Don't interrupt your own imagination : Om att utforska metoder med kreativt skrivande och rörelse för att bli friare i skapande

This project investigates how the use of creative writing, time restriction and movement could benefit the flow of first impulses to gain a greater freedom in composing and performing. The essay describes two different methods and its impact on a creative process resulting in four new compositions. Towards the end, this bachelor thesis depicts how the playful framework provided by the methods have helped connecting the creative process with a more playful, allowing attitude, which provides the foundation for a more authentic artistry. /
Kompositioner och arrangemang (av Vendela Tegerstrand & Filip Eriksson):

One Word

Resting In My Arms

Figuring Out

Weary Head

Changing/No Speed Limit

Feels Like Water

Keepin' You Closer

Walk On Water

Medverkande:

Vendela Tegerstrand - sång

Filip Eriksson – el-, akustisk gitarr

Manfred Hulebo – piano

Oliver Löwenham – elbas

Jonatan Lindh – trumset

Johanna Moraeus – violin 1

Sara-Felicia Nyman Stjärnskog – violin 2

Ellen Alveteg – viola

Erik Elvkull – cello

I uppsatsen förekommer ljudexempel som även finns bifogade som bilagor.
