In this study, we have examined how the collaboration has worked, between the various actors in the Mathjälpen project. There was a need for the project to keep the spread of infection down and protect risk groups, in the ongoing pandemic.      We describe how the process started and how the actors solved problems that arose. Project Mathjälpen has gone well, thanks to good collaboration between Sävsjö municipality and Sävsjö pastorate. Using the secondary data and interview questions, we have compiled the information in text and clarified it with the help of diagrams.      By actively participating in the Mathjälpen project, we have gained an increased understanding and insight into how the work is structured and works. The results of the study show that through a working collaboration between different actors, there is the opportunity to help the people who need it. Help can be about a need people have or to protect/support vulnerable people in society.      What we see is that regardless of whether cooperation is conducted at a local, national, or international level, one or more people are needed who take the main responsibility, and ability to delegate.      The study is important for any future crises, where there is a need for cooperation between Sävsjö municipality and Sävsjö pastorate. This paper is based on the study of the cooperation of two musicproducers composing and producing two songs, each with two sessions. These sessions were recorded on video and were examined with focus on verbal and nonverbal communication. The results were quantified, analyzed and deducted. Methods used in this study are autoethnography (observation), case studies and interviews. To evaluate the various types of communication parts of grounded theory has been used. This study shows that local cooperation creates a more favorable creative environment over working with digital ways of communication. This due person-to-person being the more favorable environment as more modes of communication are possible where subtle signals are a part of the conversation.

Bakgrunden till val av ämne ”samverkan” är att vi upplever att det är ett eftersatt område av olika anledningar. Syftet är att få en fördjupad kunskap och förståelse om samverkan. Metoden i studien är kvalitativ då vi gjort två semistrukturerade intervjuer. Resultatet visar på flera aspekter, såväl styrkor som svagheter. Slutsatserna belyser att samverkan är ett komplext ämne som behöver läggas mer fokus på och vidareutvecklas, för att förbättra för ungdomar.

I dagens ekonomi räcker det inte att beskriva aktörer på marknaden som samarbetande eller konkurrerande. Företag både samarbetar och konkurrerar med samma företag, vilket kräver ett mer dynamiskt begrepp för att beskriva situationen - detta begrepp är coopetition. Coopetition innebär en blandning av de två engelska orden cooperation och competition, och syftar till när bolag både samarbetar och konkurrerar med varandra på samma gång. Coopetition äger rum på de flesta marknader världen över, och den internationella filmmarknaden är inget undantag. Forskning har visat att produktionsbolag på den globala filmmarknaden ingår i “coopetitiva” relationer med sina konkurrenter, men då den svenska filmindustrin ser annorlunda ut än den internationella, finns en viss problematik med att applicera denna forskning på svenska produktionsbolags interaktion med varandra. Därför har denna studie avsett att kartlägga hur coopetition ser ut mellan produktionsbolag på den svenska filmmarknaden. Resultatet visar att coopetition mellan svenska produktionsbolag yttrar sig genom samarbete inom områdena finansiering, rättigheter, kompetensdelning, riskspridning samt bransch intresse, samtidigt som konkurrens äger rum inom områdena finansiering, rättigheter samt upphovsmän.

Networks consisting of contacts between people can be found everywhere. The purpose of a network is always the same; to facilitate the availability of resources to the various parties. This also applies when it comes to entrepreneurship, in this case with digital media in focus, where the network is the entrepreneurs tool to expand their business interests, complete productions to the customer and grow in the industry. The objective of this study is to examine the role of entrepreneurs and corporate networks, how they are formed and maintained and about their properties. We also examine how companies in the production of media that are positioned in relatively remote areas establish themselves on the global market. How much impact does the environment in which it is located have on the company? To carry out this study we have held semistructured interviews and chosen qualitative methods and theories from already existing research material. In conclusion we arrived at three guidelines for entrepreneurs in the creative industry in northern Sweden regarding network and geographic location.

Bakgrund: Stress är ständigt närvarande i sjuksköterskans arbete. Detta talas om nästintill dagligen i det svenska samhället. En stressig arbetsmiljö kan leda till en sämre arbetskvalité för sjuksköterskor och därigenom en påverkad vård. Syfte: Syftet med studien var att belysa sjuksköterskans erfarenhet av hur arbetsrelaterad stress påverkar patientsäkerheten. Metod: En kvalitativ metod användes där fem sjuksköterskor intervjuades. Analysen utfördes med en kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Resultat: Resultatet visade att samtliga sjuksköterskor upplevde stress på arbetsplatsen. Erfarenheterna av stress hade både positiv och negativ inverkan på patientsäkerheten. Det framkom att arbetsrelaterad stress påverkade sjuksköterskornas patientnära arbete och samarbetet mellan kollegor. När samarbetet fallerade mellan olika yrkeskategorierna påverkades patientens säkerhet då kommunikationen brast. Beslut som kunde gälla liv och död blev svårare att ta och patientsäkerheten blev därmed hotad när stressen upplevdes övermäktig. Slutsats: Studien visar att mer kunskap och utbildning behövs inom området stress. Inom sjukvården krävs det mer tid för både sjuksköterskor och patienten för att kunna understödja hälsa. Det är nödvändigt att öka personalstyrkan och främja samarbete för att kunna få en patientsäker vård.
