[pt] Os quadros da chamada clínica da atualidade abarcam um leque heterogêneo de padecimentos como, por exemplo, anorexias, bulimias, drogadicções, escarificações, síndrome do pânico, bem como os casos-limite ou borderline reunidos sob a designação de “sofrimentos narcísicos”. Uma das inspirações para esta nomenclatura nosográfica tem como origem a expressão francesa souffrances identitaires-narcissiques – sofrimentos narcísicos identitários – cunhada pelo psicanalista francês René Roussillon. Tais sofrimentos impõem à clínica psicanalítica uma série de impasses e desafios que interrogam o trabalho analítico, em particular os dispositivos clínicos. Diante desta constatação, esta tese pretende investigar, na literatura psicanalítica – incluídos casos e vinhetas clínicas – possíveis recursos clínicos ao trabalho analítico com esses quadros. Para isto, a tese está dividida em duas partes, tendo maior destaque a segunda, em função de seu objetivo. Na primeira, que fornecerá subsídios teórico-clínicos à segunda, são localizadas as principais problemáticas dos casos em questão, as quais giram em torno de seu ponto de origem – a ocorrência de traumas precoces patogênicos. A segunda e principal parte da tese é dedicada a investigar dispositivos ao trabalho analítico cujas características possam vir a coadunar-se às problemáticas levantadas na Primeira Parte. São explorados o recurso da regressão clínica, segundo as contribuições de Michael Balint e Donald Woods Winnicott, bem como um conjunto de dispositivos analíticos apresentados em diferentes publicações de René Roussillon para o atendimento da clínica com os casos em questão. Os recursos apresentados são atravessados e fundamentados por uma escuta polifônica e polimórfica, que, por sua vez, contempla uma série de contribuições apresentadas por esse autor, como aquelas da pulsão mensageira e do registro mimo-gesto-postural. Ao final, a tese busca indicar a ampliação de um desses dispositivos apresentados pelo autor francês. / [en] The pictures of the so-called clinic of the present time encompass a heterogeneous range of ailments such as anorexias, bulimias, drug addictions, scarification, panic syndrome, as well as borderline cases reunited under the designation of narcissistic sufferings. One of the inspirations for this nosographic nomenclature has as its origin the French expression souffrances identitaires-narcissiques– narcissistic identity sufferings – coined by the French psychoanalyst René Roussillon. These sufferings impose on the psychoanalytic clinic a series of impasses and challenges that interrogate the analytical work, especially its clinical devices. In view of this substantiation, this thesis intends to investigate, in the psychoanalytic literature – including clinical cases and vignettes – possible clinical resources to the analytical work with these pictures. For this, the thesis is divided into two parts, the second being more prominent, according to its objective. In the first one, which will provide theoretical and clinical subsidies to the second, the main problems of the cases in question are located, which revolve around their point of origin – the occurrence of early pathogenic traumas. The second and main part of the thesis is devoted to investigating devices for analytical work whose characteristics may be consistent with the problems raised in Part One. The resources of clinical regression are explored according to the contributions of Michael Balint and Donald Woods Winnicott, as well as a set of analytical devices presented in different publications by René Roussillon to attending the clinic with the cases in question. The resources presented are crossed and grounded by a polyphonic and polymorphic listening, which, in turn, contemplates a series of contributions presented by this author, such as those of the messenger drive and the mimo-gesture-postural register. In the end, the thesis seeks to indicate the enlargement of one of these devices presented by the French author.

