This thesis deals with the application of university graduates in the labor market. The main aim of this thesis is to find out how graduates apply for the job market, and propose any recommendations to enhance their employability. The thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is based on the knowledge from literature and defines the basic concepts and theoretical basis related to the labor market and graduates of university. The practical part contains an analysis of a questionnaire survey conducted among university graduates. The final part summarizes the results of the survey and includes recommendations, which should help to improve their employability in the labor market.

The thesis is focused on the evaluation of the consequences of building insulation educational facilities. The aim is to determine whether the construction insulation manifest themselves in the cost management of school facilities as well as in the cost management of the town district, which is their legal founded. Source data of the thesis are energy audits, documents containing data on actual heat consumption, publicly available data on the financial statements of educational facilities and district budgets. The final results confirmed that the insulation brought a positive impact on both the cost management of the surveyed kindergartens and the cost management of the district. So, the investment into insulation was spent effectively. This is also evidenced by the results of the payback period and net present value.

Diploma thesis is focused on methods of recruitment at universities with an emphasis on cooperation of companies and universities. The thesis analyzes the current state of cooperation of the Faculty of Business and Economics of Mendel University in Brno from different perspectives – collaborative and non-collaborative companies, the faculty, as well as the perspective of students and graduates. It also examines the satisfaction of students and graduates with the possibilities of linking study with practice. Based on the analysis, an improvement proposal was developed. Data for the work were obtained through qualitative interviews with companies and university employee, and through questionnaires completed by students and graduates of the faculty.

Title: Physical literacy of high-school students Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to acquaint the reader with the issue of physical literacy and to suggest possibilities that could be used to improve the pedagogical practice of not only beginning teachers. The thesis is focused on high school students, so the age group of 15 to 19 years, specifically, their motivation for physical activities was examined. Methods: In the thesis it is used a method of questionnaire in order to determine the motivation of high school students for physical activities. Data obtained from questionnaire survey was processed by standard statistical methods in Microsoft Excel. The theoretical part is processed in the form of literary search of available resources on the topic of the thesis. Results: I found that the motivation for physical activity of high school students is higher than I expected. The main motive of high school students for performing physical activity is "appearance". The value of BMI does not affect the choice of the dominant motive for physical activity. I also found that understanding the concept of physical literacy can significantly contribute to improving pedagogical practice. Thesis "Motherhood during university studies" deals with the the topic of motherhood among undergraduate women, whose attitude towards having children whilst studying differs from that of their schoolmates. The author asks questions about how these women interpret the fact that they have children during their university studies and how they harmonize their studies with childcare. She did a qualitative research among undergraduate women who had a baby during their studies. In the theoretical part, the author deals with current trends in demographic behaviour, with structural and institutional conditions connected with parenthood and cultural trends of parenthood in Czech Republic. Because of the research, the author concludes that within undergraduate women there is a group of students that plan to have a baby during their studies because they are against the majority age norms of having babies at the age of thirty. They can harmonize studies with childcare because of the support of their families. If these women are motivated to finish their studies, they can develop many strategies to accomplish it.

This diploma thesis deals with the behaviour of secondary school students in choosing a university. As a part of the marketing research, an orientation analysis and a follow-up questionnaire have been carried out. As the first sample of respondents there are students from the first year of study at universities (n=316), as the second sample of respondents there are secondary school students who attend the last year of study before their secondary school-leaving examination (n=343). The last part of the marketing research consists of in-depth interviews with the same sample of respondents mentioned above, for each sample of respondents there are 10 in-depth interviews. For in-depth interviews, respondents have also evaluated selected university promotional tools. Based on the results, students' behaviour has been analysed and described, and recommendations for universities based in the Moravian and Silesian region have been proposed. These recommendations serve for better university promotion to prospective students.

The work deals with a historical development of small (rural) schools at the area of the Czech Republic since the time of late Middle Ages to the present. The study is restricted to particulary small and rural schools in the district of Benešov, but it also shows some practical observations from other parts of the Czech Republic and abroad. The first part of the work is devoted to the history of rural schools since 14th century to the present. The main dividing lines and reforms in this area have been pointed out. The second part is focused on a current conception of curricular reform and its influence on small rural schools. The third part of the work is focused on the area of school marketing and on collaboration of schools. The closing summary brings the conception of small shools development. This conception results from the observations and findings of all three studied parts.

What are the modern architectural trends in foreign and domestic learning enviroments? That is the main question of this thesis that is trying to merge both architectural and pedagogical points of view. Even though this topic is becoming more and more actual, it can still be hardly found in czech literature. This thesis analyses new trends in school projects and how they align to the schools educational concept. The theoretical part explains the terms of educational enviroments, educational concept and shows the main architectural trends in school designs. The analytical part presents ten foreign schools looking into the alignment between architectural concept and educational concept. In the research section nine recently built school projects are presented, eight czech and one austrian primary schools are investigated via interviews and observations. The research comes to a conclusion that according to the new changing educational reguirements, most of the examined school projects implements some new features like relaxation places for pupils and places for improving students social and personal skills. Just few of the examined architectural projects are taking into consideration the educational concept, mostly it is the educational concept that is subordinated to the school building project....

Thesis is focused on colleges and universities graduates comparison, concretely it compares working efficiency and satisfaction at intensive care. In theoretical section there are notions defined, which are related with nurse education. There is a process described about obtaining of expert qualification including characteristics of requirements on educational and academic programs. Nurse competencies, adaptation processes or factors influencing satisfaction are also in development. The main goal is to find out if nurses - graduates of colleges and nurses - graduates of universities are satisfied equally with workload and with working conditions at intensive care workplaces, or if there are differences between these groups. Eight research questions are aimed for describing of graduate differences in theoretical and practical skills, flexibility, work efficiency and senior reviews. The result is, that graduates of universities are more satisfied shortly after start of their employment and with increasing practice this satisfaction decreases and conversely satisfaction of colleges graduates is increasing. At working conditions satisfaction, there was no difference find out in both monitored groups. Recommendation is focused especially on modification of definition and realization of students...
