This research has the objective of describing the processes of images as language of thinking/saying, saying/thinking of formators of teachers in the perspective of understanding as the image can favor the construction of a more authorial speech. The research was done in the context of the project of formation of teachers from the escolar group SESI-SP, with six formators of teachers, that expressed their professional route and the senses attributed to the trade of formators with words and images. The construction of the information done by people was integrated to the theoretical fundamentals, in a living and dynamic dialogue like it is the life of a research. Some metaphors like passages, way and labyrinth follow the process of the production of the research, having as object to indicate the complexity that resides in the field of the continuous formation of teachers and the possibilities of new approaches of the speech and reflexion. The ideas of Dewey and Larrosa, Paulo Freire and Perrenoud, Vigostski, Santaella and Pareyson confirm theoretically the principal concepts deal: experience, formation and image-language. The interpretation of the information revealed that the image, as the language, can enlarge and cover the biggest sense the thinking/saying of formators since the formation be understandable as aesthetic experience of feeling, thinking and producing senses. This means that, more than an activity to be done by people to translate the image in words with compatible elements with the idea of the total person: feelings, emotions and knows constructed. By this perspective, the image showed a more complete person, his/her words covered of senses. All the route of investigation counted with a researcher that also lived the process of the reinvention of his/her thought and the speech by the way of language-image-translation.

Relações entre valor percebido, comprometimento, propaganda boca a boca e intenção de recompra

Lima, Vinicius Zanchet de 11 September 2015 (has links)
Submitted by Ana Guimarães Pereira (agpereir@ucs.br) on 2015-10-29T10:49:26Z No. of bitstreams: 1 Dissertacao Vinicius Zanchet de Lima.pdf: 918111 bytes, checksum: 6725f13f97477624a61513e930670b96 (MD5) / Made available in DSpace on 2015-10-29T10:49:26Z (GMT). For the development of this research, was analyze the influence of perceived value, the affective commitment, normative commitment and positive word of mouth marketing about the intention of repurchasing smartphones of a particular brand (world market leader brand). For this, we carried out the theoretical research that approaches the repurchase intention, as well as the understanding and analysis of the constructs included in the research. After that, was implemented a quantitative search using a survey as method. The analysis of the results was made through multivariate statistics, using the technique of Structural Equation Modeling to observe and analyze the components of the object under study, in addition to testing the mentioned hypotheses. The sample consisted of 283 consumers of mobile phones smartphones. The results showed that the perceived value positively influences the affective commitment and normative commitment; that the perceived value by consumers not positively influences positive word of mouth; that the affective commitment positively influences the word of mouth positive; that the affective commitment positively influences the repurchase intention; that the normative commitment positively influences the repurchase intention; and that the word of mouth positive positively influences the repurchase intention a product of the same brand. Therefore, this study provides a greater understanding of the relationships of the determinants constructs or antecedents of intention to repurchase, including in the same theoretical model different constructs that previously had not related.

Neosobní konstrukce moderní španělštiny: slovosledné varianty vybraných konstrukcí / Impersonal Constructions of Modern Spanish: Word order Variants of Selected Constructions

KRAJŇÁKOVÁ, Radka January 2009 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to involve word order tendencies of impersonal constructions in modern Spanish. The paper is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical one there is characteristics and a list of basic configurations of impersonal constructions, followed by the analysis which concerns how to make the syntactic impersonal constructions. The part is ended with the conception of term {\clqq}word order``, especially the word order in Spanish. The practical part is focused on the results of the analysis concerning word order variation of chosen types of configurations. The pattern words were analysed by means of synchronic corpus CREA and the permutations of word order were identified. Conclusions of the analysis serve for definition of tendencies in Spanish word order, especially for clarification whether Spanish disposes of free word order, and for confirmation of the hypothesis that the word order in Spanish is resticted to a great extent.

As palavras dentro da palavra : segmentações não convencionais na escrita de estudantes do ensino médio e sua relação com o estatuto de palavra

Donadel, Gabriela January 2013 (has links)
This work investigates the status of the word from the analysis of the graphical word. Through the investigation of cases of hypo and hypersegmentation, “concerteza” (surely) and “da quela” (that), respectively, we try to observe what is behind the distribution of the blank spaces in a text. Such alternative segmentations can be derived from the concept of word that underlies the graphical word and would be indicative of the expedients a writer disposes of in that decision. Many researchers have investigated unconventional segmentations (Silva, 1991; Abaurre, 1991; Cunha, 2004, 2010a, 2010b; Tenani, 2004, 2008, 2010, 2011; Capristano, 2007; Cunha & Miranda, 2005, 2007, 2009; Miranda, 2008, 2012; Chacon, 2004, 2005, 2006; among others). In these works, there is a very marked tendency to approximate writing to the speech and analyze mistaken segmentations data by the bias of Prosodic Phonology (as Nespor & Vogel, 1986). The present research differs from other works on writing since (i) the writing is not its study object, but it relies on the graphical word in order to observe the status of the word; (ii) because of the educational level of the informants (High School); and (iii) considering that it does not only evaluate the prosodic constituents, but the complex relationship between linguistic competence and grammar rules. The predominance of hypersegmentation on the collected data guides our ponderation on the course of writing and on the conception of word which underlies the graphical word. We propose to interpret writing as a process that moves from speech (language) to the norm, which implies a conception of the word that permeates all levels of grammar and also defines itself by settlements of the order of the written language.

The Use of Online Reviews for Pure Player Products

Abd-El-Samie, Jasmen, Asbaha, Winta, Tarar, Shah Alam Riaz January 2018 (has links)
Electronic commerce is the selected field to investigate for this thesis, particularly pure player apparel brands. This has been of interest as consumers struggle when shopping online for apparel since they cannot test the product before purchasing with pure players, therefore, there is information asymmetry. Moreover, when consumers lack trust, they may be more hesitant to purchase online due to the perceived risk, therefore, companies should attempt to relieve their doubts. It has been recognized in previous research that electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) could provide guidance and develop confidence during the purchasing process. The aim of this study was to develop an understanding on how consumers perceive online reviews to assure that they will be satisfied with the order. Moreover, there were several factors identified in previous research that could influence the use of online reviews, therefore, those factors were recognized and analyzed in the context of pure players for this study. In addition, the study revealed two factors that influenced the use of online reviews. A qualitative method was utilized, to gain a deeper understanding on consumers’ opinions on the topic. Semi-structured interviews were conducted to provide the opportunity for individuals to further develop their responses. The results suggested that pure player apparel brands should include online reviews. They could improve the mechanism by considering the factors that were identified in this study.

Is 'respect' a Feeling or a Behaviour? : -a study of the connection between word meaning and age for native and non-native speakers of English

Kaczorowski, Anna January 2009 (has links)
The aim of this study was to investigate if there is a connection between language and social identity in the perception of word meaning among second language learners in the same way as for native speakers, and if the sociolinguistic variable age is significant. This was done with an investigation of two generations of Swedish learners' perception of the meaning of the words 'respect', 'integrity' and 'communication'. The investigation showed that age is important to a certain extent regarding interpreting words and their meaning, but that it is not as important if the speaker has English as their mother tongue or as their second language.
