Во введении обоснована актуальность темы ВКР, определены объект и предмет исследования, сформулирована цель работы, поставлены задачи, которые необходимо решить для достижения цели исследования, обозначена степень разработанности темы, показана научная новизна результатов проведенного исследования. В первой главе на основе анализа теоретических основ управления проектами показано, что знание их необходимо для корректной оценки качества инвестиционно-строительного проекта (ИСП). Во второй главе на основе анализа показателей качества решений проектно-конструкторской документации, показано, что для оценки качества ИСП целесообразно рассматривать: проектные решения, проектно-конструкторскую деятельность и исполнение проектной документации. В третьей главе описаны методики оценки качества инвестиционно-строительного проекта, проведен сравнительный анализ методик на основе их применения на примере конкретного объекта капитального строительства (физкультурно-спортивный комплекс). В заключении приведены результаты, полученные в ходе исследования, и основные выводы по ВКР. / In the introduction the relevance of the final qualifying work is substantiated, the object and subject of research are defined, the purpose of the work is formulated, tasks are set, the scientific novelty of research is shown. In the first chapter it is shown based on the analysis of the theoretical foundations of project management that knowledge of them is necessary for a correct assessment of the quality of an investment construction project. In the second chapter it is shown based on the analysis of the quality indicators of design documentation solutions that it is advisable to consider: design solutions, design activities and execution of design documentation to assess the quality of an investment construction project. The third chapter describes the methods of assessing the quality of an investment and construction project, a comparative analysis of the methods based on their application on the example of a specific object of capital construction (a sports complex). In conclusion, the results obtained during the study and the main conclusions on the work are presented.

Разработана методика экологической оценки инвестиционно-строительных проектов на основе применения известного математического метода стандартизации рангов, применение которой позволит инвесторам и застройщикам оценивать экологические риски и возможности при принятии инвестиционных решений, а также уменьшить негативное воздействие на окружающую среду и повысить экологическую устойчивость проектов. / A method for environmental assessment of investment and construction projects have been developed based on the application of the well-known mathematical method of ranks standardization, the use of which will allow investors and developers to assess environmental risks and opportunities when making investment decisions, as well as reduce the negative impact on the environment and increase the environmental sustainability of projects.

Данная работа посвящена развитию иноязычной коммуникативной компетенции с помощью коммуникативного тренинга и мультимедийных технологий. Актуальность исследования обусловлена необходимостью выявления новых путей развития компонентов иноязычной коммуникативной компетенции. В теоретической главе были определены основные составляющие иноязычной коммуникативной компетенции, рассмотрены мультимедийные технологии, использующиеся при обучении иностранным языкам, а также изложены принципы и условия применения коммуникативного тренинга в процессе обучения иностранному языку. В практической главе были разработаны планы единичного коммуникативного тренинга и серии коммуникативных тренингов, описано их практическое применение. / This work is devoted to the development of foreign language communicative competence with the help of communicative training and multimedia technologies. The relevance of the study is determined by the necessity to identify new ways to develop the components of foreign language communicative competence. In the theoretical chapter the main components of foreign language communicative competence were identified, multimedia technologies used in foreign language teaching were considered and the principles and conditions of communicative training application in the process of foreign language teaching were outlined. In the practical chapter the plans of a single communicative training and a series of communicative trainings were developed, and their practical application was described.

