Jezero pod Petrovem - architektonicko urbanistická studie dostavby prostoru v cípu ulic Biskupská a Petrov s vazbou na brněnské podzemí / Lake under Petrov - architectural and urban development of a space at the corner of streets "Biskupská" and "Petrov" (in a relation to the underground of Brno)

Zdražilová, Jana January 2012 (has links)
Solution idea Petrov is stoney bill in south-west part of Brno. You can find magnificent cellar on given land that is probably medieval and is partially carved in rock. Designed building follows up this rock developing to surface, where crystalizes and gradually grows and expands towards from „Šilingrovo náměstí“ to St. Petr and Pavel’s cathedral. Water is the other element – it wells from mouldering diabas rock to surface, thanks to cracked springs that can be found here. That creates a lake beneath Petrov. Water theme is projected to building interiors. This construction is characterised by great views, which are possible because of unique location of the site and the building itself is designed to use the most of them. From terrace, caffeteria and also multipurpose hall can anyone view cathedral, Zelný trh square and Parnas fountain. Function locations 1) Interest-activities more people more life. There used to be one of the oldest schools in Brno from half of 14th century. And because of that, although in modified form, I wanted to preserve this function of the place. I designed one classroom and a multipurpose hall, that can be used e.g. for dance lessons or - in a daytime, when there be no usage for the hall - for rentals for commercial purposes. 2) The entrance to medieval cellar carved into rock, that is under the site. There are two functional water wells, that constantly floods the cellar space. Water will be pumped out to terrace, where it will make a small lake. The whole space will function as a small gallery. 3) Caffeteria and sweetshop are located on very attractive place with spectacular views. Adjoining terrace will serve as summer garden that can be used by public all year round.

Optimalizace využití vratné vody na úpravně vody / Optimizing the use of sludge water on the water treatment plant

Hanušová, Veronika January 2018 (has links)
The first part of this diploma thesis deals with knowledge of chosen technological devices in water treatment plants gathered from Czech and foreign literature. The thesis continues by linking the information gathered to the water treatment plant in Švařec for which a plan to increase the sludge water volume reuse was researched and formed. Furthermore, financial assessment of this plan was completed.

Možnosti úsporných opatření v bazénových provozech / Possibilities of saving measures in swimming pool operations

Litschmann, Patrik January 2020 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the current knowledge in the field of saving measures in swimming pool services. The theoretical part describes the typology of swimming pools and subsequently deals with the technological aspect, including heat management. Furthermore, the theoretical part describes in detail the possibilities of saving measures in public swimming pool operations, especially in sanitary facilities, including reuse of wastewater from showers as a water source, or heat recovery from wastewater. The knowledge from the theoretical section is then applied in the practical part, where saving measures are proposed on the public swimming pool.

Studie pro návrh malé kořenové čistírny na konkrétní lokalitu / Study of small vegetable waste water treatment plant design for specific locality

Netopilík, Jan January 2020 (has links)
Constructed wetland is one of ways of domestic wastewater treatment that allows reuse of treated water. The thesis acquainted with run principles, with a design for a family house, that includes different solutions of technologic parts with advice for a reliable run and theoretical financial costs.

Stanovení těkavých organických látek metodou "head space - SPME" v reálných vzorcích povrchové a pitné vody / Estimation of volatile organic matter by "head space - SPME" method in real samples of surface and drinking water

Chmelka, Milan January 2008 (has links)
Volatile organic compounds are mostly found in the water as contaminants of human origin. Theoretical part of the thesis is focused on characteristic and occurence of volatile compounds. At the same time it also deals with possibilities of their qualification and quantification. Extensive description have been focused to static head-space technique combine with solid phase microextraction. The objection of the experimental part was gaining experience with operating the device/instrument used for measuring. After locality selection could begin sampling and their analysis.

Stanovení tenzidů ve vodách pomocí separačních metod / Determination of tensides in waters by separation methods

Brestovská, Marta January 2015 (has links)
Surfactants are synthetically made surface-active agents contained in washing and cleaning products. They decrease the surface tension and remove dirt. Surfactants can be divided into three basic classes: anionic, cationic and non-ionic. Thanks to the massive use they penetrate into waste water and can disturb the environment. This diploma thesis deals with the occurrence of surfactants in water and their determination by separation methods, especially LC / MS.

Návrh využití šedých vod v plaveckém areálu Kraví hora s ohledem na dostavbu wellness centra / Proposal for the use of gray water in the swimming area "Kraví hora" with a view to completion of the wellness center

Běloušková, Pavla January 2013 (has links)
Greywater is the leftover water from baths, showers, hand basins and washing machines only, what implies that it is free of faeces and urine. Greywater can be recycled as processing water (whitewater) for toilet and/or urinal flushing or landscape irrigation. Energy recovery from greywater looks also very promising. The subject of this thesis is short research on the issue of the use of greywater in the first part, the following chapter provides examples of the use of greywater in practice. Practical part of thesis provides suggestion of use of greywater and their heat potential in swimming area Kraví hora with regard to completion of wellness centre. This part also includes economical analysis of suggested recycling.

Validace LC-MS metody a monitoring léčiv ve vodách. / Validation of LC-MS method and monitoring of pharmaceuticals in water samples.

Molnárová, Lucia January 2020 (has links)
Occurrence, accumulation and subsequent fate of pharmaceuticals in environment currently represent a very actual topic. Worldwide, thousands of tons of pharmaceutical substances are consumed every year. A large portion of pharmaceuticals is, in unchanged or metabolized forms, disposed via sewage systems and wastewater treatment plants. Considering the fact that wastewater treatment processes are not able to completely eliminate all active substances or their metabolites, pharmaceuticals are systematically washing out into the water system and increasingly contaminate the ground and surface waters. The problematics of continuous control and progressive elimination of pharmaceutical residues from environment are still not completely solved. Thus, the development and availability of accurate and fast commercial analyses are highly desired. The aim of this diploma thesis was the optimization and validation of multi-residue UHPLC- MS/MS analytical method designated for the determination of 52 pharmaceuticals in drinking and waste waters. The work was carried out in laboratories of ALS Czech Republic. An analytical method was subsequently used for monitoring of pharmaceuticals in both drinking and waste waters, as well as for the determination of efficiency of removing these compounds within the...
