The topic of the final thesis is the evaluation of publicly available electronic information and information from paid sources of information. The evaluation of information sources is focused on obtaining data for financial analysis that is performed in the process of business valuation. The thesis is divided into two main parts -- The theoretical one and the practical one. The first three chapters pay particular attention to the thesis that is dedicated to the valuation process, legislation and subjects that can make the valuation. The practical part contains two methodologies that are based on decision analysis. Each method consists of testing criteria. To apply the methodology three travel agencies and three paid information sources were chosen.

RNDr. František Gallovič, Ph.D, Department of Geophysics Abstract: Dynamic rupture modeling coupled with strong motion data fitting offers an insight into physical mechanisms behind earthquake sources [Gallovic et al., 2019]. Running a large number of dynamic model simulations is required due to the nonlinearity of the inverse problem. The goal of this Thesis is a development of an efficient forward solver for the dynamic inversions. The fi- nite difference staggered grid code FD3D by Madariaga and Olsen [1998] served as a basis for the development, offering sufficient speed, but rather low accu- racy. Traction at split node implementation of the fault boundary condition and perfectly matched layers as the absorbing boundary condition were required to obtain desirable accuracy. In addition to the slip weakening friction law, fast ve- locity weakening friction law has been implemented, increasing the applicability of the code. We test the new code FD3D TSN using USGS/SCEC benchmarks TPV5 (slip-weakening friction) and TPV104 (fast rate weakening friction) [Harris et al., 2018], showing very good agreement with results calculated by advanced numerical...

Mezinárodní obchod s jeseterem sibiřským (Acipenser baerii) / International trade in the Siberian sturgeon (\kur{Acipenser baerii})

Sturgeon fish (Acipenseriformes) is commercially used to produce high quality fish meat and highly priced caviar. In fact, all species of Sturgeon fish are integrated into CITES appendix. Sturgeon (Acipenser baerii) is the most frequently bred/reared and the most commercial representative of its kind, not only in Europe but also in Asia. The aim of this final project is to evaluate international sturgeon trade while using CITES references from 1998-2012. The source of data(s) was commercial database CITES. Over the last 15 years, we have exported and imported almost 5000 tons and 32 million pieces of all species. During this monitored period the frequency/traffic of the trade increased. The mostly traded forms were fish eggs which were exclusively destined/designated for commercial purpose and came from those specimens which were reared in captivity - (94% from commercial activity). People mostly traded sturgeon in these forms : (1) eggs, (2) caviar, (3) extracts,(4) derivatives, (5) fish meat and others. In the last 3 years, the trade intensity in fish eggs markedly decreased. On the contrary, since 2008 there was an annual growth of/in the sale of caviar. France was not only the country of origin but also the country where there was the largest/greatest/biggest volume of market. Germany was one of the main export countries, while Armenia , if we take the quantity (kg) into account. On the other hand, The U.S. was the main import country. Sturgeon was exported in the greatest quantity to Moldavia. During the period of time mentioned above, The Czech Republic exported only twice (35 000 pieces) and imported (210 pieces) of living specimen.

This diploma work takes and describes for the main objective the evolution and the formation of mental maps. These mental maps join with the idea of a travelling and with a travel tourism. The partial objective is the project for an exploitation of these knowledges for the travel tourism. This research is specialized in the basic school students where is the evolution the most descriptive. The evolution of the mental maps is assumed by students of secondary schools and by older informants. The evolution of these mental maps confirms the anylysis of questionnaires.

Možnosti rozšíření agrobiodiverzity na orné půdě v ekologickém zemědělství díky využití genových zdrojů jarních pšenic / Extension of agrobiodiverzity on the organic farming arable land thanks to using of genetic resources of spring wheat

