As placas metálicas isotrópicas da estrutura aeronáutica serão modeladas pelo método dos elementos de contorno considerando a presença de tensões de cisalhamento nos planos normais á superfície das placas (formulação de Reissner-Mindlin). No modelamento do reparo será usada uma formula¸c¿ao por elementos de contorno para placas anisotrópicas sem considerar a presençaa de tensões de cisalhamento nos planos normais à superfície da placa (formulação do Kirchhoff-Love). A análise será validada com resultados analíticos, numéricos e experimentais disponíveis na literatura e com modelos desenvolvidos pelo método dos elementos finitos / Abstract: The objective of this project is the development of a computational tool for the analysis and design of cracked aeronautical structures repaired by adhesively bonded laminated composites. The isotropic metallic plates of the aeronautical structure will be modeled by the boundary element method considering the presence of shear stresses in planes that are normal to the surface of the plates (formulation of Reisner-Mindlin). In order to model the repair, a boundary element formulation for anisotropic plates will be used neglecting the presence of shear stresses in planes that are normal to the surface of the plate (formulation of Kirchhoff-Love). Dessa maneira, a aquisição de um ativo físico não deve ser decidida somente com base no custo inicial, mas sim por meio do custo do ciclo de vida desse ativo. Para esta dissertação foi elaborado um modelo matemático para encontrar a vida econômica e realizar previsões de custos de manutenção de um grupo de ativos físicos empregados no setor energético. Sendo assim, isso ocorre por meio de: (1) programação dinâmica, utilizando o modelo clássico de Bellman para reposição de equipamentos; (2) engenharia econômica, de tal forma que a vida econômica dos equipamentos é modelada por meio da função W de Lambert e (3) técnicas econométricas de previsão, tal que a relação entre os custos de manutenção e a idade dos equipamentos é testada por formas funcionais de regressões lineares simples. Com isso, para modelagem de vida econômica, foi possível estabelecer teoremas e, para previsão de custos de manutenção, foi possível perceber que as variáveis possuem uma relação não linear entre elas. Portanto, foi possível concluir que os equipamentos podem ser utilizados de maneira mais eficiente e com menores custos de ciclo de vida incorporados, uma vez que seja aplicada uma gestão econômica com base no modelo proposto nesta dissertação e, consequentemente, também possibilitar obter melhores indicadores financeiros para as empresas do setor energético / Abstract: In the energy sector (mining, oil and electricity), the knowledge of the asset's behavior in their life-cycle costs becomes very important because of: (1) the high cost of acquisition and (2) the high maintenance expenses. Thus, the acquisition of a physical asset should not be decided only on the basis of its initial cost, but through the consideration of its entire life cycle cost. In this dissertation a mathematical model of economic life and maintenance costs forecasts of a group of physical assets is developed and employed in the analysis of problems in the energy sector. The model considers the following: (1) dynamic programming, using the classical Bellman model for equipment replacement; (2) engineering economics, using to model the economic life of the equipment the equivalent cost theory and Lambert W-function and (3) econometric forecasting techniques, such that the relationship between the maintenance costs and equipment age are tested for functional forms of linear regressions. Therefore, on economic life modeling, it was possible to establish theorems and on maintenance costs forecasting. It was revealed that the variables have a nonlinear relationship between them. To conclude, physical assets can be used more efficiently and at lower life-cycle costs incorporated with the application of models developed in this dissertation and, consequently, contribute to obtain better financial indicators for companies in the energy sector / Mestrado / Reservatórios e Gestão / Mestre em Ciências e Engenharia de Petróleo

