Målet med detta projekt är att etablera en trygg och inbjudande plats i Ösmo som fungerar som en fristad för både lokala invånare och konstnärer. Det är tänkt att vara en plats där individer kan koppla av, reflektera över livets mysterier och fördjupa sig i konstens och naturens transformerande kraft. Syftet är att skapa en fristad som erbjuder en paus från vardagens rutiner och utmaningar i centrala Ösmo, och ge människor möjlighet att stanna upp, reflektera och återupprätta kontakten med sitt inre. Centralt för projektet är idén om att odla en avslappnad och lugn atmosfär där besökare kan fly undan bruset och distraktionerna i vardagen. Projektet strävar efter att skapa en miljö som uppmuntrar till eftertanke, utforskning av konstnärligt uttryck och främjar en känsla avtillhörighet och gemenskap.  Designen syftar till att skapa en öppen verkstadsatmosfär, en plats där flera konstprojekt samexisterar harmonisktoch inspirerar människor att omfamna sin egen kreativitet. Projektet lägger stor vikt vid kopplingen mellan konst och natur. Målet är att integrera den naturliga omgivningen i själva byggnadens struktur och skapa en sömlös relation mellan den byggda miljön ochlandskapets organiska skönhet. Arkitekturen kommer att spegla denna harmoni och bjuda in besökare att uppskatta och engagera sig i  de naturliga elementen. Målet är att skapa en plats som inte bara ger tröst utan också fungerar som en katalysator för konstnärlig inspiration, vilket uppmuntrar besökare att utforska sina konstnärliga talanger och passioner. / The goal of this project is to establish a safe and inviting place in Ösmo that functions as a haven for both local residents and artists. It is meant to be a place where individuals can relax, reflect on the mysteries of life and immerse themselves in the transformative power of art and nature. The aim is to create a sanctuary that offers a break from everyday routines and challenges in central Ösmo, and to give people the opportunity to stop, reflect and re-establish contact with their inner self. Central to the project is the idea of ​​cultivating a relaxed and calm atmosphere where visitors can escape the noise and distractions of everyday life. The project aims to create an environment that encourages reflection, exploration of artistic expression and fosters a sense ofbelonging and community. The design aims to create an open workshop atmosphere, a place where several art projects coexist harmoniouslyand inspires people to embrace their own creativity. The project places great emphasis on the connection between art and nature. The goal is to integrate the natural surroundings into the structure of the building itself and create a seamless relationship between the built environment andthe organic beauty of the landscape. The architecture will reflect this harmony and invite visitors to appreciate and engage with the natural elements. The goal is to create a place that not only provides comfort but also acts as a catalyst for artistic inspiration, encouraging visitors to explore their artistic talents and passions.

Denna stora, stenladuliknande byggnad står i mitten av ett vetefält. Man anländer via en grusväg som leder genom fälten där man möts av en siluett som påminner om de engelska Country House och ramas in av det som ska bli mjölet som kommer bakas till bröd inuti. Det här projektet utforskar flera olika punkter men centralt för arbetet med gestaltningen var en frågeställning kring vilken effekt en medveten blandning av gamla och nya arkitekturella formspråk skulle producera.  Detta ledde till en intressant blandning av olika uttryck. Även om dessa uttryck inte anses ge några fasta slutsatser har processen lagt grund för vidare, liknande undersökningar. Kärnan av uppgiften var att integrera ett komplext program. Projektet tolkar det ena delen av programmet, folketshus, som en öppen, symbolisk samlingsplats och den andra, bageriet, som en professionell produktion av bakade produkter. Viljan har varit att väva in produktionens centrala delar, de vedeldade ugnarna, i rumsligheterna så att de aktivt och uppenbart formar upplevelsen av byggnaden. / This large, barn-like structure stands in the middle of a field wheat. You approach the building on a gravel road leading through the fields and are met by a silhouette reminiscent of and English country house, closely flanked by the produce that will become the flour for the bread baked inside. This project has several focal points. It sets out to find common ground between old and new forms of architectural expression and explore what the effect of this blending would produce. This produced a curious blend of architectural vernaculars with somewhat inconclusive results, though laying good groundwork for similar future enquiries. The core of the assignment is to mix and integrate a complex programme. The project interprets the two seemingly disparate parts of the program as, firstly, the communal and symbolic centre for the public, and secondly, the professional production of baked goods. The project aims to integrate these by putting the production on display and weaving the centrepieces of the bakery, namely the woodfire ovens, into the communal spaces so that their presence is felt in most parts of the building.