This Thesis, focused on an evaluation of possible utilization of selected variety of wheat (Triticum aestivum L. and Triticum dicoccum Schrank) in organic farming in the light of possible expansion of agrobiodiverzity on an arable land, is connected with the Bachelor´s Thesis. The starting point of the process was a choice of twelve varieties based on previous screening. Small parcel of land experiments (2007 {--} 2008) with six genetic resources of emmer wheat and six varieties of sown wheat (4 old and land races, 2 modern check control varieties) have been grown on an experimental field of University of South Bohemian and Gene bank at Research Institute of Crop Production (VURV) Prague and subsequent evaluation of morphological, biological, economical and qualitative parameters as well. The results show, that genetic resources of wheat have lots of positive and negative features as well. A speed of growth, a height of plant or a tuft shape positively makes for an increment of a competition ability to weed. On the other hand, farming features e.g. a harvest index, a productivity of spike or a total yield is high variable by single kinds and compared to modern control varieties on a lowered level. Emmer wheat yields qualitative grain (high content of protein) in low imput farming. That is much better for other purposes than typical baker´s work (low swell of proteins expressed by Zeleny´s sedimentation analysis). This type of grown is suitable for organic farming and its growing currently contributes to expansion agrobiodiverzity on an arable land.

In the last decades, the sources of ionizing radiation have been used more and in various branches of medicine, industries, agriculture and research. Like each human activity, the usage of the sources of ionizing radiation is also connected with possible occurrences of accidents and emergencies. Such events can then cause damage to a person health or the environment . The usage of sources of ionizing radiation belongs to those few human activities in the world, where a big attetion is paid not only to the development of appli-cations but also to their safety. However, despite all of it, it is not possible to eliminate the risk of accidents and emergencies. Recently, there has been some talk of possible misuses of the sources of ionizing radiation. Such extraordinary events place high on the first response forces. One of the first re-sponse forces is Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic, the forces of which are lo-cated over the Cezch Republic. This thesis shall provide these forces with such infor-mation that they should be able, along with the authorities responsible for the radiation protection, to evaluate the situation and minimise effects on health, lives and environ-ment in the event of radiation extraordinary event. The purpose of this thesis is to solve local extraordinary radiation events (such as acci-dents during the transport of the sources of ionizing radiation, discovery of an unknown radiator). It does not deal with nuclear emergencies and accidents of other equipment, where the scope of the event and its consequences are of nation-wide importance. The first part of the thesis includes basic terms of the ionizing radiation and radiation pro-tection. The other part is focused on the radiation research, monitoring, response system and dosimetry devices. This part also includes materials for trainings and drills focusing on early identification of raiation hazards of an extraordinary event.

The following work deals with a design of switched mode power supply. In this essay, there is detailed description of non-isolated and isolated topologies of SMPS, used in industry. Next, there are calculations for design and analysis which are needed for space design. There will also be selected devices, which could be used in final device. Based on experience and ECSS requirements, there will be chosen parameters of SMPS, which could be then used as a module for future space design. Chosen topology of SMPS will be created as engineering model assembled with commercial components. One part of this work is dedicated to design and realization of planar transformer and coupled inductor.

This master’s thesis deals with the influence of different carbon materials on the properties of Li-S accumulators. The theoretical part of the thesis describes primary and secondary electrochemical sources with a focus on medical applications. The second chapter deals individually with a lithium article. The main part of the thesis is the practical production of electrodes for Li-S accumulators using different types of carbon materials. The effects of these materials on the properties of accumulators are investigated to determine the most appropriate in terms of capacity and stability.

Chlazení výkonných zdrojů světla / Cooling of a powerful light source

The diploma thesis is focused on calculating the thermal resistance of the line light source and the design of the cooling system with ideal inlet temperature. The partial aim of the work is in cooperation with CAMEA spol. s r. o. to determine the thermal resistances of the individual parts of the device and propose modifications so that the total thermal resistance and the maximum temperature are within the limits given by the cooperating firm. The main objective is to design a cooling system with all safety features and recommended regulation for economical and reliable operation. Analytical calculations, CFD simulations and real-world testing are used to determine the desired results. A reduction by 30% in thermal resistance of the printed circuit board was achieved, the thermal resistance of the aluminum profile with the cooling channel was determined and its hydraulic properties were calculated. The current cooling system designed by CAMEA spol. s r. o. for less powerful diodes was verified for use in a more powerful system, and a new cooling system was designed for efficient and economical operation in a powerful diode system.
