Previous issue date: 2012-03-14 / This study of local history attempts to analyze the images created by society and the judiciary on women in the province of Goiás, in the second half of the nineteenth century, since the processes found in the File-crimes Dorvi Fray Simon, the city of Goiás, in which they appear as defendants, which here serve as a discursive analysis. The speeches of the characters of the processes-crimes (witnesses for the defense and prosecution, police and judicial authorities) show a gap between oficial morality and the reality lived by them. The objective is to investigate how the versions obtained in these processes assume the status of truth in the hands of the judiciary that plays the feminist social movements in the criminal act of production. / Este estudo intenta analisar as imagens criadas pela sociedade e pelo Poder Judiciário sobre as mulheres da província de Goiás, nos quais elas aparecem como rés, que aqui servem de análise discursivas. As falas dos personagens dos processos-crimes (testemunhas de defesa e de acusação, autoridades policiais e judiciárias) revelam um descompasso entre a moralidade oficial e a realidade vivida por essas mulheres criminosas. Objetiva-se investigar como as versões obtidas nesses processos assumem os status de verdade nas mãos do Poder Judiciário que reproduz as representações sociais femininas no ato de produção da criminosa.