Hur blir en familj på 4 personer självförsörjande på grönsaker? Hur beskär du ett fruktträd? Hur får du dina råvaror att hålla länge? Hur förädlar du dina råvaror? För att bromsa den globala uppvärmningen behöver vi arbeta parallellt på flera fronter. Genom att bruka jorden och odla lokalt skapar vi naturliga kolsänkor samtidigt som utsläppen från transporter minskar. En kursgård som erbjuder utbildning året om och som anpassar kurserna efter trädgårdens och odlingens behov just för stunden. Här kan du även boka konferenslokaler för små och större grupper samt en kontorsplats om du vill arbeta borta men ändå nära hemmet eller bara vistas i en härlig miljö.Växthusets längsta del placeras i nordsydlig riktning för bäst odlingsegenskaper.  Även en biodling med tillhörande produktion och försäljning av honung kommer att finnas. Bikupor placeras ut på tre platser; vid Trädgår’n, längs med den nyanlagda våtlandsparken samt vid naturskolan i norr.Café/restaurang med fokus på vegetariska och lokala rätter som framförallt tillagas på grönsaker och produkter som inte säljs i tid. I butiken säljs den egenproducerade honungen/musten/sylten och de egenodlade grönsakerna men de agerar även återförsäljare av andra lokaltillverkade produkter. Det säljs också redskap, frön m.m  som behövs för egen odling. / How does a family of 4 become self-sufficient in vegetables? How do you prune a fruit tree? How do you make your harvest last a long time?  We need to slow down global warming. By cultivating the land and growing locally, we create natural carbon sinks while reducing emissions from transport.The Garden is a place that offers education all year round and that adapts the courses to the needs of the garden at the moment. You can also book conference as well as an office space if you want to work away but still close to home in a nice environment.There will also be a shop with associated production and sale of honey. Beehives are placed in three locations; at The Garden, along the newly constructed wetland park and at the school of nature in the north. In the shop, the produced honey/must/jam and the harvested vegetables are sold, they also act as a retailer of other locally produced products. Café/restaurant with a focus on vegetarian and local dishes that are mainly prepared with vegetables and products that are not sold in time.

Jag har ordnat min portofolio enligt nedan. Det är inte alldeles lätt efter att ha arbetat med olika projekt i 22 år. Jag har valt dessa tre projekt utifrån olika kriterier. 1. Skara Domkyrka Parallellskiss 1996. Jag var en av fyra arkitekter i projektgruppen. Jag deltog i lösningarna, gjorde ritningar och perspektivskisser (handritat). Jag har ritat alla ritningar och perspektiv, utom sektionerna, som min dåvarande kollega Ola Andersson ritade upp. System- och bygghandling: Ansvarsområden stenarbeten och belysningsarmaturer. Redovisning: plan och sektionsritningar. Jag redovisar de ritningar jag upprättat samt utdrag ur tidningen arkitektur. Varför jag valt projektet: Jag har deltagit i alla skeden, det omfattar perspektivritningar och bygghandlingar som jag ritat både för hand och i cad. 2. Ösmo kyrka. 