Во второй главе проведен анализ эффективности внедрения цифровизации налогового контроля по налогу на добавленную стоимость в аспекте собираемости этого налога. Третья глава посвящена направлениям совершенствования процессов цифровизации налогового контроля в России. / The master's thesis is devoted to the study of the problems of introducing digital technologies in the tax administration of Russia. В диссертации представлены характеристики гражданских зданий с высокой уровнем сборности в Китае и проведен анализ научных исследований сборных зданий и в Китае, и за рубежом. Кроме этого, сделан обзор перспективных направлений развития сборных зданий в Китае. Сравнение затрат на строительство и монтаж сборных и монолитных конструкций, сделан вывод о том, что ключевой частью, влияющей на стоимость сборных железобетонных зданий, является стоимость сборных железобетонных компонентов в основной конструкции. / The dissertation presents the characteristics of civil buildings with a high level of assemblage in China and analyzes the scientific research of prefabricated buildings both in China and abroad. In addition, an overview of promising areas for the development of prefabricated buildings in China is made.Comparing the costs of construction and installation of prefabricated and monolithic structures, it is concluded that the key part affecting the cost of prefabricated reinforced concrete buildings is the cost of prefabricated reinforced concrete components in the main structure.

Объектом данного исследования является когнитивное, моторное и речевое развитие детей. Предметом: взаимосвязь темперамента и когнитивного развития детей младенческого и раннего возраста. Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, списка литературы (71 источник) и приложения, включающего в себя бланки применявшихся методик. Объем магистерской диссертации 129 страниц, на которых размещены 3 рисунка и 4 таблицы. Во введении раскрывается актуальность проблемы исследования, ставятся цель и задачи исследования, определяются объект и предмет исследования, формулируются основная гипотеза. Первая глава включает в себя обзор иностранной и отечественной литературы по теме исследования, описание понятия темперамента в историческом контексте, рассмотрены современные представления о темпераменте отечественной и западной школ Рассмотрены основные методы изучения темперамента. Более детальное рассмотрена концепция психобиологического подхода к развитию темперамента Мэри Ротбарт, а также результаты исследований, посвященных данной концепции. Во второй главе были рассмотрены особенности психического развития детей, был сделан обзор периодизаций развития детей до 3 лет. А также были рассмотрены особенности когнитивного, сенсомоторного и речевого развития в младенческом и раннем возрасте. Третья глава посвящена эмпирической части. В ней рассмотрены методики, использованные в данном исследовании: опросник поведения младенцев, а также «Шкалы развития Бэйли». Здесь представлен корреляционный анализ результатов исследования. А также обсуждение этих результатов. В заключении изложены выводы эмпирической части исследования. А также выводы по выдвинутой гипотезе, обоснована практическая значимость работы и описаны возможные перспективы дальнейшей разработки данной проблематики. / The object of this study is the cognitive, motor and speech development of children. Subject: the relationship of temperament and cognitive development of infants and young children. The master's thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of references (71 sources) and an Appendix, including the forms of the applied techniques. The volume of the master's thesis is 129 pages, which contains 3 figures and 4 tables. The introduction reveals the relevance of the research problem, sets the purpose and objectives of the study, determines the object and subject of the study, and formulates the main hypothesis. The first Chapter includes a review of foreign and domestic literature on the topic of research, the description of the concept of temperament in a historical context, modern ideas about the temperament of domestic and Western schools, the main methods of studying temperament. The concept of a psychobiological approach to the development of Mary Rothbart's temperament is considered in more detail, as well as the results of studies devoted to this concept. In the second Chapter, the features of mental development of children were considered, a review of periodization of development of children up to 3 years. The features of cognitive, sensorimotor and speech development in infancy and early age were also considered. The third Chapter is devoted to the empirical part. It describes the methods used in this study: a of infant behavior questionnaire (IBQ-R), and Веyley Scales of Infant Development. Here is a correlation analysis of the results of this research. As well as discussion of these results. In conclusion, the result of the empirical part of the research are presented. The master's thesis is devoted to the analysis of problems and prospects for the improvement of cameral tax control in Russia. Final qualifying work consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion and list of references. The first chapter discusses the theoretical foundations of the organization of tax control in Russia. In the second chapter, the analysis of the effects of introducing an automatic control system in the process of introducing ASC-VAT is carried out. Выпускная квалификационная работа состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения и списка использованных источников. В первой главе рассмотрены теоретические основы организации налогового контроля в России. Во второй главе проведён анализ эффектов внедрения автоматической системы контроля в процессе внедрения АСК-НДС. В третьей главе рассмотрены основные направления совершенствования камерального налогового контроля по НДС в России и проведена оценка возможных эффектов при внедрении предлагаемых предложений по совершенствованию системы камерального контроля.

