[pt] Este trabalho discutirá as contradições que envolvem a implementação do programa de Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde (RMS) no âmbito do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS). A RMS no discurso oficial propõe fortalecer o SUS, entretanto, se insere em uma conjuntura de desmonte da política de saúde. Neste trabalho faremos um resgate histórico das contradições que envolvem a RMS e apresentaremos resultados de estudo realizado numa residência multiprofissional em saúde no município do Rio de Janeiro. Conclui-se que a RMS se insere num terreno de contradições face as disputas no seu interior por sua finalidade. Atualmente, ao mesmo tempo em que vivemos o incentivo político para a formação profissionais para o SUS, pela via da RMS, o que tem sido colocado como estratégia para sua reorganização numa direção mais alinhada aos preceitos constitucionais, percebemos, entretanto, a tendência da RMS em se inserir num campos de estratégia de estruturação da rede de serviços públicos por meio da oferta de um campo de trabalho precarizado para os profissionais da saúde e submetido a um modelo de saúde que prioriza a excelência privada. Sendo assim, a RMS pode reforçar a simplificação de recursos e a fragilização da articulação entre o serviço e a academia, reproduzindo a lógica é recorrente na formação. Finalmente, observamos dificuldades na garantia da interlocução entre formação, gestão, atenção em saúde e participação política. Urge a necessidade de fortalecer a RMS como estratégia de resistência dos movimentos em defesa do SUS na concepção da Reforma Sanitária. / [en] This study will discuss the contradictions that involve the implementation of the Multiprofessional Residency in Health (RMS) program within the Unified Health System (SUS). The RMS in the official speech proposes to strengthen the SUS, however, it is inserted in an environment of dismantling health policy. In this work we will make a historical recovery of the contradictions that involve RMS and present results of a study carried out in a multiprofessional health residence in the city of Rio de Janeiro. It is concluded that the RMS is inserted in a terrain of contradictions against the disputes within it for its purpose. Nowadays, while we live the political incentive for vocational training for the SUS, via the RMS, which has been put as a strategy for its reorganization in a direction more aligned with the constitutional precepts, we have noticed, however, the tendency of RMS To be included in a strategic framework for structuring the public service network by offering a precarious workforce for health professionals and submitted to a health model that prioritizes private excellence. Thus, RMS can reinforce the simplification of resources and the weakening of the articulation between the service and the academy, reproducing the logic is recurrent in the formation. Finally, we observed difficulties in ensuring the interlocution between training, management, health care and political participation. It is urgent to strengthen RMS as a resistance strategy of the movements in defense of the SUS in the conception of Sanitary Reform.

[pt] Este trabalho visa a apresentar o Serviço Residencial Terapêutico (SRT) e a prática clínica que se opera a partir do singular de cada um dos moradores das casas. Para tanto, traçaremos uma trajetória da criação destes dispositivos e o momento de implantação no Brasil, para poder apresentar as residências em questão. Guiados pela psicanálise, buscaremos conceitualizar a psicose, desde o alienismo de Phillipe Pinel para, assim, chegarmos à concepção do Último Ensino de Jacques Lacan, que nos serve de guia no trabalho com os moradores. / [en] This paper presents the Therapeutic Residential Service (SRT, in Portuguese) and the clinical practice that operates from the singular of each habitant of these houses. To do so, we start by the history of conception of these devices and the time of implantation in Brazil, in order to present the residences in question. Guided by psychoanalysis, we will conceptualize psychosis from alienism of Phillipe Pinel to the so called Last Teaching of Jacques Lacan, who serves as a guide in our work with these residents.

[pt] A escrita desta dissertação teve como intuito discorrer sobre as ações do projeto Lastro – Intercâmbios Livres em Arte, entendendo-o como rede de contatos e plataforma de ação para projetos colaborativos. Uma proposta que visa conexões no campo da arte e cultura no contexto América Latina, porém com reverberações além-territórios. Como rede opera em diferentes frentes de trabalho e pensamento, tendo a mobilidade contemporânea como foco de estudo. Esta pesquisa propôs uma ramificação do pensamento sobre mobilidade em formato de cadernos de viagens, aprofundando pontos de vista e abordagens diferenciadas acerca do deslocamento e como este é entendido por artistas, transformando-se em poética. Quatro cadernos que se transmutarão em pequenas publicações via coleção de livros Lastro. Tal trânsito tem como objetivo fomentar projetos editoriais experimentais que atuem como dispositivo questionador e aglutinador. Além disso, tal projeto inaugura o selo editorial Lastro, o que faz nascer mais uma atividade da rede. A realização dessa pesquisa vem auxiliar uma maior compreensão conceitual do Lastro e sua potência política enquanto proposta curatorial rizomática. / [en] The core aim in the writing of this abstract was to discourse on the project named Lastro - Intercâmbios Livres em Arte (ballast –free exchange art) seeing it as an action platform and a network for cooperative projects. A project that seeks the connections of artistic and cultural fields within the Latin-America context, though resounding beyond its limits. As a network it acts in various types of work fronts and thoughts, having a contemporary movability as its study focus. That research has proposed a branching of the thoughts on movability in the shape of travel diaries, deepening points of views and the differentiated approaches regarding movement and how it is understood by artists by shaping it into poetic. Four diaries that will take the format of small publications through the Lastro book collection. The goal of such movement is to promote the experimental publishing projects that may act as a questioning as well as unifying device. Besides, such project also inaugurates the Lastro imprint, and by doing so, we’ll be starting one more activity in its network. The execution of such research intends to enhance the conceptual comprehension of Lastro and its political potentiality as a non-hierarchical curatorship project.
