Research object – agricultural enterprises. Research subject – methodics of plant production cost calculation. Research aim – to analyze references and practical methods employed in plant produce cost calculation and to propose methodics improvements of plant production cost calculation. Objectives: 1) to analyze the essence of expenditure and production cost; 5) to examine the structure of production cost and to substantiate the expedience of expenditure calculation into cost; 6) to study methodics of plant production cost calculation in agricultural enterprises; 7) to submit proposals for improvement methodics of plant production cost calculation based on references study and research results. Research methods – logical and comparative analysis and synthesis of literature by Lithuanian and foreign authors, questionnaire questioning of agricultural enterprises, methods of logical and graphic modeling. After the study of produce cost essence, indices and their composition, calculation system and plant produce cost calculation methodology applied at agricultural enterprises, proposals were submitted for improvement methodics of plant production cost calculation.

Rekreacijos įtaka miško paklotės entomofaunai pušynuose / Impact of recreation on litter arthropods in pine forest

The research object. The research was made in the territory of Neris regional park (Kaisiadoriu forest enterprise, Vievis forest district) in order to evaluate the impact of recreational activities on the forest litter arthropods. The aim of the study – to evaluate different recreational digression stage impact on pinery litter arthropods: their amount and seasonal dynamics, distribution trophic groups, the abundance and variety of species in stands affected by recreation. Methods. Arthropods were collected in Barber ground traps from April through October 2005, which are plastic, 150 ml. volume, with 6.5 cm diameter receptacle. They were dug in the ground and 1/3 of trap was filled with 10 % formalin liquor, which protected insects from decaying and insectivorous birds. Ground traps in each sample plot were spread in groups by 4 (square), the distance between them was 2 m. The distance between sample plots was 20-50 meters. The results. 157 species were identified in trap catches: 96 in the control plot, 97 in the plot with low recreational damage and 110 in the plot wit high recreational damage. Entomophagous predominated and made 60-73 %, kaprophagous 8-25%, saprophagous 10% of catch. 2 extremely rare species and 7 rare species in Lithuania were found, the biggest number of rare species was found in the plot with high recreational damage. Pagal Lietuvos Respublikos įstatymus ir vyraujančią doktriną savininko teisių turinį sudaro trys pagrindinės teisių grupės: 1. Valdymas (ius posidendi)- teisė turėti daiktą savo žinioje, daryti daiktui fizinį ir ūkinį poveikį; 2. Naudojimas (ius utendi et fruendi) - teisė pritaikyti daikto naudingas savybes savininko poreikiams tenkinti, teisė gauti iš daikto pajamas ir produkciją; 3. Disponavimas (ius disponendi) - teisė nustatyti daikto teisinę padėtį, jo teisinį likimą, pakeisti jo ekonominę būklę, pavyzdžiui perleisti dalį ar visas nuosavybės teises į daiktą, išnuomoti, perduoti daiktą valdyti kitam asmeniui, atsisakyti daikto nuosavybės ar netgi jį sunaikinti. Šių savininko teisių įgyvendinimo būdai priklauso nuo nuosavybės rūšies, formos, bei paties nuosavybės objekto, todėl jų įgyvendinimo ypatumai yra atskleidžiami tiek civiliniame kodekse, tiek kituose įstatymuose, reguliuojančiuose atskiras nuosavybės rūšis. Nors savininkas savo teises į nuosavybės teise priklausantį turtą gali įgyvendinti savo nuožiūra, tačiau savininko teisių negalima suabsoliutinti ir laikyti nevaržomomis. Civilinis kodeksas numato, kad savininkas valdydamas, naudodamas bei disponuodamas nuosavybės teisės objektu privalo nepažeisti įstatymų bei kitų asmenų teisių ir interesų. Tai reiškia, jog savininkas įgyvendindamas savo teises į nuosavybės objektą privalo pasirinkti tokį įgyvendinimo būdą, kuris nekeltų grėsmės ar nepažeistų kitų asmenų teisių ir interesų. A method prepared and created algorithm for computations and evaluation of relation between Earth’s crust horizontal deformations and variations of tectonic stresses. Hooke’s law was used for relation description. Method of evaluation of Earth’s crust horizontal deformations was improved as well as modelling method based on observation data. Elements of deformation tensors were evaluated by applying finite element method. New data of Earth’s crust horizontal movements and their geodynamic interpretation at the Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant region were obtained.

The final master‘s work analyzes problems which occur or may occur due to taking the land for public needs when implementing the program of asphalt works on gravel roads in the area of activity of state enterprise „Telšių regiono keliai“. A research of sections of gravel roads intended for reconstruction and included into the program of maintenance and expansion of public highways for 2002–2015 was carried out, in the course of which a road plan was projected following norms of road engineering and the extent of taking the land for public needs was evaluated. Recommendations regarding the expedience of taking the land for road lane when implementing the program of asphalt works on gravel roads in the area of activity of state enterprise „Telšių regiono keliai“ were rendered.