Актуальность обусловлена увеличением объемов обрабатываемой информации, и повышением качества услуг в области здравоохранения. Безусловно, актуальность связана с ростом внедрений автоматизированных информационных систем в области здравоохранения, это обусловлено Федеральным законом «Об основах охраны здоровья граждан в Российской Федерации» № 323-ФЗ от 21.11.2011. Цель магистерской работы: внедрить и адаптировать автоматизированную информационную систему «АИС ММИ» с целью улучшения программной и информационной поддержки административно-хозяйственных процессов медицинского учреждения. Задачи магистерской работы: провести сравнительный анализ информационных систем, сформировать требования для внедрения системы, провести оценку внедрения, произвести расчет экономической эффективности. Объектом исследования является информационная система «АИС ММИ». Предмет исследования – информационное и программное обеспечение основных процессов административно-хозяйственной деятельности медицинского учреждения. Практическая значимость исследования: в диссертации были разработаны требования к информационной системе административно-хозяйственной части. Леонтьева и Е.И. Рассказовой), методики определения толерантности к неопределенности С. Баднера (в адаптации А.Г. Солдатовой), а также опросника профессионального самоотношения К.В. Карпинского и А.М. Колышко. Также в главе представлен корреляционный и регрессионный анализ результатов исследования. Выводы по главе 2 включают в себя основные результаты эмпирического исследования. The introduction reveals the relevance of the research problem, study problem, put the goal and objectives of the study, defines the object and subject of research, formulates the main and additional hypotheses that specifies the methods and empirical base, as well as the stages of the study, scientific novelty, theoretical and practical significance of the work. The first chapter includes a review of foreign and domestic literature on the topics of hardiness, tolerance to uncertainty and professional self-attitude. The sections devoted to the analysis of the specifics of the professional activity of a practical psychologist are presented. The conclusions of the first chapter are the results of the study of the theoretical material. The second chapter is devoted to the empirical part of the study. It describes the organization and methods of the study and the results obtained by all the methods used: the test of hardiness of S. Maddi (in the adaptation of D. A. Leontiev and E. I. Rasskazova), the method of determining tolerance to uncertainty of S. Badner (in the adaptation of A. G. Soldatova), as well as the questionnaire of professional self-attitude of K. V. Karpinsky and A. M. Kolyshko. The chapter also presents a correlation and regression analysis of the results of the study. The conclusions of chapter 2 include the main results of the empirical study. В выпускной квалификационной работе рассматриваются теоретические основы формирования интегрированной системы менеджмента качества. Приводится сравнительный анализ российских и международных стандартов менеджмента качества и выявляются проблемы их интеграции. Предложена методика построения интегрированной системы менеджмента качества при строительстве химического промышленного комплекса. Рассмотрена концепция и особенности проекта строительства химического комплекса «Аммиак-Карбамид-Меламин». Обозначены риски проекта и определены возможности их снижения за счет использования разработанного методического подхода. / In the final qualifying work, the theoretical foundations of the formation of an integrated quality management system are considered. A comparative analysis of Russian and international quality management standards is given and problems of their integration are identified. A technique for constructing an integrated quality management system in the construction of a chemical industrial complex is proposed. The concept and features of the project for the construction of the chemical complex "Ammonia-Urea-Melamine" are considered. The risks of the project are identified and the possibilities of their reduction through the use of the developed methodological approach are identified.
