Cette étude traite une question de grande importance en jetant la lumière sur la presse électronique arabe et fait la comparaison avec la presse digitale européenne et américaine, à travers la connaissance du phénomène de la presse électronique, ses caractéristiques, ses aspects négatifs et la situation des journalistes et leurs syndicats, leur engagement dans la déontologie professionnelle à travers leur travail dans la presse électronique.L'étude traite la faiblesse de la presse électronique arabe, son incapacité à faire la concurrence avec les journaux digitaux européens et américains. Elle jette la lumière sur les raisons de cette faiblesse, les aspects négatifs de la presse électronique arabe à cause de la faiblesse des réseaux de l'Internet et la faiblesse de ses utilisateurs dans le monde arabe, à cause de la domination des régimes arabes qui considèrent la presse électronique comme ennemie de sa domination sur la liberté de l'expression. / This study deals with an issue of great importance in shedding light on Arabic electronic media and makes the comparison with European and American digital press, through the knowledge of the phenomenon of electronic media, its features, its negative aspects and the situation of Journalists and their unions, their commitment to professional ethics through their work in the electronic media.The study discusses the weaknesses of the Arab electronic media, its inability to compete with European and American digital newspapers.It sheds light on the reasons for these weaknesses, the negative aspects of Arab electronic media because of the weakness of the Internet networks and the few number of its users in the Arab world because of the domination of Arab regimes consider electronic media as an enemy of its rule on freedom of expression.

Édition critique, traduction et commentaire des fragments d' Atellanes / Critical edition, translation and commentary of the fragments of the Attelan fables

Le sujet sur lequel porte cette thèse de doctorat est l’atellane. La première partie de la thèse consiste à présenter ce genre, ce qui a conduit l'auteur à s’intéresser à sa place et à son statut, à la lumière de ce qu’écrit Tite-Live notamment. Puis est proposée une interprétation des fragments qui nous sont parvenus : l'auteur montre que si l’atellane emprunte au théâtre d’Aristophane ou de Plaute notamment, elle a aussi son originalité propre. Après cette étude générale, la thèse présente l'histoire du texte. Comme aucun manuscrit des auteurs d’atellanes n'a été conservé, c'est uniquement par la tradition indirecte qu'il est possible de reconstituer ce que furent ces pièces atellanes : l'auteur a donc étudié cette tradition qui est essentiellement grammaticale, car c'est dans les travaux des grammairiens d'époque tardive, et presque exclusivement chez Nonius, que se trouvent des citations des auteurs d'atellanes. La thèse présente ensuite l’édition critique des fragments de Pomponius et Novius, avec, en regard, la première traduction en français de ces pièces dont il ne reste environ que trois cents vers au total. Contrairement aux éditions précédentes, l'auteur de cette thèse a fait le choix d’un apparat critique positif constitué à partir de la consultation de tous les manuscrits de Nonius. La dernière partie de la thèse est consacré au commentaire de ces fragments. / The field which this thesis covers is the so-called Atellana fabula. In the first part of it, which is an overall presentation of the particular genre, such questions as the one of the position of the Atellana with respect to other similar genres are addressed in the light of Livy’s texts among others. Then an interpretation of the fragments that came to us is proposed: it is put forward that the Atellana had original characteristics whatever it may have borrowed from the plays of Aristophanes or Plautus among others. After this overall presentation of the Atellanae, the historical study of the text and its tradition is proposed. As the text itself of the Atellanae is not given in any manuscript, one only may rely on indirect tradition to restore fragments of those plays. Most of this tradition is found in the works of the grammarians of later antiquity, especially in Nonius, where almost all of the quotations of Atellanae that came to us are preserved. Then a new critical edition of Pomponius’ and Novius’ fragments is proposed, along with the first translation into French of these plays of which no more than three hundred lines are preserved. Contrary to the previous editions of these fragments, this one presents a positive apparatus criticus, which includes the readings from the manuscripts of Nonius which all have been directly collated. Finally a new commentary on the fragments is proposed.

