[pt] A presente pesquisa almejou identificar e analisar a relação entre o discurso oficial de uma organização sobre suas políticas de diversidade sexual e homofobia e o discurso dos seus trabalhadores acerca das práticas destas políticas em suas relações de trabalho. De forma a alcançar este objetivo, (a) realizou-se pesquisa bibliométrica abarcando noventa estudos acadêmicos acerca da temática nos últimos dez anos; e (b) no âmbito da pesquisa de campo, selecionou-se para estudo uma empresa que divulga em seus relatórios um posicionamento pró-diversidade sexual. Para contrapor o conteúdo do discurso organizacional com o dos funcionários foi realizada a coleta de dados por meio de fontes documentais e orais, depois tratada por meio da análise de conteúdo. Tanto a análise dos documentos quanto os depoimentos foram norteados por três categorias temáticas elaboradas a priori com base na literatura: (1) políticas organizacionais de diversidade sexual; (2) relações interpessoais e orientação sexual no ambiente de trabalho; (3) sociedade, orientação sexual e homofobia. A categorização tornou possível identificar e analisar pontos de convergência e divergência com os discursos do nível organizacional. Assim, pode-se perceber uma maior convergência entre discursos no que diz respeito às políticas de benefícios e ações externas de apoio à comunidade LGBT, mas uma grande divergência em relação à proibição formal da discriminação e os relatos de vivências e comentários homofóbicos. Embora a empresa apresente algumas boas práticas em relação ao contexto brasileiro, tais políticas apresentam-se insuficientes quando comparadas aos relatos de homofobia na organização e outras possibilidades presentes na literatura internacional. / [en] This study aimed to identify and analyze the relationship between the official discourse of an organization about their sexual diversity policies and homophobia and the speech of its employees about the practices of these policies in their labor relations. In order to accomplish this, (a) bibliometric research was carried out covering ninety academic studies about the theme in the last ten years; and (b) within the field of research, was selected a company that discloses in its reports a pro-sexual diversity position. To counter the organizational content of speech with the employee was carried out data collection through documentary and oral sources, then treated using content analysis. Both the analysis of the documents as reports were guided by three categories developed a priori based on literature: (1) sexual diversity organizational policies; (2) interpersonal relationships and sexual orientation at workplace; (3) society, sexual orientation and homophobia. The categorization made it possible to identify and analyze points of convergence and divergence with the discourses of organizational level. Thus, one can see an increasing convergence between speeches with regard to benefits and external actions of the LGBT community support policies, but a big departure from the formal prohibition of discrimination and reports of experiences and homophobic comments. Although the company provides some good practices in relation to the Brazilian context, such policies are insufficient when compared to homophobia reports in the organization and other possibilities present in the literature.

[pt] A presente tese tem como objetivo traçar uma paisagem constelar de vivências queers (minorias sexuais, de gênero, étnico-raciais, etc) que afirmam suas vidas através da reconfiguração das ideias de lar e casa. Para isso, foram utilizados diversos objetos-acontecimentos (filmes, livros, materiais arquivísticos) que nos ajudassem a produzir fendas ou fissuras afirmativas no pensamento sobre o poder através das suas potências de vida, fazendo eco ao que propõe Beatriz Preciado em seu ensaio Multidões Queer: notas para uma política dos anormais (2011). Alguns deles são: o livro Stella Manhattan (1995), de Silviano Santiago; os home movies do cineasta Derek Jarman; materiais pessoais de Alice B. Toklas e Gertrude Stein arquivados no Harry Ramson Center, da Universidade do Texas em Austin; a peça de teatro Domínio do Escuro (2015) de Juliana Pamplona; o filme The Watermelon Woman (1996), de Cheryl Dunye e o filme Shortbus (2006), de John Cameron Mitchell. Trata-se de uma organização de tese que faz parte de uma corporeidade que não é histórica no sentido normativo da palavra, mas tecida como um gesto que se aproxima daquele presente no Atlas de Aby Warburg, no esforço de fazer entender o link, um nexo, uma conexão