The diploma thesis deals with elaboration of design documentation for the new building of the kindergarten. The building is divided into two parts. In the first part, two separate classes are designed, each with a capacity of 24 children, there are also teacher’s facilities, a logopedic counseling, and office. In the second part of the building there are classrooms for external activities. In the first part of the building, the kitchen is designed for the needs of the kindergarten. The building has two aboveground floors and a basement. Load-bearing walls are designed from SENDWIX, lime-cement bricks. Thermal insulation on walls above ground floor are a mineral wool and underground floor walls, as well as the plinth are insulated by extruded polystyrene XPS. The floors are made of pre-stressed concrete floor panels SPIROLL. The building has two types of roof: flat green roof and flat roof with stone aggregates. The drawing documentation necessary for the realization of the kindergarten is processed including five structural details. The drawing part was processed in the AutoCAD computer program. Part of the work is fire, acoustic, thermal-technical solution and daylighting.

This diploma thesis is a project of a two-storey building of a Kindergarten. The building will be used for educating preschool children. On the ground floor, there are two base classrooms, one in each wing of the building. Each classroom has several zones (relaxing, playing, creating). Each classroom also has its own dressing room, washroom + toilets. On the ground floor, we can also find facilities for teachers and the principal office. Since finished food will be delivered, the building only contains a food preparation facility + dry storage. The second floor is accessible either by stairs or by elevator. On the second floor, there is another base classroom with its own dressing room and a washroom with toilet. Food is transported from the first floor by elevator, which is not designed for transporting people. On the second floor, there is also the teacher´s base + large social hall for occasional events. The kindergarten building has an atypical layout. The building is partly roofed by a flat roof and partly by a gabled roof. The project was processed using the computer program AutoCAD. During processing, emphasis was placed on the correct layout, architectural design and safe use of the building.

Master thesis Kindergarten in Polička is processed in the form design documentation for the construction. Two classes are designed in the building, each for 25 children, kitchen, technical background and facilities for staff. Part of the building is a large garden. It is a detached building with one floor and the part of the building with the basement. The surrounding terrain is slightly sloping. The building is made of masonry system on the concrete strip foundations. The building is insulated with contact thermal insulation system. The part of building is roofed with mono-pitched roof and the other parts are roofed with a flat roof.

The subject of my diploma thesis is create a design documentation of new building of the kindergarten which is located in Velké Bílovice. This building is placed in uptown near the elementary school in the area with flat terrain. The kindergarten is designed for education and raising of 48 children and 12 students. There is a large garden behind the property. This object has two above-ground floors and has no cellar. The roof is designed as warm flat roof. The loadbearing masonry is designed from sand-lime blocks. The whole object will have contact thermal insulation system, the floor structures are from reinforced concrete. The staircase is designed as half-turn stair from reinforced concrete. This object is based on the foundation strips.

The final thesis speaks about design of kindergarten for detailed design. Building is located in Humpolec on the parcel no. 2130/18. Building has three floors and flat roof. In the building is located four classes for kindergarten, logopedics and classroom for english language. Architectonic design is made by using ventilated facade and stone veneer.

Intention of this work is to create functional dispositional solution for day-to-day operation. Kindergarten is designed for educating and raising up to 40 children. Space for hobby classes is part of the object. This object has two above-ground floors and has no cellar. The load bearing masonry is designed from sand-lime blocks and the whole object will have contact thermal insulation system. The roof is designed as warm flat roof. The floor structures form from prestressed ceiling panels. The staircase is designed as half-turn stair from reinforced concrete. This object is based on the foundation strips.

This diploma thesis deals with the design of a kindergarten in the village of Horoměřice. It is a basement detached house on a flat terrain. The building of the kindergarten with a rugged ground plan has two floors and is covered by a flat vegetation roof. It is divided into social, hobby, economic and school management sections. The building is designed to meet the requirements of building solutions of nearly zero-energy buildings. The project is processed using the computer program ArchiCAD.

This diploma thesis is exploring the plan for the construction of kindergarten in the city of Velíková. The kindergarten is located in the north part of the properties with numbers 528/1 and 63. It is a two-floor building with partial basement. The building is designed for three classes with the total number of pupils being 54. In the western part of the property a car park is designed with 18 parking spaces in total. From the layout perspective, on the first floor, there are two classes and a utility rooms for the employees. All rooms have a separate entrance, so that there is no obstruction or interference. On the second floor, there is one class and a school staffroom situated. There are storage and a technical facility located in the cellar. The building’s supporting system is made from sand-lime bricks. Reinforced concrete panels Spiroll create the roof construction. The subject of this diploma thesis is the building design and project documentation of a new kindergarten in Brno. It is a new detached building structure with two floors, designed on a flat plot no. 1510/1 in cadastre unit Brno – Komín. The building is constructed of clay masonry with contact thermal insulation, supported by strip foundations. Ceiling construction is made of prestressed hollow-core slabs. This object is roofed by a single-layer and double-layered, flat roof. This kindergarten is designed for 60 children divided into three sections. Two sections are located on the 1st floor together with food preparation and technical rooms. The third section is on the 2nd floor with headquarters and a common room. This project was developed using AutoCAD software. The focus during development was on the proposed layout design in accordance with the kindergarten’s operations.

This diploma thesis is focused on design and postprocessing of project documentation for two storey, cellular basement kindergarten in Měrovice nad Hanou. The target is to create operational dispositive solution which takes account of everyday operations. The operation consists of two class, a multipurpose hall, an operating section and a part of teachers. The buiding is designed from construction system Porotherm. It is built with warm flat roof and the building is based on strip foundations.
