Risk control, or risk management, is the process of making and executing management decisions that minimize the adverse impact of losses caused by accidental events on the enterprise. Risk management is an integrated part of total management. A concept of acceptable risk, which involves striving for risk reduction to a safe level, is at the core of all practical risk management measures. According to recent theoretical researches, one of the most objective fundamental factors when considering risks is enterprise and product life cycles. One of the well-known rational cycles of the development of social-economic enterprises is I.Adizes’s life cycle model consisting of 10 stages. The author’s intention to successfully manage an enterprise is that at the beginning it is necessary to determine at what stage of development the enterprise is located, and then develop management decisions. Moreover, it is possible to specify the most typical risks and draw up the guidance for risk impact reduction for each of ten stages depending on the type of the enterprise. The purpose of this work is to use I.Adizes’s enterprise life cycle model to assess and select ways for reduction of metallurgical enterprise operation risk. As a test of the approach proposed, recommendations for minimizing enterprise risk were developed for a typical enterprise, taking into account the life cycle of the iron and steel industry. / Управление риском, или риск-менеджмент – процесс принятия и выполнения управленческих решений, которые минимизируют неблагоприятное влияние на организацию убытков, вызванных случайными событиями. Риск-менеджмент – составная часть общего менеджмента. В основе всех практических мероприятий по управлению риском лежит концепция приемлемого риска, которая заключается в стремлении к снижению риска до безопасного уровня. Как указывают последние теоретические исследования, одним из максимально объективных базовых факторов при изучении рисков является жизненный цикл организации и жизненный цикл выпускаемой продукции. Одним из известных рациональных циклов развития социально-экономических организаций является модель жизненного цикла И.Адизеса, состоящая из десяти этапов. Установка автора на успешное управление организацией заключается в том, что вначале необходимо определить на каком этапе развития находится организация, а затем разрабатывать управленческие решения. Причём, каждому из десяти этапов, в зависимости от типа предприятия, можно указать наиболее характерные риски и наметить направления снижения влияния данных рисков. Целью данной работы является применение модели жизненного цикла организации И.Адизеса для оценки и выбора путей снижения риска работы металлургического предприятия. В качестве апробации предложенного подхода, для типичного предприятия разработаны рекомендации по минимизации риска предприятии с учётом этапа жизненного цикла чёрной металлургии.

Целью настоящей работы является разработка модели экосистемы предпринимательского сообщества. В ходе работы будет сформулировано точное определение экосистемы предпринимательского сообщества, составлены концептуальные модели экосистемы предпринимательских сообществ и проанализированы внешние факторы, которые могут оказывать значительное влияние на развитие экосистем предпринимательских сообществ. Объектом данного исследования выступают предпринимательские сообщества и их жизненный цикл. Разработанности темы данной магистерской диссертации характеризуется низким уровнем, поскольку отсутствуют научные работы и публикации, посвященные напрямую теме диссертации, среди рассмотренных публикаций практически не наблюдаются монографии. Анализ учебной проектной деятельности студентов может быть полезен преподавателям для оценки качества работы и эффективности студентов. Полученные результаты позволяют определить направления дальнейшей разработки и усовершенствования системы. По результатам проведенной оценки экономической эффективности проекта выгода от внедрения информационной системы «Облако проектов» составит 98 357 рубля за семестр. Проект окупается в срок 6 месяцев.

Исследование описывает принципы взаимодействия с ChatGPT, его способность анализировать и обрабатывать текстовую информацию, а также его возможности в генерации содержательных и контекстно связанных ответов в контексте решаемых задач в научно-исследовательских работах и тестировании программного обеспечения. В работе рассматривается потенциальное использование использования ChatGPT для поддержки принятия решений, для определения преимуществ и ограничений. / This paper explores the use of ChatGPT, a powerful artificial intelligence model, to support decision-making at various stages of the IT innovation lifecycle. The work is based on the analysis of the effectiveness and applicability of ChatGPT in the context of decision support in scientific research and software development processes. The study describes the principles of interaction with ChatGPT, its ability to analyze and process textual information, as well as its capabilities in generating meaningful and contextually related answers in the context of tasks being solved in research and software testing. The paper discusses the potential use of using ChatGPT to support decision-making, to identify advantages and limitations.

Безусловно, актуальность связана с ростом внедрений автоматизированных информационных систем в области здравоохранения, это обусловлено Федеральным законом «Об основах охраны здоровья граждан в Российской Федерации» № 323-ФЗ от 21.11.2011. Цель магистерской работы: внедрить и адаптировать автоматизированную информационную систему «АИС ММИ» с целью улучшения программной и информационной поддержки административно-хозяйственных процессов медицинского учреждения. Задачи магистерской работы: провести сравнительный анализ информационных систем, сформировать требования для внедрения системы, провести оценку внедрения, произвести расчет экономической эффективности. Объектом исследования является информационная система «АИС ММИ». Предмет исследования – информационное и программное обеспечение основных процессов административно-хозяйственной деятельности медицинского учреждения. Практическая значимость исследования: в диссертации были разработаны требования к информационной системе административно-хозяйственной части. В главе 1 были изучены теоретические основы управления брендом, а именно: трактовки, сущность и характеристики бренда, коммуникационная деятельность в маркетинге. Разработан инструментарий управления брендом, учитывающий особенности жизненного цикла бренда и специфических цели и задачи, решаемые на каждом конкретном этапе жизненного цикла. Глава 2 содержит в себе анализ маркетинговой деятельности предприятия ООО «Гесс? СиАйЭс». В главе 2 были применены практические инструменты и методики анализа, такие как SWOT-анализ, анализ целей по технологии целеполагания SMART, анализ миссии компании по факторам, предложенным Ф. Котлером, многоугольник конкурентоспособности, лист оценки конкурентоспособности, отбор конкурентов с использованием методики И. В. Котляревской, сегментированием методом вложенной иерархии с выбором целевых сегментов и обоснованием отказа от нецелевых по критериям, предложенным И. В. Котляревской. Определена организационная структура, маркетинговая концепция, в которой находится предприятие ООО «Гесс? СиАйЭс». Диагностирована эффективность управления брендом методами относительной добавочной стоимости и оценкой атрибутов и силы бренда по Л. Де Чернатони. Глава 3 содержит в себе разработку проекта повышения эффективности управления брендом GUESS. Описана проблематика и замысел проекта, определены негативные эффекты существующего положения компания, на этом основании применен метод структурной декомпозиции и построено дерево проблем и дерево целей. Определены факторы внешнего и внутреннего окружения, которые способствуют и мешают выполнению проекта, составлено календарное планирование проекта по фазам проекта, построена диаграмма Ганта. Проведено управление рисками проекта, описаны рисковые события, источники возникновения рисков, вероятность наступления рискового события, а также мероприятия, способствующие снижению риска, проведена оценка эффективности проекта. / The topic of the dissertation is “Development of marketing tools for brand management”. V Kotlyarevskaya, by segmentation using the nested hierarchy method with the choice of target segments and the justification for rejecting non-target ones according to the criteria proposed by IV Kotlyarevskaya. The organizational structure, marketing concept, in which the company “GUESS? CIS. ” Diagnosed the effectiveness of brand management by the methods of relative added value and the assessment of the attributes and strength of the brand according to L. De Chernatoni.