2003-2012. Invändig renovering, restaurering och ombyggnad av medeltida kyrka. Som ansvarig arkitekt och generalkonsult har jag utfört projektering och projektledning för ny inredning i sakristian och ombyggnad av kyrkorummet. Många ritningar är upprättade av kollegor utifrån mina skisser och anvisningar. · 2 planscher som utgjort ansökan om Helgopriset. · Ett urval ritningar (bygghandling). Jag har själv upprättat följande ritningar i autocad: planer, tvärsektioner: A40.1-111, A40.1-111, A40.1-121, A40.1-131, A40.2-102, Detaljer bygg: A42.6-001, 002, A46.4-005, 006. Tillverkningsritningar lös inredning: Jag har själv upprättat alla ritningar. Varför jag valt projektet: Ett omfattande projekt i en medeltida byggnad av högsta klass. Det visar hela skalan från plan till snickeridetaljer. 3. Nacka kyrka 2003-2012. Invändig renovering, av en 110 år gammal kyrka. Som ansvarig arkitekt har jag arbetat från skiss till genomförande med projektering av ny inredning i sakristian och ombyggnad av kyrkorummet. En stor andel av ritningarna är upprättade av kollegor utifrån mina skisser och anvisningar. · 2 planscher som utgjort ansökan om Helgopriset. Varför jag valt projektet: Exempel på hur mina tillägg vill vara tydliga och underordna sig helheten. / Skara Cathedral - renovation and restoration work 1997-2000 Skara Cathedral, with a history that dates back to around year 1100, is one of the oldest cathedrals in Sweden. The latest renovation and restoration work has recreated the full length of the nave and raised the floor level of the chancel. Beneath the chancel we created a new room housing mediaeval remains of a crypt. The new space is built in masonry and covered by a cross vault construction. The work has also included new joinery in oiled oak. Our efforts to add light to the atmospheric main space resulted in new lamps made of stainless steel with gold plated parts on the inside. As a part of professor Jan Lisinskis team I participated in the early stages of the plan and designed the lamps and most of the stoneworks. Ösmo kyrka - renovation and conservation work 2006-2013 Ösmo kyrka is another medieval church located 50 km south of Stockholm. The vaults are covered with medieval paintings, probably made by the famous Albertus Pictor. For several years we prepared for conservation of the paintings, replacement of the heating system, and changes and additions to the interior to respond to the needs of the parish, new restrictions for fire protection and disability access. Together with my team I designed new furniture and lamps, which together with old pieces of art and existing benches make a calm and useful composition in the extraordinary room. Nacka kyrka - renovation and conservation work 2008-2013 Nacka kyrka was built in 1891. The interior has been changed several times in this 110 year old room. The technical systems were replaced and the painted ceiling in the nave and the vaults and walls in the chancel were conserved. To respond to the needs of this parish in this room I proposed a new layout with a multifunctional ceremony area with a limestone covered floor beneath the steep staircase to the chancel. The benches were replaced with new seats, which are more comfortable and sectioned in shorter parts. New masonry on the walls covers the heating pipes and cables. New lighting was added to the ceiling, allowing the chandelier to glisten.

