Darbe atlikta teorinė bendradarbiavimo sampratos, pedagogų bendradarbiavimo kompetencijų ir nuostatų ikimokyklinėje ugdymo įstaigoje analizė, išnagrinėti specialiojo ugdymo(-si) dalyvių bendradarbiavimo aspektai.
Iškelta hipotezė, kad ikimokyklinėse įstaigose dirbantiems logopedams būdingos teigiamos nuostatos bendradarbiauti, ugdant specialiųjų poreikių vaikus, priešingai nei auklėtojoms.
Anketinės apklausos metodu buvo atliktas tyrimas, kurio tikslas – išanalizuoti darželio auklėtojų ir logopedų nuostatas į bendradarbiavimą, ugdant specialiųjų poreikių vaikus ikimokyklinėje bendrojo lavinimo įstaigoje. Atlikta statistinė duomenų analizė.
Tyrime dalyvavo 64 ikimokyklinio ugdymo pedagogai (auklėtojos) ir 63 ikimokyklinėse įstaigose dirbantys logopedai. Viso 127 respondentai iš Klaipėdos apskrities.
Empirinėje dalyje nagrinėjama darželio auklėtojų bei logopedų nuostatų aspektai: žinios (nuomonė apie specialiųjų poreikių vaikų ugdymą ikimokyklinėje įstaigoje, bendradarbiavimo sampratos, kompetencijų turinys), motyvai (veiksniai, skatinantys auklėtojų ir logopedų bendradarbiavimą), elgesys (bendradarbiavimo formų įvairovė, realus jų taikymas, probleminės bendradarbiavimo sritys).
Svarbiausios empirinio tyrimo išvados:
1. Ikimokyklinėse bendrojo ugdymo įstaigose dirbančių pedagogų nuostatos, ugdyti specialiųjų poreikių vaikus, turinčius kalbos, kalbėjimo bei komunikacijos sutrikimų, orientuotos į inkliuzinį ugdymą bei ugdymo(-si) tobulinimą.

[toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The theoretical analysis of the concept of collaboration, educator’s competency and attitude towards their collaboration in a preschool institution was carried out, explored dimension to the collaboration of participants of special education.
The hypothesis proposed that for speech therapists, which are working in preschool institutions, characteristics positive attitude towards collaboration educating children with special needs, conversely to educators.
The research was carried out by questionnaire survey method that aimed to sift preschool educators and speech therapists attitude towards their collaboration educating children with special needs in a nursery of general education. The statistical analysis was carried out.
64 preschool education teachers (educators) and 63 speech therapists working in preschool institutions participated in the research. In total 127 respondents from Klaipėda district.
The empirical part of the study discusses dimension of preschool educators and speech therapists attitude: knowledge (attitude to special needs children education in a preschool institution, the concept of collaboration, the content of competence), motives (encouragement influence to the collaboration of educators and speech therapists), behaviour (varied in forms of collaboration, the application of it to practical, problematical branches of collaboration).
