This thesis analyse the issue of fair trade and the posibility for this program in the Czech republic. The literary part of thesis describes the program fair trade, reasons for formation of fair trade, its current status and issue of oil palm planting in the world. This thesis evaluates influence of oil palm planting on the environment and economic, social and health impacts connected with oil palm planting for local residents and communities and impacts of oil palm production on the Czech Republic. For the practical part of thesis I used the questionnaire survey, when I examined public knowledge of the fair trade, consumer behavior, the range of demand for fair trade products and the interest of citizens about problematic situatin of oil palm planting.

This thesis focuses on school meal programs, teenage nutrition and related issues. It describes school meal programs in the Czech Republic as well as their history and present situation, presents fundamental legislative requirements and addresses well known nutrition habits of adolescents and possible related health issues. The practical part includes information on quantitative research using questionnaire survey method and assesses representative students nutrition awareness, nutrition habits, and their approach to healthy lifestyle. The results of the survey are evaluated both statistically and verbally and show the differences based on age, gender and area of studies. The work also deals with students attendance and satisfaction with school canteens.

The purpose of this thesis is to analyze how Syrian Refugee Crisis have become a global issue, what was the background, recent effects on European Union and Turkey. Thesis has been divided into several chapters. Literature overview chapter of the thesis has examined historical evolution of asylum, migration and refugee related theories, and it also has discussed the living conditions of Syrian refugees in both EU and Turkey, Turkeys wish to join EU, and it has questioned that if the refugee agreement was good solution about both joining EU and prevention of refugee fleeing to Europe. Hypotheses have been tested in results chapter. They were about willingness and living conditions. They have been tested by 2 different opinion surveys which were asked to EU and Turkish nationals. To statistically confirm the hypotheses, Chi square analysis has been used. Further, discussion, recommendations and conclusion have concluded the thesis.

Legal aspects of tourism and sport in Krkonoše mountains national park Abstract This presented thesis analyse law regulation concerning protection of National Parks in against negative Influence of tourism and sport. Assessing impact of tourism on essential pillars (principles) of sustainable development I tried to find out if the preservation and protection of national Parks in The Czech Republic within Czech legislation is adequate. Content of the thesis of eight chapters is definition of terminology used in this thesis, listing of sources of legal regulation and means of protection of nature at National Parks and comparison of specific legal regulation of KRNAP and KPN. At the end of thesis the essential findings of the analyses are summarised. The aim of this thesis is to find a compromise between effective legal regulation and over-regulation of tourist and sport activities in National Parks. The objective of the socio-pedagogically oriented diploma thesis "Attitudes of company employees and helping sector to professional help in coping with life situations" is to analyse the attitudes of company employees and workers in helping professions towards professional help in difficult life situations. The thesis has a theoretical-empirical character. The theoretical part is based on information from the academic literature, and it defines the basic concepts (attitudes, helping professions and workers in helping professions, the company and its employees, life situations and difficult life situations, stress as a result of mismanaged difficult life situations and a crisis as a consequence of being unable to cope with pressure and stress). It also deals with the psychosocial support the employer can provide to its employees. It includes an overview of professional help and presents the theoretical basis of research findings. The target of my diploma thesis is evaluation of soil load by polybrominated diphenylethers. This is the soils, which were affected by fire and comparsion with load by soils, which were not affected by fire. In teoretical part available informations about BDE from various sources are processed. Target of practical part is find the optimal method for determination BDE, verification of her yield a determination of reals samples with using this method. In the end this thesis contains measured results, its interpetation in tables, graphes and evaluation of load by individual congeners. Key is comparsion load of soils, which were affected and which were not affected by fire. BDE are released during the fire and we can decide that soils which were caused by fire should be contaminated more, than soils, which were not caused by fire.

The subject of this diploma thesis are instruments of environmental protection, which are used in the Czech legal system. With the aid of these instruments the state and other institutions try to ensure the most effective environmental protection. The instruments of environmental protection are divided into two basic groups. On one hand there are instruments with direct effect, on the other hand instruments with indirect effect. In the first group belong instruments administrative, conceptual, vindicatory and special. Economical instruments fall into the second group. Administrative instruments include primarily different commands, restrictions, permissions, standpoints, expressions, standards and limits. This thesis is about drinking regime and physical activity of university students in a selected locality. It is divided into two main parts, a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part contains basic concepts associated with lifestyle, offers a broad overview of soft and alcoholic beverages. It defines the life stage that characterizes university students and describes their selected sports activities. The practical part contains the processing and analysis of collected data using a questionnaire survey, interpretation and evaluation of results. For data collection was used research technique of a non-standardized questionnaire in online form. The questionnaire includes both closed questions that offer a specific number of possible answers and open questions that do not provide any prepared answers. The questions relate to external phenomena as well as to internal phenomena (attitudes, feelings, etc.). Hunting law as a tool for environmental protection In the scope of three main chapters, introduction and conclusion, the thesis attempts to capture the relationship between the Czech hunting legislation and nature conservation. The question is whether we can consider the current concept of the Hunting Act (449/2001 Sb.) as one of the tools of environmental protection. For the elaboration I based the research, among other things, on my personal experience with pro-landscape hunting in the vicinity of the village Vinaře, Central Bohemia. Furthermore, I elaborated on interesting cases of judicial and administrative practice and, last but not least, I took into account the relevant legal norms and appropriate literature or professional texts. The first chapter deals in more detail with the very concept of hunting, including various interpretations and therefore also meanings. The second part of the first chapter describes - rather briefly - the history of hunting predominantly in the Czech territory. In this context, greater emphasis is placed primarily on the first signs of nature protection.
