medžiagą apie matus ir matinius skaičius, formuoti teisingus įgūdžius atliekant veiksmus su matiniais skaičiais. Tyrime dalyvavo 6 Šiaulių miesto Specialiojo ugdymo centro XI klasės vidutinių specialiųjų ugdymosi poreikių turintys mokiniai, kurie ugdomi pagal adaptuotą matematikos mokymo programą. Tyrimas atliktas nestandartizuoto testo raštu metodu, pokalbio, kokybinio duomenų analizės metodu. Tyrimo pradžioje mokiniai testo užduočių nesugebėjo atlikti savarankiškai, todėl iš pradžių buvo pasiūlyta atlikti praktines užduotis. Specialios pratybos (svėrimo, matavimo) padėjo ugdytiniams savarankiškai atlikti užduotis. Atlikdami kiekvieną testo užduotį mokiniai prisimindavo praktinių užduočių atlikimą ir remdamiesi įgytomis žiniomis bandė atlikti testo užduotis raštu. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / In the bachelor‘s final work there are researched the influence of practical tasks (teaching to weight, measure) for educating abilities and skills in performing actions with flat numbers of pupils with medial special educational needs. There is compared how pupils can to perform tasks with flat numbers in writing and in special practice. There was formulated the hypothesis that using practical tasks in the mathematics education process help pupils with medial special educational needs to master schoolwork about measurements and flat numbers and to form skills in performing actions with flat numbers. Six pupils of eleventh class with medial special educational needs which are educated according to the adapted mathematics educational program from Šiauliai Special Education Centre took part in the research. Doing this research there were used nonstandard test (in written), conversation, quality data analysis and practical methods (practice). At the beginning of the research pupils couldn’t carry out tasks independently therefore they were proposed to fulfill practical tasks at the first. Betono senėjimo koeficientas – tai pagrindinis rodiklis, kuris įvertina betono įtempių kitimą per laiką prognozuojant gežbetoninių elementų įlinkius, įtemptojo gelžbetonio armatūros nuostolius dėl betono valkšnumo ir t.t. Senėjimo keoficieno faktiškai neįmanoma gauti analitine forma iš Volterra integrodiferencialinės lygties, todėl jam yra taikomos skaitiniu būdu gautų rezultatų aproksimacijos arba tiesiog jis imamas apytiksliai lygus 0,8 nediferencijuojant tokių faktorių, kaip betono amžius, stebėjimo laikas, betono stirprumas, armaturos kiekis ir t.t. Baigiamajame magistro darbe atlikta įvairių autorių pasiūlytų empirinių betono senėjimo koeficiento formulių analizė. Nustatytos betono senėjimo koeficiento empirinių formulių kitimo ribos ir jų legitimumas tikslioms, skaitiniu būdu gautoms senėjimo koeficiento reikšmėms. Darbe, taikant vidutinių ekvivalentinių įtempių ir deformacijų metodą (ASSA), yra analitiškai išvestas koeficientas, leidžiantis įvertinanti armatūros įtaką gelžbetoniniam elementui, apkrautam pastovia per laiką jėga priklausomai nuo betoninio elemento, apkrauto nekintamu laiko atžvilgiu poslinkiu (grynosios relaksacijos uždavinys). Atlikta armavimo koeficiento įtakos betono senėjimo koeficientui analizė, gauti rezultatai palyginti su tiksliomis reikšmėmis bei EC-2 rekomenduojama viena reikšme - 0,8. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The coefficient of aging is the major parameter accounting for the stress evolution in time in deflection analysis of reinforcement concrete elements and specification for losses of pre-stress due to concrete creep. This parameter cannot be derived analytically from Volterra's integro-differential equation and numerical solution is always feasible. Hence, the empirical formula to fit the numerically-based results for the coefficient of aging can be found in literature on the matter. In particular, the code Ec-2 uses a only one value for this coefficient equal to 0.8 neglecting the influence of concrete strength, its age, quantity of reinforcement, time of consideration, etc., and it is cleat that such attempt is quite scarce. Thereby, in the master's thesis, the analysis of various approximate relationships for the coefficient of aging found in literature is considered. Here, a legitimacy of these relations is defined in terms of numerically-based results and the error bounds is determined. The analytical derivation of factor specifying the conversion from a pure relaxation test of plain concrete to the reinforced concrete element is demonstrated via an average strain stress approach (ASSA). The influence of reinforcement quantity on the coefficient of aging is considered comparing the numerical values, EC-2 based value of 0.8 and values defined by empirical relations.
