В настоящее время направление идентификации и управления интеллектуальным капиталом является междисциплинарным, объединяя в себе экономику, технику и науку, чем привлекает все больше и больше внимания. Интеллектуальный капитал представляет собой знания, которыми обладает предприятие, и которые можно конвертировать в стоимость. На практике интеллектуальный капитал принято считать совокупностью нематериальных активов предприятия, которые доступны к оцениванию и управлению, но при этом не зафиксированы в финансовой отчетности. К сожалению, бухгалтерский учет не дает адекватной оценки всего спектра интеллектуальных ресурсов. В связи с этим актуальность данного исследования обусловлена необходимостью определения метода оценивания и учета всего интеллектуального капитала предприятия. Целью исследования является разработать инструментарий анализа интеллектуального капитала предприятия на основе его нефинансовой отчетности. В результате разработан инструментарий анализа интеллектуального капитала компании на основе раскрытий релевантных для инвесторов показателей производственной, социальной, финансовой и инновационной деятельности промышленных предприятий в условиях системы управленческого учета. / Currently, the field of identification and management of intellectual capital is interdisciplinary, combining economics, technology and science, which attracts more and more attention. Intellectual capital is the knowledge that an enterprise possesses and that can be converted into value. In practice, intellectual capital is considered to be a set of intangible assets of an enterprise that are available for evaluation and management but are not recorded in the financial statements. Unfortunately, accounting does not provide an adequate assessment of the entire range of intellectual resources. In this regard, the relevance of this study is due to the need to determine the method of evaluating and accounting for the entire intellectual capital of the enterprise. The purpose of the study is to develop tool for analyzing the intellectual capital of an enterprise based on its non-financial reporting. As a result, a tool for analyzing the company's intellectual capital was developed based on disclosures of indicators of production, social, financial and innovative activities of industrial enterprises relevant to investors in the context of a management accounting system.

The health of employees is an important clause for doing any type of business. Investing in health capital helps to increase the productivity, reduce the number of disability days and increase the attractiveness of companies in the labor market. The purpose of the master’s thesis is to develop a methodological approach of health capital assessment to improve the enterprise performance. The thesis reviewed the conceptions of health capital and the issues of correlation between investments in health capital and measures of enterprise performance. The research has drawn on such sources as education and research literature, the results of self-conducted empirical research, corporate statistics data. In the master's thesis, a methodological approach to assessing capital was developed based on the Cobb-Douglas production function, which reflects the effect on health capital on the efficiency of the enterprise. This represented approach is suitable for any organization and desined to calculate indicators for assessing health capital and to determine future development options. / Здоровые сотрудники являются необходимым условием для ведения любого бизнеса. Инвестиции в капитал здоровья способствуют повышению производительности работников, снижению числа дней нетрудоспособности и повышению привлекательности компании на рынке труда. Целью магистерской диссертации является разработка методического подхода к оценке капитала здоровья для повышения эффективности деятельности предприятия. В работе рассматривается генезис понятия капитал здоровья и вопросы взаимосвязи инвестиций в капитал здоровья с показателями эффективности деятельности предприятия. В качестве источников использовалась учебно-методическая и научно-исследовательская литература, результаты эмпирических исследований автора и данные корпоративной статистики. В магистерской диссертации был разработан методический подход к оценке капитала здоровья на основе производственной функции Кобба-Дугласа, отражающей влияние капитала здоровья на эффективность деятельности предприятия, позволяющей рассчитать показатели для проведения оценки капитала здоровья и определить варианты для развития на перспективу.