[pt] A dissertação de mestrado tem por objetivo estudar a indesejável formação do fouling no sistema de arrefecimento dos hidrogeradores da usina hidrelétrica Fontes Nova com vistas a propor técnicas alternativas para a sua mitigação. Mais especificamente, avaliar o desempenho de uma técnica antifouling que expõe o escoamento à ação de um campo elétrico externo. A pesquisa foi motivada (i) pela perspectiva de contribuir para o entendimento do complexo fenômeno de formação e mitigação do fouling e (ii) pelo desafio de propor um método on-line, não invasivo, de simples operação, em contraposição aos métodos de limpeza mecânica e química normalmente ofensores do meio ambiente e que requerem a interrupção da geração. Desenvolvido no contexto do projeto de PeD Light/Aneel Ref. OKE 06-07 intitulado Tecnologia de tratamento de água de refrigeração da usina Fontes Nova, a pesquisa, de natureza experimental e quantitativa, desenvolveu-se com base numa metodologia que avalia o desempenho hidrodinâmico e térmico do trocador de calor quando submetido à ação do dispositivo antifouling estudado. Os resultados do trabalho permitiram concluir que a incrustação predominante é de natureza Bio (biofouling) e que embora o dispositivo não invasivo iniba a formação dos indesejáveis micro-organismos que obstruem o trocador e afetam a sua eficácia de operação ele não elimina o problema. A partir dessa constatação, uma técnica alternativa de limpeza on-line que faz uso de esferas abrasivas foi concebida e projetada para promover a limpeza do trocador de calor em operação. / [en] The objective of the master thesis is to study the undesirable formation of fouling in the cooling system of hydroeletric generators of Fontes Nova Power Plant with the view to propose an alternatives techniques for its mitigation. more specifically, to assess the performance of an antifouling device that exposes the flow to the action of an external electric field. The research was motivated by the perspective of contributing to the understanding of the complex phenomenon associated with the formation and mitigation of fouling and by the challenge of proposin an alternate on-line, non-invasive method, of simple operation, contrasting to conventional of mechanical and chemical cleaning methods that normally offender the environment and requires interruption of the generation. Developed in the context of the project R and D light/aneel Ref. OKE 06-07 entitled Technology for treatment of refrigeration water of the Fontes Nova Power Plant, the research, of quantitative and experimental nature, was developed based on a methodology that assess the of hydrodynamic and thermal performance of the heat exchanger when submitted to the action of the antifouling device studied. The results of the work support the conclusion that the fouling is of a biological nature (biofouling) and that although the non-invasive device inhibits the formation of the unwanted microorganisms that block the exchanger and affect its effectiveness of operation it does not eliminate the problem. An alternative on-line cleaning technique that makes use of abrasive spheres was designed and engineered to clean the heat exchanger in operation.

[pt] Os sensores de deformação convencionais, por exemplo, os strain gages resistivos e ópticos, consagrados pelo mercado, são empregados em diferentes ambientes e estruturas, oferecendo um nível de flexibilidade que permite sua integração a vários tipos de sistemas de medição. No entanto, requerem uma fonte de energia elétrica local ou não podem funcionar sem cabos, limitando o seu uso em alguns cenários, como em partes móveis de máquinas. Os dispositivos SAW (Surface Acoustic Wave) podem ser usados como sensores de deformação piezoelétricos, pois possuem sensibilidade à deformação e podem operar de forma passiva por meio de antenas, podendo ser integrados a sistemas de monitoramento sem fio. Seu funcionamento é baseado em ondas de superfície geradas em um meio piezoelétrico. O estado de tensão na superfície do meio altera as características dessas ondas e induz mudanças na frequência de operação. O presente trabalho analisou a sensibilidade à deformação de dispositivos SAW ressonadores feitos de quartzo ST-X com frequência central de 433,92 MHz colados com diferentes adesivos, e testou sua operação como sensores passivos sem fio. A metodologia incluiu testes de tração não destrutivos em diferentes temperaturas e também simulações com elementos finitos. Os resultados experimentais mostraram relação linear entre a variação de frequência dos ressonadores e as deformações aplicadas, concordando com a literatura. A interrogação sem fio foi bem sucedida, confirmando o grande potencial dessa tecnologia. Os resultados numéricos, combinados a um modelo teórico, foram próximos aos experimentais, validando o modelo numérico. / [en] The conventional strain sensors, e.g., resistive and optical strain gages, established in the market, are deployed in different environments and structures, providing the flexibility of integration with different measurement systems. However, they require a local energy source to work or cables, limiting their use in some scenarios such as moving parts of machines. The SAW (Surface Acoustic Wave) devices can be used as piezoelectric strain sensors since they have sensitivity to strain, can operate passively by antennas and can be integrated to wireless monitoring systems. Its working principle is based on surface acoustic waves generated on piezolectric medium. The stress state of the medium changes the characteristics of these waves and induces changes in the operating frequency. The present work analyzed the strain sensitivity of SAW resonators made of ST-X cut quartz operating at a central frequency of 433,92 MHz, bonded with different adhesives, and tested their operation as passive wirelesss sensors. The methodology included non-destructive tensile testing at different temperature, and also finite elements simulations. The experimental results showed linear relation between the frequency change and the applied strain, agreeing with the literature. The wireless interrogations was successful, confirming the great potential of this technology. The numerical results, combined to a theoretical model, matched well the experiments, validating the model.

