81	Stanovení Q/h charakteristiky přelivů stavidlové komory ČOV Brno-Modřice v podmínkách nedokonalého proudění / Determination of Q/h characteristics of spillways of the sluice chamber of the Brno-Modřice WWTP in conditions of influenced flow Škrancová, Markéta January 2022 (has links) The work deal with the measurement, processing and analysis of Q/h characteristics of the sluice chamber in the wastewater treatment plant on a physical hydraulic model in the conditions of influencing the overflow phenomenon by the groundwater level. Based on the achieved results, a measuring system has been projected in the area of the sluice chamber to measure the flow and flow rate of lightened water into the Svratka river. The measurements on the model were performed in the premises of the Laboratory of water Management Research of the Institute of Water Structures of the Faculty of Civil Engineering of Brno University of Technology by the author of this work. The results of the diploma thesis is a flow chart describing the calculation procedure used to determine the immediate flow, on the basis of which a new software of the evaluation unit of the measuring system was realized.
82	Vliv orientace přítoku na charakteristiky přepadu přes širokou korunu / Influence of inflow orientation on overflow characteristics over broad-crest Major, Jakub Unknown Date (has links) Weirs belong to the basic water structures mainly creating vertical contraction of stream against the flumes, which creating mainly horizontal contraction of stream. In the case of the flow over weir usually occurs change from subcritical flow over critical with critical depth to supercritical flow, therefore overflow. Weirs with rectangular control section are described rectangular longitudinal and transverse profile and horizontal crest. Can be distinguish three basic inflow directions to weir. The first is frontal inflow, which is the most frequent in practice. The second is lateral inflow used in distribution and consumption objects. The third is lower inflow used as laboratory weirs, weirs with deeply submerged wall, etc. In terms of knowledge of influence listed directions of inflows, currently are not sufficiently researched the cases of frontal inflow with side contraction and lower inflow on all types of weirs. Due to extent of the issue, labour is focused only on frontal inflow over broad-crested weir with side contraction and lower inflow over broad-crested weir without side contraction. The goal of the labour was to summarize the current knowledge of the flow over broad-crested weir with side contraction and lower inflow over broad-crested weir without side contraction, describe the character of the flow at the overflow and on the basis of it determine recommendations for measurement and calculation of discharge. Further to define unexplored area, specify methods of solution and verify own measurements. The research dealt with application and optimal numerical model setting for to solve the problem.
83	Hydraulická optimalizace horizontálního lapáku písku / Hydraulic optimization of horizontal sand catcher Kulička, Rostislav January 2012 (has links) This work is focused on the development control system flow area in a standardized horizontal sand trap in the Czech Republic used the majority of constructed wetlands for the capture of solid mineral particles. The goal is the development and validation functions of the flow regulator, providing more uniform process of establishment of mineral particles, respectively. reduction of sedimentation of organic components. The actual design precedes the mathematical description through the HEC-RAS, the results are applied in the design of a laboratory model. Work processes theoretically the standardized sand traps, focuses on the comparison of the required residence time of wastewater in the sedimentation area of establishment with the sedimentation time of sand grain on the selected diameter of 0.8 mm. In laboratory conditions were carried out build sand trap model itself, as well as developed a regulatory element. After resolving structural measurements were taken and compared the results with the ideal state. For putting the controller into practice, when an application is planned at the constructed wetlands in Dražovice village, it will have to the most accurate setting of the regulator.

The thesis is focused on possibilities of physical and CFD modeling of flap gate weir flow. In the introduction are contained current condition of knowledge, perfomed model studies conducted in the Czech republic and abroad, as well as flap weirs realized in our country and in the world. This is followed by experimental physical research on family of weir structure models in scales 1:1 (prototype), 1:2 and 1:2.5. Options CFD simulations a flap gate weir are contained in chapter of CFD modeling. In conclusion are compared physical methods with CFD simulations on flap gate weir.