Актуальность обращения к оценке вклада интеллектуального капитала в добавленную стоимость объясняется тем, что в современной экономике и для ученых, и для компаний приоритетным становится вопрос о том, как и в какой степени, интеллектуальный капитал влияет на деятельность компании, и чего можно добиться, обладая таким знанием, чтобы улучшить ее финансовые показатели. Целью магистерской диссертации является развитие теоретических и методических положений об интеллектуальном капитале, способах измерения его вклада в результаты деятельности фирмы для разработки модели управления интеллектуальной добавленной стоимостью. Анализ основывался на изучении научно-периодической литературы, изучении существующих методик оценки интеллектуального капитала и интеллектуальной добавленной стоимости. В качестве источников информации использовались нормативно-правовые акты, база публикаций Российского индекса научного цитирования, представленная на ресурсе Elibrary, данные статистики по тематике исследования, данные бухгалтерской (финансовой) отчетности и внутренние документы исследуемого предприятия. В ходе написания магистерской диссертации была разработана модель управления интеллектуальной добавленной стоимостью на промышленном предприятии, базирующаяся на процессном подходе и по методике VAIC Пулика, отличительной особенностью которой является декомпозиция базовых бизнес-процессов, расчет интеллектуальной добавленной стоимости предприятия. Данная модель позволяет сосредоточить внимание на управлении интеллектуальным капиталом и его влиянии на добавленную стоимость, повышая тем самым обоснованность принимаемых управленческих решений, направленных на повышение прибыльности и конкурентоспособности предприятия. В результате апробации разработанной модели были предложены алгоритмы принятия решений по управлению интеллектуальной добавленной стоимостью на каждой фазе управленческого цикла бизнес-процессов. / The relevance of referring to assessing the contribution of intellectual capital to value added is explained by the fact that in the modern economy, both for scientists and companies, the priority is the question of how and to what extent intellectual capital affects the company's activities, and what can be achieved with such knowledge to improve its financial performance. The purpose of the master's thesis is the development of theoretical and methodological provisions on intellectual capital, ways to measure its contribution to the results of the company to develop a model of intellectual value added management. The analysis was based on the study of scientific-periodic literature, the study of existing methods for assessing intellectual capital and intellectual value added. The sources of information were the regulatory legal acts, the base of publications of the Russian Science Citation Index, presented on the Elibrary resource, statistical data on the subject of the research, data of the accounting (financial) reporting and internal documents of the enterprise under study. During the writing of the master's thesis, a model of management of intellectual value added at an industrial enterprise was developed, based on the process approach according to the method of VAIC Pulika, a distinctive feature of which is the decomposition of basic business processes, the calculation of intellectual value added enterprise. This model will focus on the management of intellectual capital and its impact on value added, thereby increasing the soundness of management decisions to increase the profitability and competitiveness of the enterprise. As a result of testing the developed model, decision-making algorithms for intellectual value added management were proposed for management at each phase of the management cycle as a set of business processes. As a result of approbation of the developed model, measures were proposed for the management of intellectual value added for management at each phase of the management cycle as a business process.

The master's thesis is devoted to assessment and analysis of the economic capital of a commercial bank in conditions of increasing risk load. The purpose of the research is to develop a methodological approach to assessment of economic capital based on the account of typical banking risks. The paper concludes that the amount of economic capital, which includes all types of risks, may exceed the amount of regulatory capital. Proper assessment of "risk capital" directly affects the financial stability of a credit institution. / Магистерская диссертация посвящена вопросам оценки и анализа экономического капитала коммерческого банка в условиях повышения рисковой нагрузки. Целью исследования является разработка методического подхода к оценке экономического капитала на основе учета типичных банковских рисков. В работе сделан вывод о том, что величина экономического капитала, включающая все виды рисков, может превышать величину регулятивного капитала. Грамотная оценка «капитала под риск» напрямую влияет на финансовую устойчивость кредитной организации.

Объектом исследования в диссертации является процесс родительства. Цель исследования – изучить процесс формирования и развития гражданской активности последующего поколения в ходе родительства предыдущего и разработать рекомендации, направленные на стимулирование этого процесса. Основными методами проведения исследования стали качественный и количественный анализ, а именно полуформализованное интервью, кейс-стади, анкетирование. В процессе исследований была систематизирована совокупность семейных факторов, влияющих на формирование и развитие гражданской активности в ходе родительства; проанализировано нормативно-правовое регулирование гражданской активности; разработана концепция межпоколенческих моделей формирования и развития гражданской активности у последующего поколения в ходе родительства предыдущих; разработана и реализована методика социологического исследования процессов формирования и развития гражданской активности. Результатом работы стала разработка ряда рекомендаций и мероприятий по стимулированию гражданской активности через институт семьи. Рекомендации адресованы органам государственного и муниципального управления, а также общественным организациям и некоммерческим объединениям. / The object of research in the dissertation is the process of parenting. The purpose of the research is to study the process of formation and development of civic activity of the next generation during the previous parenthood and to develop recommendations aimed at stimulating this process. The main methods of research were qualitative and quantitative analysis, namely semi-formal interviews, case studies, and questionnaires. A set of family factors that influence the formation and development of civic activity during parenthood was systematized; we analyze the legal regulation of civil activity; we developed the concept of intergenerational models of formation and development of civil activity in the next generation during parenthood of the previous ones; the methodology of sociological research of the processes of formation and development of civil activity is developed and implemented. The result of this work was the development of a number of recommendations and measures to stimulate civic activity through the family Institute. The recommendations are addressed to state and municipal authorities, as well as public organizations and non-profit associations.
