Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, списка литературы и приложения. Рассматриваются теоретические основы редевелопмента и социальной инфраструктуры, приводятся основные понятия, виды редевелопмента, его преимущества и недостатки, выявлены актуальные практические проблемы, с которыми сталкиваются девелоперские компании при реализации таких проектов, а также рассмотрен отечественный и зарубежный опыт проектов редевелопмента, в частности объектов социальной инфраструктуры. Проводится маркетинговое исследование, которое включает в себя анализ территории размещения объекта, имиджа района, социальной инфраструктуры и транспортной доступности к объекту, а также анализируется конкурентная среда и стратегические направления деятельности. В третьей главе оценивается эффективность проекта создания объекта социальной инфраструктуры с целью создания коммерческого общежития. Представлено технико-экономическое обоснование и расчет показателей эффективности реализации предложенного проекта. / The master's thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a list of references and an Appendix. Examines the theoretical framework for redevelopment and social infrastructure provides the basic concepts, types of redevelopment, its advantages and shortcomings identified some practical problems faced by development companies in the implementation of such projects, and also considers domestic and foreign experience of redevelopment projects, particularly social infrastructure. The third Chapter assesses the effectiveness of the project to create a social infrastructure facility in order to create a commercial hostel. The feasibility study and calculation of performance indicators of the proposed project are presented.

The paper provides a comparative analysis of existing monitoring systems, identifying their advantages and disadvantages. After this a new version of the system of monitoring of the server infrastructure at various levels was designed and developed, and the implementation of which was also presented in a thesis. / В работе проведён сравнительный анализ существующих систем мониторинга, выявлены их достоинства и недостатки. Был спроектирован и разработан новый вариант системы мониторинга серверной инфраструктуры на различных уровнях, результаты введения в эксплуатацию которого также изложены в магистерской диссертации.

Структура магистерской диссертации включает в себя введение, три главы, заключение, список использованных источников и приложения. Во введении обоснован выбор темы исследования, ее актуальность, сформулированы цель и задачи работы, определены предмет и объект исследования, его теоретические и методологические основы, источники получения информации, сформулирована научная новизна. Во второй главе проанализирован рынок складской недвижимости. Представлена классификация складской недвижимости. А также выявлены основные проблемы транспортно-логистической инфраструктуры региона. В третьей главе подробно описан проект создания терминально-складского комплекса. Описаны характеристики планируемой застройки, этапы реализации проекта и проведен анализ финансовых результатов проекта. В заключении сформулированы основные выводы и обобщены результаты исследования. / Structure of master's thesis includes introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of used sources and applications. In the introduction the choice of the research topic, its topicality, formulates the goal and objectives, defined the subject and object of research, its theoretical and methodological foundations, sources of information, formulated the scientific novelty. In the first Chapter the approaches of scientists to definition of the concept of development, highlighted the types of development and peculiarities of its functioning. The second Chapter analyzes the market of warehouse real estate. The classification of warehouses. As well as the basic problems of transport and logistics infrastructure of the region. The third Chapter describes in detail the project of creation of terminal and warehouse complex. Describes the characteristics of the proposed development, the stages of the project and the analysis of the financial results of the project. In conclusion the main conclusions and summarizes the results of the stud.

