A produção mundial de aço inoxidável nos últimos anos teve o maior crescimento dentre os principais metais usados na indústria. É notável a importância dos processos industriais dos aços inoxidáveis devido ao contínuo desenvolvimento desses materiais, em busca de uma melhor qualidade, com menores custos de produção e de forma sustentável. Uma das formas de obtenção do aço inoxidável é através do processo VOD, que consiste em remover o carbono do aço pela a injeção de oxigênio e reduzindo a pressão parcial do gás (CO) através da aplicação de vácuo. A primeira etapa desse processo é o sopro de oxigênio, onde é importante controlar a pressão do sistema de maneira a promover a menor oxidação do cromo sem ocorrência de transbordamentos de aço e excesso de \"splash\". Atualmente, existem diversas práticas de operação no VOD em que se tem uma redução contínua da pressão de vácuo em conjunto com alterações de outras variáveis durante o sopro de oxigênio, de forma a controlar a reação de descarburação sem perder em excesso, o cromo. O objetivo desse trabalho foi encontrar o tempo de sopro de oxigênio em função do carbono inicial para cada corrida, a partir do qual seja possível reduzir a pressão de vácuo sem causar danos ao processo. Isso porque a geometria da panela e o teor de carbono inicial empregados na Villares Metals S.A. possuem características distintas em comparação com outras plantas, que faz com que seu processo de descarburação seja singular. Nos resultados obtidos é possível confirmar que, operando com pressões de vácuo mais baixas durante o sopro de oxigênio, pode-se evitar perdas desnecessárias de cromo. Além disso, a relação encontrada entre o tempo de sopro e o carbono inicial através de uma equação cinética, pode ser utilizada na determinação do tempo aproximado para redução da pressão de vácuo para cada corrida. Assim se terá uma operação de descarburação mais eficiente em relação à oxidação dos elementos de liga e redução do consumo de oxigênio, de redutores e do tempo de processo, com segurança e economia. / The stainless steel melt shop production growth in the last years was the biggest comparing to the other important metals in the industry. It is noticeable the importance of the stainless industrial process due to its continuous development in order to seek better quality with lower costs and sustainable methods. One of the possibilities to produce stainless is by VOD process, which consists to remove the carbon content by oxygen injection and reducing the partial pressure of (CO) gas through vacuum application. Oxygen blowing is the first step of this process, where it is important to control the chamber pressure in order to avoid the chromium oxidation without steel overflow and excessive splash during process. Currently, different operation practices in the VOD have been applied reducing continuously the vacuum pressure simultaneously with other parameters during oxygen blowing, in the interest of controlling the decarburization reaction avoiding the loss of chromium. The objective of this study was to find the oxygen blowing time according to the initial carbon content for each heat, from which it is possible to reduce the vacuum pressure avoiding damages to the process. The reason of this is due to the ladle geometry and the initial carbon content applied on the Villares Metals process have special characteristics comparing to other plants, which make its process singular. On the results achieved, it is possible to confirm that, operating in lower vacuum pressure during oxygen blowing, it is possible to avoid unnecessary chromium losses. Moreover, the ratio found out between the blowing time and the initial carbon content through a kinetic equation, can be applied to determine the estimated time to reduce the vacuum pressure for each heat. Therefore, the decarburization process will be more efficient according to the alloy oxidation and save the oxygen consumption, deoxidizers and process time, with safe and reducing cost.

Syfte: Studien syftar till att få en djupare förståelse i hur användarens tittarvanor påverkas av Netflix design och teknik, och huruvida dessa uppmuntrar användaren till Binge Watching. Teori: Studien använder sig främst av Sidneyeve Matrix (2014) teori och forskning om det tekniska fenomenet Binge Watching från artikeln “The Netflix Effect: Teens, Binge Watching and on Demand Media Trends” samt Jonas Löwgrens (2002) teori om kvalitet på användning från artikeln “The use qualities of digital designs, draft 1.0”. Även Gunnar Nygren och Ingela Wadbrings (2013) forskning om den tekniska utvecklingen från publikationen “På väg mot medievärlden 2020” används i undersökningen. Metod: Studien utgår från en kvalitativ forskningsmetod baserad på enskilda djupgående intervjuer. Resultat: Resultatanalysen indikerar att Netflix teknik och funktioner har en stor påverkan på användaren och dess tittarvanor. Informanterna upplever att de utan dessa funktioner inte hade använt tjänsten i lika stor utsträckning och att en lojalitet och känslomässig hängivenhet upprättats efter Netflix många taktiker att förbättra den personliga användarupplevelsen. De tekniska funktionerna har även resulterat i att samtliga informanter kontinuerligt Binge Watchar och inte sällan ser fler avsnitt av en serie än från början tänkt. / Purpose: The study aims to gain a deeper understanding of how the users viewing habits are influenced by Netflix design and technology, and whether they encourage the user to Binge Watching. Theory: The study mainly uses the theory and research by Sidneyeve Matrix (2014) on the technical phenomenon Binge Watching from the article “The Netflix Effect: Teens, Binge Watching and on Demand Media Trends” and the theory about the use qualities by Jonas Löwgren (2002) from the article “The use qualities of digital designs, draft 1.0”. The research on technological developments by Gunnar Nygren and Ingela Wadbring (2013) from the publication “På väg mot medievärlden 2020” is also used in this study. Method: The study is based on a qualitative research method based on individual in-depth interviews. Results: The result analysis indicates that Netflix technologies and features have a transparent impact on users and their viewing habits. The informants felt that they without these features would not have used the service to the same extent and that loyalty and emotional commitment was established due to the many tactics Netflix used to improve the personal user experience. The technical features have also resulted in an increased Binge Watching for all of the informants who also often view more episodes of a series than originally thought. It also became clear that it was the technology, features and wider range that made Netflix the most preferred VoD service among the informants.

