This diploma final project deals with prevention of dyslexia in kindergarten. Teoretical part has three chapters. In the first part, there is a short survey of the development literacy and definition of foundations of literacy like phonemic awareness and letter knowledge. The second part describes the world of preschooler. There is a short characterization of development of child at this age. The last chapter in theoretical part is called Prevention of Dyslexia. Practical part is based on the questionnaire for teachers. The questionnaire was originally created for the purpose of the international longitudinal study ELDEL ("Establishing the Foundations of Literacy in European Languages"). The aim of this thesis is a bit different from the longitudinal study. The objective of this thesis lay in the description of the structure of teacher's practices in prevention of dyslexia, not just in literacy foundations development and find out, which activities teachers prefer. If they are inspired by czech tradition or if they know and prefer outland views of preventiv dyslexia.

This Master's thesis focuses on educational institutions in the city of Aš. It isn't concerned just with elementary schools but covers the overall educational system in this town. The main aim is to find out which schools incorporate drama in education into their educational programs and to what extent. This work further analyzes which educational goals are selected by the teachers. The theoretical part analyses general educational programs for different school types and the role of drama in education in these documents. Primary School Pupil Numbers and Demographic Change in Czech Municipalities Abstract Following a sharp fall in fertility to its historical minimum after 1990, the population of Czechia began to increase again gradually. Consequently birth cohorts of varying size are emerging and these then enter the education system. Moreover suburbanisation has led to a change in population distribution. These factors have mean that in some areas primary school capacity does not reflect the numbers of primary school age children, with some schools having insufficient places and others suffering from a lack of pupils. The aim of this dissertation is to analyse regional demographic change in Czechia after 1990, including changes in the spatial pattern of compulsory school age children (6-14 years). The information obtained is set against the changes in the spatial patterns of primary school pupils and maximum primary school capacity. The whole analysis is undertaken within the catchment regions for combined primary schools (schools that provide nine years of primary and middle school education), which were created on the basis of the shortest road distance from the district to the nearest combined primary school. The diploma thesis is focused on the research of school cheating in pupils of the second level of elementary schools. Based on a self-reporting questionnaire survey, the aim of the thesis is to find out what motivates the pupils to cheat and what attitude they take to possibly punish detected fraud. Another goal is to find out the frequency of individual types of school cheating, the influence of gender and the learning benefit of school cheating. It has been found that pupils are relatively often used in cheating on the internet at the primary school. Also, there was greater tolerance for cheating when pupils do not attach the importance of punishment for an exposed fraud, rather they would not punish their exposed classmates. The thesis is focused on cooperation between academic and corporate sector, especially on participation of companies in classes and courses at universities through involvement of their employees in teaching. The aim of this thesis is to analyze current ways of corporate sector involvement in practical parts of courses and to design proposals for possible improvements to the current practices used at The Faculty of Informatics and Statistics of The University of Economics, Prague. Analysis was conducted by application of Theory of systems (General System Theory), Soft System Methodology and business process modeling (using BPMN). Based on the conclusions of the analysis three alternatives for possible improvement in the field are specified, two of them are recommended for implementation. Alternatives recommended for implementation are described in greater detail including process design and description and specification of requirements for technical, financial and human resources.

My thesis analyzes and evaluates the status and functioning of the education system in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, it analyzes the causes and consequences of influence of each factor on its quality. The found knowledge is summarized in the proposal of the new external school evaluation. Conslusions are based on the results of inquiry of directors, founders and employees of Czech School Inspection of Liberec region, based on the results of the national project Road to Quality Improvement realized in the Czech Republic, as well as the conclusions are based on results of international teams interested in implementation of evalution of school systems, for example Organization for Economic Cooperation Development (OECD), McKinsey & Company and Standing Conference of Central and General Inspectorates of Education (SICI). This thesis deals with research in the use possibilities of organic food in kindergartens in the town of České Budějovice on two levels (management and parents).It was found out that some of the kindergartens are using organic food. The biggest barrier to the using of organic food in kindergartens is their price. Most parents are satisfied with the quality of food in their kindergartens. Furthermore it could be said, that the parents know organic food but it can?t be confirmed the hypothesis that says parents would welcome the use of organic food in kindergarten?s canteens. The results indicate that not all the parents are able to accept the minimum of price increase in meal at the kindergartens. In the end there are recommended some local organic food which could be appropriate for using in the kindergartens in the town of České Budějovice.

Districts Prachatice and Vimperk could be marked within Czech Republic as peripheral territory with decreasing population. These losses are especially noticeable in mountain areas of these districts. Decreasing of numbers of inhabitants and schoolchildren leads to disappearance of local elementary schools and to reducing the number of pupils in these schools, and also to transformation of full elementary schools to incomplete elementary schools, mostly in form of small village schools with one or two classrooms. Diploma thesis monitors territorial distribution of elementary schools, territorial arrangement of their school catchment regions, territorial distribution of schoolchildren, availability of elementary schools with school buses and trains, takes stock of fullness of elementary schools and their classrooms, that all with goal to optimize territorial distribution these schools and their school catchment regions. Moreover, analysis of facilities elementary schools and their space and building characteristics are contained in diploma thesis. A separate attention is dedicated to elementary schools in Šumava part of study area, where solutions to sustain these schools even with small number of pupils are sought.

The aim of diploma thesis is an analysis of HR marketing focusing on university students using the example of selected company. The theoretical part deals with an explanation of general terms continuing to concrete description of used analysis. Analyses in the practical part are followed by recommendation to improve the current situation of HR marketing focused on university students in selected company.

The thesis is dealing with vocational education in Czech Republic. Particularly, it is focused on the comparison of students' and teachers' opinion on the contribution of vocational education to future path of the graduates. It has two parts - theory and research. Theoretical part begins with discussion about vocational and general education on the philosophical and empirical level. The specifics of Central Europe in this discussion are also mentioned. In the next part, system of vocational education in Czech Republic is presented, including its history and current issues. Theory is ended with providing statistics about changes in participation in education since 1989 and about the success of the graduates in the labour market in tertiary education. In practical part, interviews with students and teachers are conducted to find out their opinion about influence of upper secondary vocational education on the future success of the graduates.
