The study aims to shed light on the phenomenon of employeeship at a SwedishStaffing Agencise . This has been done on the basis of two questions. How canemployeeship look like in a service? What is the role given employeeship indeveloping contexts? In order to answer the purpose and issues have a quantitativeapproach been used. Based on the theoretical frame of reference has the form ofsurveys created. These questionnaires distributed to 125 consultants at a SwedishStaffing Agencise, including 71 of them responded. The material has beenanalyzed and compared with the theoretical frames of reference. The results showthat there is a high sense of trust and responsibility to the organization Bolaget.Employees believe that the ability to influence their work is not the same as takingthe decisions which the job requires. The employees believes the manager stillmust have a central role. Friendship is an important part of both positive andnegative criticism. There is a constant worry for the future. The conclusions Idraw from my material is that there is a mutual respect, where trust is a powerfulmotivator. There are large areas to develop their teamwork at the company, wheremanagers relinquishes responsibility.