secreta entre diferentes imagens que se afirmam enquanto resistências às normas de gênero e sexualidade, e aos modos de estar junto normatizados na modernidade e na História. / [en] The goal for this thesis is to draw a constellation of queer livings (sexual, gender, ethnic, racial and other minorities) that reassures their lives through the reconfiguration of the ideas of home and house. In order to accomplish that, several happening-objects were used (films, books, archive material) to help us produce affirmative slits or clefts when thinking about power through its life potency, echoing what Beatriz Preciado suggests in her essay Multitudes queer. Notes for a politics of abnormality (2011). Some of them are: the book Stella Manhattan (1995), by Silviano Santiago; movie maker Derek Jarman s home movies; personal material from Alice B. Toklas and Gertrude Stein archived at Harry Ramson Center, at the University of Texas in Austin; the play Domínio do Escuro (2015) by Juliana Pamplona; the movie The Watermelon Woman (1996), by Cheryl Dunye and the movie Shortbus (2006), by John Cameron Mitchell. It is a thesis organized in a non-historical corporeity in the normative sense of the word, but woven as a gesture close to the one present in Aby Warburg s Atlas, in an effort to understand the hidden connection between different images that arise as resistence to the norms of gender and sexuality, and to the normatized forms of being together in modernity and in History.

[pt] Os debates acerca de questões relativas à orientação sexual e identidade de gênero têm sido colocados na arena pública para compreender comportamentos, a relação com o corpo, os anseios e as dificuldades enfrentados por gays, lésbicas, travestis, transexuais e transgêneros (LGBT) na sociedade brasileira. São indivíduos que desafiam e desestabilizam a ordem vigente assentada na heteronormatividade e no binômio masculino e feminino e, a partir disso, buscam reconhecimento para garantir direitos e o fim de inúmeras violações. Em decorrência disso, as narrativas jornalísticas buscam captar com mais amplitude e empatia o caráter político e público de temas ligados à diversidade sexual e de gênero. Esta dissertação se debruça sobre a seção Deu na semana, abrigada no canal do YouTube Põe na Roda, que trata-se de um noticiário na plataforma de vídeos que reúne notícias sobre a população LGBT. Nesse sentido, busca-se compreender como a internet e as redes sociais reconfiguraram os modos de produção, circulação e recirculação de notícias trazendo novos atores em um contexto de jornalismo participativo e ativista. E, sob a luz de teorias do jornalismo, como a do Gatekeeping (WHITE, 1950) e do Newsmaking (TUCHMAN, 1978), investiga-se como a seleção de notícias, articulada à apreensão de critérios de noticiabilidade da grande imprensa, ajuda a construir uma nova realidade da população LGBT a partir de novos enquadramentos e recortes de temas ligados à conquista de direitos, representatividade, luta contra homofobia e apoio à causa LGBT. / [en] Discussions on issues of sexual orientation and gender identity have been put in the public arena to understand behaviors, the relationship with the body, the yearnings and the difficulties faced by gays, lesbians, transvestites, transsexuals and transgender (LGBT) people in society Brazilian. They are individuals who challenge and destabilize the prevailing order based on heteronormativity and the male and female binomial, and, from this, seek recognition to guarantee rights and the end of numerous violations. As a result, the journalistic narratives seek to capture with greater amplitude and empathy the human, political and public character of themes related to sexual and gender diversity. This dissertation looks at the Deu na Semana section, housed in the YouTube channel Põe na Roda. This is a news video on the video platform that gathers news about the LGBT population. In this sense, we seek to understand how the internet and social networks have reconfigured the ways of production, circulation and recirculation of news bringing new actors in a context of participatory and activist journalism. And, under the light of journalism theories, such as Gatekeeping (WHITE, 1950) and Newsmaking (TUCHMAN, 1978), one investigates how news selection, articulated to the seizure of noticiability criteria of the major press, helps to build a new reality of the LGBT population from the frameworks and cuts of themes related to the conquest of rights, representativeness, fight against homophobia and support for the LGBT cause.