В последние годы, с постоянным усилением влияния Китая, изучение китайского языка становится все более популярным. Актуальной задачей является разработка программ по развитию навыков речевой деятельности, включая письмо. Изучение трудностей письма на китайском языке и их решение имеет большое значение для улучшения навыков письма у иностранных студентов, может способствовать повышению их квалификации при работе в межкультурной среде, связанной со знанием китайского языка. Цель исследования – предложить методику развития навыков письма на китайском языке на начальном этапе обучения. Объект исследования – процесс развития навыков письма на китайском языке на начальном этапе обучения. Предмет исследования – методика развития навыком письма на китайском языке на начальном этапе обучения. Научная новизна исследования состоит в определении потенциала использования игровых и компьютерных технологий при обучении написанию китайских иероглифов на начальном этапе обучения. Полученные данные обоснованы теоретико-методологической базой исследования. Практическая значимость исследования: полученные результаты могут быть использованы в качестве методических рекомендаций и практических материалов на занятиях по написанию иероглифов на начальном этапе обучения. В первой главе диссертации описана теоретико-методологическая база исследования, обучение письму в трудах российских и китайских исследователей, история, происхождение китайских иероглифов, их взаимосвязь с культурными реалиями. Во второй главе диссертации предлагается методика обучения написанию китайских иероглифов на начальном этапе обучения, включающая игровые методы, компьютерные технологии, способствующие развитию навыков написания китайских иероглифов, уделяется внимание повышению квалификации преподавателей. / In recent years, with the increasing influence of China, learning Chinese has become increasingly popular. It is an urgent task to offer programs to develop speech skills, including writing. Studying the difficulties of writing in Chinese and solving them is important to improve the writing skills of international students and can help improve their skills when working in an intercultural environment related to the knowledge of the Chinese language. Purpose of the study: to propose a methodology for the development of writing skills in Chinese at the initial stage of learning. Object of the study – the process of developing writing skills in Chinese at the initial stage of learning. Subject of the study – methodology for the development of writing skills in Chinese at the initial stage of learning. Scientific novelty of the study consists in determining the potential of using gamification and computer technologies in teaching the writing of Chinese hieroglyphs at the initial stage of learning. The findings are based on the theoretical and methodological basis of the research. Practical significance of the study – the results can be used as guidelines and practical materials in classes for writing hieroglyphs at the initial stage of learning. The first chapter of the thesis describes the theoretical and methodological basis of the research, the teaching of writing in the works of Russian and Chinese researchers, the history, the origin of Chinese hieroglyphs, their relationship with cultural realities. The second chapter of the thesis proposes a methodology for teaching Chinese hieroglyphs writing at the initial stage, including gamification methods, computer technology to help develop Chinese hieroglyphs writing skills, attention is also paid to teachers’ professional development.

This paper discusses the problems associated with modeling hinged ventilated facades and optimizing work with them in the Autodesk Revit environment. This work was carried out in order to propose a solution to reduce the labor and time costs of designing modular hinged facade systems. The result of the work is the writing of instructions for modeling HFS according to a modular scheme and evaluating the effectiveness of design, taking into account the optimization of the design processes of modular HFS. / В данной работе рассматриваются проблемы, связанные с моделированием навесных вентилируемых фасадов и оптимизацией работы с ними в среде Autodesk Revit. Данная работа проведена с целью предложения решения по сокращению трудовых и временных затрат проектирования модульных навесных фасадных систем. Результатом работы является написание инструкции по моделированию НФС по модульной схеме и оценка эффективности проектирования с учетом оптимизации процессов проектирования модульных НФС.

В данной работе рассматриваются проблемы, связанные с моделированием навесных вентилируемых фасадов и автоматизацией работы с ними в среде Autodesk Revit. Данная работа проведена с целью разработки скрипта для автоматизации расстановки фасонных элементов навесных вентилируемых фасадов. Для достижения цели были поставлены следующие задачи: рассмотреть степень изученности навесных фасадных систем в ТИМ, описать методику моделирования навесных фасадных систем по классической схеме, создать семейства откосов и отлива, написать скрипт и проверить его работоспособность. Результатом работы является Dynamo-скрипт, размещающий фасонные элементы, позволяющий уменьшить трудозатраты проектировщиков. / This paper discusses the problems associated with the modeling of hinged ventilated facades and automation of work with them in the Autodesk Revit environment. This work was carried out in order to develop a script for automating the placement of shaped elements of hinged ventilated facades. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were set: to consider the degree of knowledge of hinged facade systems in TIM, describe the methodology for modeling hinged facade systems according to the classical scheme, create families of slopes and low tide, write a script and check its operability. The result of the work is a Dynamo script that places shaped elements, which reduces the labor costs of designers.

