The final thesis speaks about design of kindergarten for detailed design. Building is located in Humpolec on the parcel no. 2130/18. Building has three floors and flat roof. In the building is located four classes for kindergarten, logopedics and classroom for english language. Architectonic design is made by using ventilated facade and stone veneer.

Main aim of this master’s thesis is to create a project documentation to conduct construction work on the new building of the kindergarten, which is located in Moravany near Brno. Intention of this work is to create functional dispositional solution for day-to-day operation. Kindergarten is designed for educating and raising up to 40 children. Space for hobby classes is part of the object. This object has two above-ground floors and has no cellar. The load bearing masonry is designed from sand-lime blocks and the whole object will have contact thermal insulation system. The roof is designed as warm flat roof. The floor structures form from prestressed ceiling panels. The staircase is designed as half-turn stair from reinforced concrete. This object is based on the foundation strips.

This diploma thesis deals with the design of a kindergarten in the village of Horoměřice. It is a basement detached house on a flat terrain. The building of the kindergarten with a rugged ground plan has two floors and is covered by a flat vegetation roof. It is divided into social, hobby, economic and school management sections. The building is designed to meet the requirements of building solutions of nearly zero-energy buildings. The project is processed using the computer program ArchiCAD.

This diploma thesis is exploring the plan for the construction of kindergarten in the city of Velíková. The kindergarten is located in the north part of the properties with numbers 528/1 and 63. It is a two-floor building with partial basement. The building is designed for three classes with the total number of pupils being 54. In the western part of the property a car park is designed with 18 parking spaces in total. The subject of this diploma thesis is the building design and project documentation of a new kindergarten in Brno. It is a new detached building structure with two floors, designed on a flat plot no. 1510/1 in cadastre unit Brno – Komín. The building is constructed of clay masonry with contact thermal insulation, supported by strip foundations. Ceiling construction is made of prestressed hollow-core slabs. This object is roofed by a single-layer and double-layered, flat roof. This kindergarten is designed for 60 children divided into three sections. Two sections are located on the 1st floor together with food preparation and technical rooms. The third section is on the 2nd floor with headquarters and a common room. This project was developed using AutoCAD software. The focus during development was on the proposed layout design in accordance with the kindergarten’s operations.

This diploma thesis is focused on design and postprocessing of project documentation for two storey, cellular basement kindergarten in Měrovice nad Hanou. The target is to create operational dispositive solution which takes account of everyday operations. The operation consists of two class, a multipurpose hall, an operating section and a part of teachers. The buiding is designed from construction system Porotherm. It is built with warm flat roof and the building is based on strip foundations.

The subject of my diploma thesis is to create a design documentation of new building of kindergarten. Designed building is located in Náměšť nad Oslavou. This building is situated in location of new family houses on a slightly sloping land. Kindergarten is determined for upbringing and education of 66 children, divided into three separate sections, in the building is included place for hobby (common room). In the south side of the land is situated large school garden. Kindergarten is designed as separately standing building, with two above-ground floors and has no cellar. The construction system of the object is wall system, walled from ceramic blocks, the horizontal load-bearing constructions are made of prestressed reinforced concrete panels. The stairscase is designed from reinforced concrete. The building is roofed with single layer flat roof and is foundated on strip foundation.

The building has two floors and the first floor is embedded in the terrain. The vertical load-bearing structures consist of sand-lime masonry with a contact thermal insulation system. The building is based on foundation strips due to the type of subsoil. The roofing is then solved by a single-layer flat roof with a vegetation layer.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of an architectural study of the reconstruction of the pre-plant zone of the Facelift of the Dukovany power plant. The construction site is an area that belongs to the village of Dukovany and borders the village of Rouchovany. As a whole, this area is in poor technical and architectural condition. However, its location gives potential for new uses. The solved area belongs to the ČEZ nuclear power plant.