This essay analyses the road Runstensvägen that connects the locality of Ösmo withDjursnäs where, which I argue, there would have been a harbour during the Viking age. Theessay deals with the roads connection to rune stones on the road and nearby, burial groundsfrom different time periods, and the names of nearby farms and plots in order to establish thenecessity and vitality of the road for the nearby settlements. Ultimately the essay discussesthe area around Djursnäs and the reasons why a harbour would be built in Djursnäs.

I Ösmo med sin centralitet och dess växande befolkning, så vill jag rita ett kulturhus som lyfter stadens behov. Statistiken visar att Ösmo kommer att ha den största befolkningsökningen i Nynäshamns kommun, och kommer därmed behöva fortsätta utveckla sin egen identitet, då Ösmo idag i huvudsak fungerar som en sovstad. Byggnaden ska vara en markör på denna utveckling av Ösmo, från en sovstad till en egen stad med egen karaktär. Kulturhusets plusprogram kommer att bestå av en saluhall, en verkstadsdel och en idrottsdel. Saluhallen blir en mötesplats mellan den lokala produktionen och befolkningen, och kan på så sätt lyfta upp den lokala produktionen och jobba för en hållbar konsumtion. Saluhallen placeras i Ösmo då detta är ett relativt central plats i Nynäshamn med nära kopplingar till både motorväg och pendeltåg. Verkstäderna blir en plats för utbildning och för start up-verksamheter. Verkstadsdelen har lokaler för handarbete med trä, textilier, metall och keramik, och skulle även kunna användas i samarbete med lokala skolor för att väcka barnens intresse och främja kreativitet. Dessutom ska lokalerna användas av olika start-up eller privatpersoner för kommersiella eller personliga behov. Detta kan bli en mötespunkt för människor i närheten, och erbjuder en möjlighet att lära sig och utveckla intresse för handarbete för personer som kanske inte annars haft den möjligheten i hemmet, och ändra Ösmos identitet från en sovstad till en stad med egna arbetsplatser och verksamhet. Sist men inte minst är idrottsdelen, som består av gym och omklädningsrum och blir det första gymmet i hela Ösmo. Det närmaste gymmet ligger idag i Nynäshamn vilket är orimligt långt bort för Ösmoborna. Byggnadens relation till fotbollsplanen, gör det tillgängligt även för fotbollsspelarna att använda. Idén om byggnadens form kom ur och utvecklades efter skogen då tomten för närvarande är täckt av olika slags träd. Byggnadens form är inspirerad av trädens form, särskilt eken som sprider sina grenar och skapar ett tak. Därför utvecklades en modul för konstruktionen som liknar trädens utformning. Sedan ska modulen placeras bredvid varandra likt trädens placering i en skog. Det ledde till utformningen av en envåningsbyggnad som följer det relativt platta landskapet. / In Ösmo with its centrality and its growing population, I want to design a cultural center that highlights the city's needs. The statistics show that Ösmo will have the largest population increase in Nynäshamn municipality, and will thus have to continue to develop its own identity, as Ösmo today essentially functions as a sleeping town. The building is to be a marker of this development of Ösmo, from a sleeping town to a city of its own with its own character.The Culture house's plus program will consist of a market hall, a workshop part and a sports part. The market hall becomes a meeting place between the local production and the population, and can thus lift the local production and work for sustainable consumption. The market hall is placed in Ösmo as this is a relatively central location in Nynäshamn with close connections to both the freeway and commuter train.The workshops become a place for training and for start-up activities. The workshop part has premises for handicrafts with wood, textiles, metal and ceramics, and could also be used in collaboration with local schools to arouse children's interest and promote creativity. In addition, the premises are to be used by various start-ups or private individuals for commercial or personal needs. This can become a meeting point for people nearby, and offers an opportunity to learn and develop an interest in needlework for people who might not otherwise have had that opportunity at home, and change Ösmo's identity from a sleeping town to a city with its own workplaces and activities. Last but not least is the sports section, which consists of a gym and changing room and will be the first gym in the whole of Ösmo. Today, the nearest gym is in Nynäshamn, which is unreasonably far away for Ösmo residents. The building's relationship to the football field, makes it available even for the football players to use.The idea for the shape of the building came out of and developed after the forest, as the site is currently covered with different kinds of trees. The shape of the building is inspired by the shape of the trees, especially the oak that spreads its branches and creates a roof. Therefore, a module was developed for the construction that resembles the design of the trees. Then the module must be placed next to each other, similar to the placement of the trees in a forest. This led to the design of a one-story building that follows the relatively flat landscape.

Återbruket är en hybridbyggnad i Ösmo, Nynäshamn, med temat återbruk och återvinning. Byggnaden är placerad centralt i Ösmo invid pendeltågsstationen, som är en viktig knutpunkt i lokalsamhället. Utgångspunkten för projektet har varit FN:s globala mål 12: Hållbar konsumtion och produktion, med fokus på cirkulär ekonomi och avfallshantering. Programmet för byggnaden är utformat efter avfallshierarkin. Det handlar om att förebygga, minska, återbruka och återvinna i så stor utsträckning som möjligt. I byggnaden finns verkstäder för att laga och reparera, uthyrning av verktyg, second hand-försäljning samt en återvinningscentral. Det finns även rum för kursverksamhet, utbildning och co-working. / Återbruket is a hybrid building located in Ösmo, Nynäshamn, with a theme centered around reuse and recycling. The building is centrally situated in Ösmo next to the train station, serving as a hub in the local community. The project is based on the UN's Sustainable Development Goal 12: Responsible Consumption and Production, with a focus on circular economy and waste management. The building's program is designed according to the waste hierarchy, aiming to prevent, reduce, reuse, and recycle to the greatest extent possible. The building includes workshops for repair and restoration, rental services, second-hand sales, and a recycling center. Additionally, there are rooms available for courses, education and co-working.

