Mokrášová, Nina Unknown Date (has links)
The planning area is situated on the border of historical city of Brno and the district of Stránice in the close vicinity of the important transport hub Vaňkovo square. It spreads between two main streets - Tomešová and Tvrého. The main dominant of this location is a built-up area of The Hospital. The uniqueness of this place is also related to the city’s historical centre, the view of the Špilberk Castle and at the same time the historical uniqueness hidden underground of the plot. Therefore, the aim of the work is to increase the attractiveness of the area and pleasant environment for inhabitants of the city regarding to the surrounding buildings. Also to open up magnificant spaces of historical water reservoirs to the public and thus increase the social level and attendance of this locality.

Vodojemy - Brno, Žlutý kopec / Reservoirs - Brno, Zluty kopec (Yellow hill)

Tomanová, Tereza Unknown Date (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the possible use of now defunct reservoirs on the Yellow Hill. This water supply complex consists of three underground reservoirs and a technical house. The area is spread over a large plot of land overgrown with wild vegetation in the middle of a residential area. The set of underground reservoirs, covered by a system of arches supported by pillars, represents a unique architectural and technical monument. The aim of the proposal is to make the reservoir area accessible to the public through new functions while preserving their historical value. The main motive of the concept is an interactive water museum built in the youngest reinforced concrete reservoir. The exhibition deals, among other things, with a very current topic of sustainable water management. The complex is complemented by a new visitor center, which will make it possible to access the reservoirs through a new entrance to the underground. The existing unmaintained area of greenery will be transformed into a public park independent of the operation of reservoirs.

Bartošová, Radmila January 2012 (has links)
Subject of the thesis is to design a new shipyard. Our site is located on the beach of Brněnská přehrada. Place is narrow, in the slope. Inspiration of my project were at first the Mediterranean city whose houses follow the slope. Place will be use for the sport. And the sport was the second inspiration. Sport is opened for everybody and same is my building. Integrate everybody, not only athletes. All sport tools are especially useful. My project places great emphasis on the functionality that is to be traced in the form of buildings. And sport is mainly fun. Shipyard is not closed, but use a lot of free space for the free time and fun.

Termální lázně Yverdon, pět smyslů v architektuře / Thermal baths Yverdon, five senses in architecture

Pasterný, Radek January 2015 (has links)
Design of the spa complex in the town of Yverdon. In the city, which lies on the shore of Neuchatel Lake. However, our plot is located off the coast. Place the design looks like taken out of context the development of the city. Spa react to immediate surroundings and situation within the parcel that is. This is the regular structure of the volume of a rectangular shape with a shed roof. Objects are abstractly as discussed in industrial halls, which are in the form of individual features of the program are mounting

Termální lázně Yverdon, pět smyslů v architektuře / Thermal baths Yverdon, five senses in architecture

Pospíšil, Tomáš January 2015 (has links)
Peace in the shadow of the trees. A spring coming up from depths. The spa park is an island at the edge of the town. It is the highest value of its surroundings. That is why I place the volume of the spa on the side of the park along the road. There is a promenade connecting the constituent elements of the building. Full, heavy masses alternate with airy and bright ones. The park grows through the buildings, and in this way the spa and the park become closely intertwined. The interweaving of the built and the natural as the central theme of the project.

Procena rizika od suficita i deficita vode namelioracionom području / Water excess and water deficit risk assessment in landreclamation area

Bezdan Atila 01 July 2014 (has links)

Učestale smene veoma vlažnih i izuzetno sušnih perioda mogu prouzrokovati značajne negativne
posledice na poljoprivredu, životnu sredinu, ekonomiju i na društvo u celini. Strogi zahtevi
poljoprivredne proizvodnje i specifičnosti agroklimatskih uslova i samog područja Vojvodine čine ga
veoma vulnerabilnim na pojavu viška ili manjka vode. Jasnije sagledavanje vremenske i prostorne
pojave viška i manjka vode i procena rizika od njihove pojave moglo bi dovesti do preduzimanja
odgovarajućih mera pripreme i ublažavanja negativnih posledica i pre pojave hazardnog događaja.
sistema. Ključni faktori su odabrani na osnovu njihovog uticaja na samu pojavu ili na ublažavanje
efekata suše ili pojave viška vode, na osnovu dostupnosti podataka i na osnovu istraživanja brojnih
autora. Vrednovanje faktora ranjivosti je izvršeno objektivnom metodom entropije. Analize hazarda su
izvršene savremenim hidrometeorološkim stohastičkim metodama koje sveobuhvatno sagledavaju
opasnosti od pojave suše ili viška vode. Rezultati procena ranjivosti, hazarda i rizika su dobijene
korišćenjem geografskog informacionog sistema u vidu karata.
Metodologije na osnovu kojih su u ovom radu sprovedene procene rizika od suficita i deficita vode
na melioracionom području Vojvodine, omogućavaju stvaranje uslova za podizanje pripravnosti na
pojavu ekstremnih hidrometeoroloških događaja, unapređenje planiranja meliorativnih mera kao i izbor i
donošenje optimalnijih odluka vezanih za upravljanje i ulaganje u meliorativne sisteme, a sve u skladu
sa načelima i principima održivog razvoja poljoprivrede, vodoprivrede i melioracija.
/
Frequent changes of very dry and wet periods can cause significant adverse effects on agriculture,
environment, economy and the whole society. Strict requirements of agricultural production and special
characteristics of agro-climatic conditions of the Vojvodina region makes it very vulnerable to the
occurrences of excess water or drought. A clearer understanding of the temporal and spatial occurrence
of excess water or droughts and the risk assessment of their occurrence could lead to taking appropriate
measures of preparedness and mitigation of negative impacts before the onset of hazardous events.
In this dissertation, methodologies of risk assessments of water excess and water deficit on the land
reclamation areas in Vojvodina were created. Risk assessments were obtained by a combination of
vulnerability assessments and hazard assessments, and they are based on the identification of key factors
affecting the occurrence of water excess and water deficit, on their analysis and adequate evaluation and
by using geographic information systems. Key factors were selected based on their impact on the
occurrence or on mitigation of the effects of drought or excess water, on the basis of data availability
and based on the research of numerous authors. Valuation of the vulnerability factors is made by
objective method of entropy weighting. Hazard analyses were performed by using contemporary
hydrometeorological stochastic methods that comprehensively perceive threats of drought or excess
water. Assessments of vulnerability, hazard and risk are preformed in GIS and results are presented in a
form of thematic maps.
Methodologies for risk assessments of water excess and water deficit in land reclamation areas of
Vojvodina region, created or modified in this dissertation, allows the creation of conditions for
increasing preparedness to extreme hydro-meteorological events, improvement of land reclamation
measures planning as well as improvement of selection and decision-making regarding management and
investment in the irrigation and drainage systems, all in accordance with the principles of sustainable
agriculture, water management and land reclamation.