However, it is possible to observe that the practice of periodical inspections is still not part of the culture of a specific section of the population, who don`t have the financial means nor a knowledge of the importance of maintenance as a guarantor of the building`s safety. These inspections aim to detect structural faults in time to minimize repair costs. Preventative maintenance is meant to guarantee the useful life of the building. In this study, there was an inspection schedule using tests and a methodology to measure damage, to check the state of direpair of three residential buildings, all more than 20 years old, all on the coast where the environmental effects are strong. The deterioration found in each of these buildings was due to inadequate preventative measures. The last action taken in Building A was undertaken by unqualified labourers directed by the condominium with no technical knowledge in the area of the civil engineering. In Building B, the situation is similar, worsened by the opinion of several residents who think that there in no need for this kind of inspection. And this even though the building is in a critical state according to the research done. As for Building C, at the time of our research, there was a civil engineering firm performing maintenance services, though this is due to last minute action taken by the present management of the building / Com o crescente número de ocorrências patológicas encontradas nas estruturas de concreto armado, conforme levantamento de danos realizado por Dal Molin, 1988; Andrade, 1997, cresce também a demanda por serviços de inspeção e manutenção nos condomínios residenciais no Estado de Pernambuco e em todo o País. Entretanto, é possível observar que a prática de inspeções periódicas ainda não faz parte da cultura de uma determinada faixa da população, que não possui meios econômicos, e conhecimento da importância da manutenção para garantir a integridade da estrutura. Estas inspeções visam detectar danos à estrutura em tempo hábil a minorar os custos de reparo, aplicando assim uma manutenção preventiva como forma de garantir a vida útil estimada em projeto para a edificação. Foi utilizado neste trabalho um roteiro de inspeção com utilização de ensaios e metodologia de quantificação de danos, para verificar o estado de degradação de três edifícios residenciais, com mais de vinte anos de construídos e próximos à orla marítima onde a agressividade ambiental é forte. A deterioração encontrada em cada um dos edifícios foi devido à intervenção inadequada realizada em cada prédio. A última intervenção realizada na Edificação A, foi corretiva executada por mão de obra não qualificada orientada pelo próprio condomínio, que não tem conhecimento técnico na área de engenharia civil. Na edificação B, a situação é semelhante, agravada pela opinião de alguns condôminos de que não há necessidade desta rotina, mesmo a estrutura estando em estado crítico, conforme confirmado com a aplicação da metodologia ora proposta. E para a edificação C, na ocasião da pesquisa, existia uma empresa de engenharia civil executando os serviços de manutenção, porém isto se deve, de forma pontual, a gestão atual do condomínio

This dissertation solves the problems with management of capital goods in the company STROJÍRNA OSLAVANY, spol. s r.o.. The work is elaborated from the analysis of present situation in the plant, whereas the heed is oriented to the most important areas, especially the organisation and service activity and maintenance of assets. The result of the performed analysis is the identification of weak points. Proposals are submitted in the second part of the work, in order to solve the problems found by presented analysis. The economical evaluation of the proposals and determination for assumptions for the application of extended result to company use is performed at the end of the work.

This thesis focuses on issue of tangible fixed assets management in the company DT – Vyhybkarna a strojirna a.s. in the Prostejov city. This company produces, installs and restores turnout trackwork for railways, trams and underground tracks. The first part of this thesis analyses current situation of tangible assets and its handling, based on the evaluation of the maintenance department. Afterwards it defines weak parts and reveals shortages, on which an improvement suggestions for optimalizing and melioration of that state is made. At the end of this thesis is made an economic evaluation of the suggestions and expected changes in case of the implementation.

The main aim of this master's thesis is preparation of economic and technical data for analysis of profit loss for a transport organization as a result of repair work after an accident involving buses with a carrying capacity of over 30 passengers. Master's thesis has three main parts. First part deals with technical data of buses SOR C 9,5, SOR C 10,5 a MAN Lion's Regio C, theirs equipment and service operation. Economic data about these buses are processed and evaluated in second part. Last part is devoted to the creation of methodology for calculation of profit loss of buses after an accident. It concerns about each model and category of buses with a carrying capacity of over 30 passengers as a whole.

In theoretical part of the thesis I first mentioned a project management structures and the way it compiles the price of the works. I also noted a general procedure for calculating the price of work construction machinery. Conclusion theoretical part I dedicated the composition, development and consumption of fuel prices. The aim of this thesis was to analyze the effect of changes in fuel prices on the cost of the building and generalize this affect the whole construction output. This target has been demonstrated in practical part of this work. I was doing calculations on a particular project.