Změna kvality vody v malých povodích po postavení čistírny odpadních vod / Water quality change in small watersheds after sewage water treatment plant building

Změny kvality vody v malých tocích, vyvolané vybudováním čistírny odpadních vod, představují doposud málo studované a přitom velmi aktuální téma současné hydrologie. Tato studie se zabývá popsáním těchto změn a faktorů, které je ovlivňují. Pro účely výzkumu bylo vybráno pět malých, zemědělsky využívaných povodí prvního řádu (čtyři povodí průměrně 6 km2 , jedno 16 km2 ). V každém zájmovém území byla vždy jedna vesnice od 640 do 2 500 obyvatel. Během 7 - 16 let trvajícího měsíčního monitoringu základních indikátorů kvality vody (O2, BSK5, CHSKCr, TOC, konduktivita, N-NH4, N-NO2, N-NO3, PC, P-PO4) byla zachycena stavba čistíren v obcích. Spolu s daty o účinnosti čistíren byly vyhodnoceny změny kvality vody v toku. Identifikované typy změn ukazují na problematické aspekty vývoje kvality vody v malých povodích. Kromě očekávaného rychlého a razantního snížení hodnot zátěže po výstavbě čistírny odpadních vod se vyskytují i odlišné projevy změn - pouze mírné snížení zátěže, stagnace, dokonce i zvýšení koncentrací sledovaných indikátorů. Mezi další typické změny patří navýšení hodnot 1-2 roky před uvedením čistírny do provozu a opožděná nitrifikace v toku způsobená nevhodným provozem čistírny. The diploma´s thesis deals with possibilities and limits of export of Czech goods with a specific focus on facilities for wastewater treatment plants in the Russian Federation. In compliance with the theory of internationalization, the first chapter introduces individual forms of entry to foreign markets. Choosing some of the entry modes including export, the thesis mentions specifics of their application on the Russian market. The following chapter outlines current Czech-Russian trade relations which result from valid bilateral, regional and multilateral agreements so as from the crucial political-economic events. In the case study the thesis deals with the very specific opportunities and barriers for the export of Czech facilities for wastewater treatment plants. Therefore, in the particular subchapters the thesis analyzes the current condition of wastewater treatment management in Russia and the legislative and program documents, which stimulate the development and modernization of existing infrastructure. Moreover, the thesis discusses factors that make it difficult to enter the Russian market by Czech companies. Since one of the problems is project financing in Russia, the last chapter deals with the possibilities of financing and insuring export with state support. Overall, the thesis aims to cover the stimuli for export of given goods to Russia, the problems which the exporters might face and their possible solutions as well.

The aim of this thesis is the real representation of the company's business Auqa Angels EUROPE s.r.o. - a brief description of each area inside the company, know-how, product description, pricing and insight into the distribution system and the importance of sales personnel in the company. The author is concerned with the individual marketing activities of this small company and evaluate their effectiveness. Furthermore, this work aims at a competitive comparison in the Czech market with bottled water and evaluate the awareness of the brand and its positioning among consumers. The basic hypothesis is low Aqua Angels brand awareness among consumers thanks non wholesale marketing activities and narrow target group and pessimistic view of the drinking regime of Czech population. Part of this thesis is also the overall assessment of the current situation of Aqua Angels EUROPE s.r.o. and recommendation of appropriate workable solutions in areas where deficiencies are determined.

The aim of this work is to design an irrigation system of park areas in a multifunctional object using rainwater. The knowledge obtained during the study was used to solve the problem. The solution is an irrigation system consisting of drip irrigation supplemented with a sprinkler irrigation system that uses rainwater for its operation. In the event of excess of rainwater, the water is disposed of by means of infiltration blocks located on the land. The benefit of this work is to show that the return on investment is acceptable in similar cases and, above all, that this investment contributes to responsibility for natural resources.