Os textos selecionados compreendem os contos "Véra", "L'Intersigne" e "Souvenirs occultes" que estão traduzidos para o português em duas edições (VILLIERS DE L'ISLE_ADAM, 1971, 1987) e cujas análises foram desenvolvidas na dissertação de mestrado - "O universo simbólico em Contes cruels de Villiers de l'Isle-Adam" (DOMINGOS, 2004); e, visando um dos objetivos específicos da tese, ou seja, a tradução de alguns textos da coletânea, em sua maioria inéditos em língua portuguesa, os contos: "Vox Populi", "Fleurs de ténèbres", "La Machine à Gloire", "Sentimentalisme", "A s'y méprendre" e "L'Inconnue". A definição dos contos está, ainda, fundamentada nos pilares mais significativos da obra villieriana, a saber: a prosa poética, a narrativa fantástica e o discurso irônico. As análises efetuadas no decorrer desta pesquisa indicaram caminhos para refletir, no processo tradutório, sobre as especificidades dos procedimentos narrativos, discursivos e poéticos empregados pelo autor. Foi possível destacar procedimentos estilísticos riquíssimos do discurso villieriano que concernem, sobretudo, à concentração característica do conto e da prosa poética e à ironia. Foi importante que tais procedimentos tenham sido bem caracterizados visto que este estudo, ao debruçar-se sobre a tradução de um texto literário poético, apóia-se em pressupostos da teoria e crítica da tradução, bem como da crítica literária, que entendem que existem diferenças entre traduzir e interpretar, que o tradutor deve encontrar maneiras adequadas de traduzir, de modo a satisfazer os critérios de manutenção do efeito produzido pelo texto de partida, na língua de chegada... The texts chosen are divided into two groups: the first is composed by the short histories "Véra", "L'Intersigne" and "Souvenirs occultes", translated into Portuguese in two editions (VILLIERS DE L'ISLE_ADAM, 1971, 1987) and whose analyses were developed in the Master Dissertation - "O universo simbólico em Contes cruels de Villiers de l'Isle-Adam" (DOMINGOS, 2004); the second group was chosen considering one of the specific objectives in this thesis, that is, the translation of some short stories that had never been translated into Portuguese: "Vox Populi", "Fleurs de ténèbres", "La Machine à Gloire", "Sentimentalisme", "A s'y méprendre" and "L'Inconnue". In this research, the analyses pointed to ways of reflecting about the translation process which involves specific, discursive, poetic narrative procedures used by the author. It was possible to highlight some stylistic procedures found in Villiers' discourse, which are extremely productive and are especially concerned with the condensed characteristic of the short story, its poetic prose and irony. It was very important to characterize those procedures because this study, devoted to the translation of a poetic literary text, is based on the assumptions of the translation theory and criticism, as well as on the literary criticism. These studies show differences between the act of translating and that of interpreting, and the translator should find adequate forms of translation as a way to fulfill the criterion that involves the production of the same effect, found in the departure text, in the target text. Edition of memorial book of town Lišov Annotation The main topic of presenting diploma thesis is edition of memorial book of town Lišov from years 1677-1840. The manuscript is stored in the archive SOkA České Budějovice in the fund Archiv města Lišov. The critical edition of the memorial book is trying to maintain the formal features of the text. The introductory part consists of three chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the development of town books and to the interest in their study in Czech countries. The second chapter deals with the history of town Lišov, town administration of Lišov and domain of Hluboká and aristocratic family of Schwarzenberg. The last chapter deals with analysis of the edited source. The supplement of diploma thesis is edition of memorial book of town Lišov. I chose as a main topic of my diploma thesis the critical edition of town memory book of town Netolice from years 1630-1848, called yellow. I chose this topic so that the manuscript would be open to public through the edition becase according to my opinion it contains interesting information about the history of the town and the progress of the company at that time. The opening part of the thesis will be made up from three chapters. The first chapter will be devoted to general development of town books and the overview of present exploration interest. The second chapter will be devoted to the inner and outer analysis of the editional source. A part of this chapter will be also devoted to the writers of the records who cannot be omitted. I will try to identify and characterize these writers. In the following and last chapter the history of town will be described and also analysed in more detail the chosen record registered in town memory book trying to interpret these records in context of the history of the town, the dominion of Prachatice and also events of land history. The mentioned modern critical edition of the town memory book of town Netolice from years 1630-1848 makes the supplement of the diploma thesis. The editional note together with nominal, place and subject index supplemented by basic dictionary of archaisms found in the editional writing will also be the part of this supplement.

Au début du XIXe siècle, plusieurs fabricants de bronzes parisiens décident de s’allier et de fonder une société : la Réunion des fabricants de bronze. Héritière de l’ancienne corporation des fondeurs, la Réunion propose un nouveau modèle de groupement professionnel pour accompagner les transformations contemporaines et le développement sans précédent que connaît l’industrie du bronze entre 1839 et 1870. Portées par des innovations techniques, telle que l’invention de la machine à réduire, de nouvelles questions commerciales, juridiques et esthétiques, se posent alors aux acteurs de cette industrie. Comment promouvoir les productions parisiennes sur un marché de plus en plus international ? Comment lutter activement contre la contrefaçon des modèles qui sévit ? Comment faire reconnaître la valeur esthétique d’ouvrages relevant tant de l’art que l’industrie ? Dans une société marquée par la multiplication des images et des objets, à un moment où le souci de la démocratisation de l’art devient un enjeu politique, l’édition de sculptures participe à la constitution d’une culture visuelle tout en posant les prémisses d’une conception du multiple comme œuvre d’art. À travers l’étude de la Réunion, de son fonctionnement et, plus spécifiquement, de son rôle de tribunal arbitral, l’enjeu de cette thèse est de comprendre comment les actions pour la reconnaissance juridique du caractère artistique de productions industrielles s’articulent avec une conception spécifique de la reproduction comme création. / In the early nineteenth century, several Parisians bronze’s manufacturers decided to join their forces and based a society: the Bronze Manufacturers Union. Heir to the old guild founders, the Union offers a new model of professional association to accompany the contemporary transformations and the important development of the bronze industry between 1839 and 1870. Supported by technological innovations such as the invention of the sculptures’ reducing machine, new commercial, juridical and aesthetical issues arise to industry protagonists. How to promote the Parisian productions in an internationalized market? How efficiently fight against models counterfeit? How to recognize the aesthetic value of works involved in both art and industry? When democratization of art becomes a political issue, sculptures edition take part of the creation of a visual culture and establishes principles of multiple in art. Through the study of the Union organization and, more specifically, its role of arbitral court, the goal of this thesis is to understand how the actions for the legal recognition of industrial productions as artworks is relate to the idea that reproduction could be a creation.