Объектом исследования является автотуризм в США, а также особенности самостоятельного автотуризма в США. Предметом исследования стали туристические достопримечательности США, а также проблемы и перспективы самостоятельного туризма в этой стране. Выпускная квалификационная работа выполнена с целью определения особенностей современного автотуризма в США. Указанная выше цель требует решения следующих задач исследования: определить особенности туризма в США и описать основные достопримечательности данной страны; описать виды туризма в США; изучить средства размещения туристов в США; проанализировать особенности инфраструктуры США и составить примерный маршрут самостоятельного дорожного путешествия по стране; найти и описать примеры самостоятельных дорожных путешествий по США; выявить современные проблемы и определить перспективные направления самостоятельных дорожных путешествий по США. Настоящее исследование включает в себя следующие структурные элементы: введение, две главы, разделенные на три параграфа каждая, заключение, список литературы и приложения. Введение содержит актуальность исследования, описывает цель, задачи, а также предмет, объект и методы исследования. Первая глава раскрывает специфику развития автотуризма в США, а именно: особенности туризма в США и достопримечательности страны, виды туризма в США и средства размещения туристов в США. Вторая глава исследования содержит в себе описание путешествия по популярным маршрутам США, в частности: особенности инфраструктуры США: дороги, транспорт, правила, цены, маршруты и описание некоторых маршрутов, примеры самостоятельных дорожных путешествий по США, а также описание современных проблем и перспективных направлений самостоятельных дорожных путешествий по США. В ходе исследования были сделаны следующие выводы: На сегодняшний день США имеет довольно развитую инфраструктуру и располагает огромным количеством достопримечательностей, мест размещения и питания для туристов, которые решили совершить свое путешествие по этой стране. Здесь можно найти места на любой вкус, интересы и финансовые возможности. США славится как национальным заповедниками и культурными достопримечательностями, так и бескрайними пляжами с развлекательными заведениями. Таким образом, исследованный опыт говорит о том, что автотуризм вполне приемлемый и довольно удобный способ путешествия. Кроме того, данный вид путешествий дает туристу право самому решать и выстраивать свой маршрут. / The object of the research is auto tourism in the United States, as well as the features of self-driving travel in the United States. The subject of the research was the tourist attractions of the United States, as well as the problems and prospects of independent tourism in this country. The final thesis was carried out to determine the characteristics of modern auto tourism in the United States. The above goal requires the acomplishing of the following research tasks: to determine the features of tourism in the United States and describe the main attractions of this country; describe the types of tourism in the United States; explore accommodation facilities for tourists in the United States; analyze the features of the US infrastructure and draw up an approximate route for an independent road trip around the country; find and describe examples of independent road travel in the United States; identify current problems and identify promising areas of independent road travel in the United States. This study includes the following structural elements: introduction, two chapters, divided into three sections each, conclusion, bibliography and appendices. The first chapter reveals the specifics of the development of auto tourism in the United States, namely: the peculiarities of tourism in the United States and attractions of the country, types of tourism in the United States and accommodation facilities for tourists in the United States. The second chapter of the study contains a description of travel along popular US routes, in particular: features of the US infrastructure: roads, transport, rules, prices, routes and descriptions of some routes, examples of independent road trips in the USA, as well as a description of modern problems and promising areas of independent road travel in the United States. During the study, the following conclusions were made. Today, the United States has a vastly developed infrastructure and has a huge number of attractions, accommodation and food for tourists who decide to make their trip to this country. Here you can find places for every taste, interests and financial capabilities. The USA is famous for its national reserves and cultural attractions, as well as endless beaches with entertainment facilities. Thus, the studied experience suggests that auto tourism is a completely acceptable and rather convenient way of traveling. In addition, this type of travel gives the tourist the right to decide and build his own route.

Глобальный процесс цифровизации всех сфер человеческой жизни значительно ускорился за последние 20 лет в связи с активным развитием цифровых технологий. В последние несколько лет наметился тренд на экспансию современных технологий в образовательный процесс, которая значительно ускорилась в условиях пандемии COVID-19. Такое смещение акцентов в образовательной системе, очевидно, приводит к возникновению новых требований к образовательному процессу, образовательным учреждениям и преподавателям. В университетах нового типа – «цифровых университетах», образовательный процесс должен обеспечиваться преподавателями нового типа – «цифровыми преподавателями». Результат владения и использования цифровых средств в образовании при этом должен иметь значительное превосходство над результатом обучения без их использования. Цель работы – разработка моделей управления и проекта трансформации роли и компетенций преподавателя для повышения эффективности и качества обучения в цифровом университете. Научная новизна состоит в разработке новой модели организационной структуры образовательных организаций с учетом возможностей цифровых технологий для повышения эффективности и результатов обучения. Практическая значимость заключается в возможности применения результатов анализа путей трансформации роли преподавателя в структуре вуза и предложенной автором работы поддерживающей модели управления при структурных преобразованиях в университете. / The global process of digitalization of all spheres of human life has accelerated significantly over the past 20 years due to the active development of digital technologies. In the last few years, there has been a trend towards the expansion of modern technologies into the educational process, which has significantly accelerated in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Such a shift of emphasis in the educational system obviously leads to the emergence of new requirements for the educational process, educational institutions and teachers. In universities of a new type - "digital universities", the educational process should be provided by teachers of a new type – "digital teachers". The result of the possession and use of digital instruments in education at the same time should have a significant superiority over the result of learning without their use. The aim of the work is to develop management models and a project for transforming the role and competencies of a teacher to improve the efficiency and quality of teaching at a digital university. The scientific novelty consists in the development of a new model of the organizational structure of educational organizations, taking into account the possibilities of digital technologies to improve the efficiency and learning outcomes. The practical significance lies in the possibility of applying the results of the analysis of ways to transform the role of a teacher in the university structure and the supporting management model proposed by the author of the work during structural transformations at the university.
