The aim of the diploma thesis was to evaluate the human resources management in selected organization and to propose changes aimed at improving the activities in the field of human resources management. In the theoretical part were summarized basic information regarding human resource management, personnel department and role of human resources in the organization. Significant attention has been devoted to specific personnel activities. In the practical part was presented the company Danone a.s. and analysed human resources management system. Subsequently, a questionnaire survey was realized, which aimed to find out the views of employees to set system and its function in the company. Based on the observed facts were proposed changes that could contribute not only to improve human resource management system, but also to create a better functioning company.

More than ever, organizational development and results are affected by employee well-being and motivation. To be an attractive workplace from a staff perspective, it is vital that the organization is aware of how employees actually experience the workplace. By measuring employee satisfaction, the organization is given the opportunity to improve its position as an attractive workplace. The organization in this study has a future goal and that is to become one of Sweden’s most valued workplaces, therefore they need to develop a strategy for how employee satisfaction is measured and evaluated. The purpose of this study is to develop a standardized approach for the organization to measure and monitor it’s employee satisfaction. The study presents an implementation proposal in which the organization in an educational and step-by-step approach can begin the work of measuring employee satisfaction. In addition to the handy steps that the organization can follow, the benefits of a successful implementation project are also presented. The organization's challenges are mapped out and include a strategy to overcome these challenges. / Mer än någonsin påverkas en verksamhets utveckling och resultat av medarbetarnas trivsel och motivation. För att vara en attraktiv arbetsgivare utifrån ett medarbetarperspektiv är det av stor vikt att organisationen är medveten om hur medarbetarna faktiskt upplever arbetsgivaren. Genom att mäta medarbetarnöjdheten ges förutsättningar för organisationen att förbättra sin position som en attraktiv arbetsplats. Den studerade organisationens framtida mål är att bli en av Sveriges bästa arbetsgivare och de behöver därmed ta fram en strategi för hur medarbetarnöjdheten ska mätas och utvärderas. Syftet med studien är att ta fram ett standardiserat tillvägagångssätt för KitchenTime att mäta och följa upp sin medarbetarnöjdhet på. Studien presenterar ett implementeringsförslag där organisationen på ett pedagogiskt och stegvis tillvägagångssätt kan inleda arbetet med att mäta medarbetarnöjdheten. Förutom de handfasta stegen som organisationen kan följa presenteras även fördelar med ett lyckat implementeringsprojekt. [pt] O marketing interno é um conceito que surgiu pela preocupação das empresas em manter um alto grau de consistência na entrega de seus serviços. O fato do pessoal de contato se envolver diretamente com os consumidores no ato da venda, tornou essencial que eles sempre fossem capazes de atender às necessidades dos clientes. Portanto, a valorização dos funcionários e seu uso como meio de se atingir metas estratégicas são os principais objetivos do marketing interno. No Brasil, são escassos os estudos sobre este tema e as poucas pesquisas a respeito mostraram iniciativas ainda principiantes. Esta pesquisa busca explorar a literatura de marketing interno, através de análise e crítica, e verificar como as empresas brasileiras tratam deste tema, no que diz respeito a sua interpretação e implementação. Dentre os resultados obtidos, percebe-se que o marketing interno é um conceito novo, mas que já demonstra gerar mudanças culturais. O que não é mencionado na literatura, porém é mostrado aqui, é que a sua implementação não deve ser igual na empresa toda, pois existem áreas, como as de apoio, em que o programa de marketing interno deve focar mais as suas atenções. / [en] Internal marketing is a concept that emerged from the concerns of companies in maintaining a high standard of services. The fact that contact personnel interact directly with the customer in the moments of truth, makes it essential that companies are always able to fulfill the client`s needs. Thus, valuing the employees and using them as a vehicle to obtain strategic objectives is the main goal of internal marketing. In Brazil, case studies on this theme are rare and the little existing research shows that internal marketing is still in initial stage. The present research explores the literature on internal marketing, through analysis and criticism, and verifies how Brazilian companies address this theme, interpret it and implement it. The results suggest that internal marketing is a new concept, but one that is already generating cultural change. What is not mentioned in the literature, but demonstrated here, is that internal marketing should not be implemented uniformly throughout the whole company, because some areas, such as the support ones, need more attention within the internal marketing program.

The objective of this thesis is to assess the current status of employee benefits in practice, and the trends emerging in this area. The thesis first focuses on the characteristics of employee benefits in general, with a view to their growing importance, characteristics of the advantages and drawbacks of a fixed versus flexible system of benefit introduction, including tax impacts from the point of view of both the employer and employee. The thesis further analyzes the situation in the area of employee benefits in the Czech Republic. The practical part of the thesis assesses an employee benefit system introduced in a purely Czech company, SLUŽBY MĚSTA JIHLAVY s.r.o., and compares developments experienced in the last few years. The level of employee satisfaction with the benefits and other options being offered by the company was also examined. The evaluation of the outcome of the analysis includes proposals for resolution of the shortcomings found in the process.