[pt] Esta dissertação pleiteia que os efeitos da agenda LGBT normativa favorecem alguns grupos sociais, mas reforçam a marginalização e a expropriação de pessoas e povos queer não-brancos, seja em contextos domésticos, ou na política internacional. Para explicar essa lógica, o trabalho apresenta uma montagem teórica experimental: a perspectiva foucaultiana sobre poder disciplinar e dispositivo de sexualidade (FOUCAULT, 2002; FOUCAULT, 1998) acoplada a uma crítica queer of color (FERGUSON, 2004), que atenta para o disciplinar das formações racializadas não-heteronormativas que surgiram para suprir o mercado de trabalho capitalista nos centros urbanos onde o a burguesia primeiro ascendeu. Com esse primeiro movimento, será mostrada a imbricação entre capital, poder disciplinar e sexualidade, para indicar que tal poder disciplinar atua em favor de uma hegemonia político-sexual branca e burguesa. Posteriormente, para indicar as tendências do período neoliberal recente, o esforço consistirá em refletir sobre as ausências estratégicas do Estado neoliberal e as formas pelas quais a heteronormatividade é reforçada em comunidades racionalizadas, ao passo que a homonormatividade se torna mais acessível a grupos que correspondem a recortes de classe e raça identificados com a branquitude e o alto poder de consumo. Tal montagem teórica permitirá entender, também, como a normatividade sexual, presente na política LGBT e embutida nas noções de atraso e desenvolvimento, reforça as desigualdades internacionais. Por fim, o trabalho indicará como as perspectivas queer contém pontos-chave que permitem a transformação do tecido político, econômico e social nacional, e a desestabilização das hierarquias internacionais de poder. / [en] This Masters thesis claims that the effects of the normative LGBT agenda favor some social groups but reinforce the marginalization and expropriation of nonwhite queer persons and peoples, whether in domestic contexts or in international politics. Following this logic, the work has an experimental set-up: a Foucautian perspective on disciplinary power and the sexuality device (FOUCAULT, 2002; FOUCAULT, 1998) coupled with a queer of color critique (FERGUSON, 2004), which draws attention to the disciplining of the non-heteronormative racial formations that emerged to supply the capitalist labor market in the urban centers where the bourgeoisie first rose. With this first movement, this work will attemp to demonstrate the imbrication between capital, disciplinary power and sexuality, indicating that such disciplinary power acts in favor of white and bourgeois political hegemony. Later on, to indicate the trends of the recent neoliberal period, the argument points to the strategic absencers of the neoliberal State and the ways in which heteronormativity is reinforced in racialized communities, while homonormativity is accessible to groups that correspond to class and racial positions identified with whiteness and high consumption patterns. Such a theoretical set-up willl also allow readers to understand how the sexual normativity present in LGBT politics, and embedded in the notions of backwardness and development, reinforces international inequalities. Finally, the paper will indicate how queer perspectives contain key points that could enable the transfomation of the political, economic and social fabric locally, as well as the destabilization of international hierarchies of power.