I det lilla samhället Ösmo utanför Nynäshamn centrerar de flesta av aktiviteterna och rörelsen runt pendeltågsstationen samt Ösmo centrum. I centrum finns idag endast en liten ICA Supermarket, ett apotek, en lokal butik vid namn priskrossaren, en pizzeria samt en simhall. Allting är ordnat runt en parkeringsplats där många pendlare parkerar sina bilar för att ta sig vidare mot Stockholm. Området mellan pendeltågsstationen och centrum består idag av ett L-format flerbostadshus samt Capio vårdcentral och rehab. Mellan de två byggnaderna finns ännu en parkeringsplats men endast för boende och arbetande i fastigheterna. Dessutom har det visat sig efter undersökningar att i det i flerbostadshuset bredvid finns en befintlig samlingslokal som ej är i bruk. Platsen tycks vara ypperlig för att förkorta det mentala avståndet mellan de två noderna i tätorten. Den ligger dess utom mellan den centrala Nyblevägen som leder in till centrum där de allra flesta med bil passerar och en mindre områdesgata där gående till och från stationen rör sig mot centrum. Utöver de kommersiella butikerna i centrum saknar Ösmo en plats dit barn, unga och äldre kan gå under dagarna. En fri plats som kan fungera som ny mötesplats och kulturell verksamhet under hela dagen. / Ösmo is a small community in Nynäshamn. Most of the activity in the community circulates around the train station and Ösmo center. Today Ösmo center only contains a small supermarket, a pharmacy, a local dollarstore, one pizzeria and an indoor swimming pool. Everything is located around a parking lot where many commuters park their cars to continue with the train towards Stockholm. The space between Ösmo center and the train station today only holds one apartment building and one health centre. Other than the two buildings there is a private parking lot. After further research it has been found that the apartment building already contains a theatre which is currently not in use. The site seems perfect to shorten the mental distance between Ösmo center and the train station. It's also located between the main road Nyblevägen and the smaller road Birkavägen where most pedestrians walk towards the center or the station. Except from the commercial stores, Ösmo is missing a place where children, youth and elderly can hang out during daytime. A free place that can work as a meeting point and for cultural activities all day.

Väven grundar sig i nyfikenheten för vad som sker i konstnärernas ateljéer och utforskandet i hur ett rum som ofta upplevs som slutet kan vävas samman med aktiviteten i ett hus för folket.  Projektet är placerat söder om Ösmo i Nynäshamns kommun och innefattar ett konsthantverkscentrum där konstnärer får utrymme att producera, leva och lära i samverkan med publika rum och husets besökare. I programmet ryms  konstnärsbostäder för de 12 residerade konstnärerna och deras familjer, verkstäder inom keramik, textil, glas, metall, trä samt två skrivarstugor. Verkstäderna är ständigt närvarande i gestaltningen och har utformats för att låta besökare ta del av konstnärernas arbete, både visuellt och aktivt genom utbildningslokaler, galleri och butik. Syftet med projektet Väven är därmed att undersöka hur ett konsthantverkscentrum som både är utformat för utövarna och besökarna kan se ut samt hur konsten via projekt som dessa kan nå nya grupper och skapa mervärde till en plats. / The project aims to investigate how a house for culture, with a focus on arts and crafts, can be combined and integrated with a house for the people, and to explore how art and culture can reach new groups in smaller cities through projects like this.

Väg 225 skär genom landskapet strax söder om Ösmo, Nynäshamn kommun. Det resulterar i att hela naturområdet kring sjöarna Västra och Östra Styran blir svårtillgängligt. Jag har velat utnyttja det svårtillgängliga genom att planera för en plats som vänder sig mot sig själv, och bort från omgivningen, för att skapa en eskapism. En engelsk park utgör den första verklighetsflykten och leder besökaren fram till huset för folket, parkens slott. Mötet med byggnaden blir den andra flykten, där portalen leder från parken in till innergården. Precis som parken, vänder sig huset mot sig självt, bort från parken. Brytpunkten mellan parken och huset utgörs av den östra portalen och förstärks av ett skifte i fasadmaterial. På utsidan är fasaden i kolmårdsmarmor och röd ölandssten, och på insidan i sandsten. Den tredje och sista flykten är aktiviteterna som utförs i huset: musicerande, dansande, framträdande och kulturåskådning. Byggnaden huserar en filial till kulturskolans musikverksamhet, nya lokaler till Ösmos dansskola, offentliga mötesrum och en stor teater i scenstorlekskategori blå enligt Riksteaterns krav. / Road 225 cuts through the landscape just south of Ösmo, Nynäshamn. As a consequence the nature area around the two lakes Västra and Östra Styran become difficult to access. My aim has been to embrace the situation. Instead of trying to connect Ösmo with the nature area, I wanted to reinforce the isolated location, to create a space of escapism. The visitor first escapes into the English garden which leads to the house of the people, the garden’s castle. The second escape unfolds when entering the east portal, which is emphasised by a change in façade material, from green Kolmårdsmarmor and red Ölandssten to white sandstone. The third escape is constituted by the activities performed in the building: dancing, playing music, performing and engaging in culture. In terms of facilities, the building accommodates new premises for the Dance Studio of Ösmo, a subsidiary to the municipal Music School, public co-working spaces and a theatre with blue classification according to the requirements of Riksteatern.