Разработаны алгоритмы анализа информации, предоставленной в отчетах об инженерно-геологических изысканиях, сформирована методика по созданию базы данных цифровой модели грунта и выполнено построение её тестового варианта, составлено техническое задание для программы по визуализации цифровой модели грунта. / Algorithms for analyzing the information provided in reports on engineering and geological surveys have been developed, a methodology for creating a database of a digital soil model has been formed and a test version has been built, a technical specification for a program for visualizing a digital soil model has been compiled.

The purpose of the study is to develop and test a methodology for teaching vocabulary to a Chinese audience using the LearningApps multimedia platform. The object of the study the process of learning foreign language vocabulary. The subject of the study is the use of an interactive platform for learning foreign vocabulary. Scientific novelty A set of interactive exercises for effective vocabulary memorization has been developed and tested using the interactive LearningApps platform, which is integrated into Russian as a foreign language (RCT) class with Chinese first-year students. The theoretical significance of the study lies in the fact that the results of Russian and foreign studies on the use of modern information and communication technologies of online services in teaching foreign vocabulary to university students were summarized. The practical significance of the study lies in the fact that the results of experimental work and the developed set of exercises using the LearningApps multimedia platform can be used to teach Chinese students vocabulary within the framework of teaching Russian as a foreign language (RCT). / Актуальность исследования обусловлена нарастающей потребностью в разработке инновационных методов преподавания лексики на уроках русского как иностранного языка (РКИ). Цель исследования состоит в разработке и апробации методики преподавания лексики для китайской аудитории с использованием мультимедийной платформы LearningApps. Объект исследования: процесс обучения иноязычной лексике. Предмет исследования: применение интерактивной платформы для изучения иностранной лексики. Научная новизна Разработан и апробирован комплекс интерактивных упражнений для эффективного запоминания лексики с помощью интерактивной платформы LearningApps， который интегрируется в занятия РКИ с китайскими студентами первого курса. Теоретическая значимость исследования заключается в том, что были обобщены результаты российских и зарубежных исследований относительно применения современных информационно-коммуникационных технологий онлайн-сервисов в преподавании иностранной лексики студентам вуза. Практическая значимость исследования состоит в том, что результаты опытно-экспериментальной работы и разработанный комплекс упражнений с применением мультимедийной платформы LearningApps может быть использован для обучения китайских студентов лексике в рамках преподавания РКИ.

A methodology for managing unscheduled software projects in the field of machine learning has been developed and tested. The article examines existing methods for managing software projects and the reasons why they are not applicable to unscheduled projects in the field of machine learning. A set of rules is provided, the implementation of which is implied by the developed methodology. The process of testing the methodology during the management of software product development within the framework of an educational project, the conditions of which correspond to the conditions of an unscheduled project, as well as the possibility of scaling the methodology for managing an unscheduled project directly is described. / Разработана и опробована методика для управления внеплановыми программными проектами в области машинного обучения. Рассматриваются существующие методики для управления программными проектами и причины, почему они не применимы для внеплановых проектов в области машинного обучения. Приводится свод правил, выполнение которых подразумевает разработанная методика. Описывается процесс апробации методики во время управления разработкой программного продукта в рамках учебного проекта, условия которого соответствуют условиям внепланового проекта, а также возможность масштабирования методики для управления непосредственно внеплановым проектом.

The aim of this work is to derive a multi-criteria function for assessing the feasibility of using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for diagnosing the condition of power line components, as well as to automate the existing approach to mission planning for inspecting power line elements and making flight decisions based on probability distributions that take into account input data characteristics. The paper examines the impact of real factors on various risks associated with diagnosing the condition of power line components using UAVs, employing a preprocessing algorithm for the initial data. / Целью работы является вывод многокритериальной функции для оценки целесообразности применения беспилотных воздушных судов для диагностики состояния элементов линий электропередачи, автоматизация существующего подхода к планированию миссий по обследованию элементов линий электропередачи и принятию решения о полете на основе распределения вероятностей, учитывающих характеристики вводных данных. В работе рассматриваются влияние реальных факторов на различные риски при диагностике состояния элементов линий электропередачи с применением беспилотных воздушных судов с использованием алгоритма предварительной обработки исходных данных.
