Объектом исследования является процесс транспортных перевозок. Предметом исследования выступают пункты потребления и пункты производства, автоматизация системы расчета оптимальной стоимости перевозки. Поставленные задачи: 1. Возможность ввода, корректировки и сохранения вариантов расчёта по оптимизации. 2. Отображение результатов расчета в графическом виде на пользовательской форме. Целью данной работы является создание информационного Web-приложения, который позволит рассчитывать оптимальную стоимость перевозки продукции, предоставлять пользователю результаты расчета в графическом виде. Научная новизна полученных в работе результатов заключается в применении нового метода эффективной организации и ведения специализированного алгоритмического и программного обеспечения решения задачи оптимизации затрат на перевозку продукции, ориентированного на повышение эффективности управления процессами грузоперевозок с использованием современных методов обработки информации: использование гибкой методологии разработки (Agile) и таск-трекера Atlassian JIRA для ведения проекта, взаимодействия с заказчиком во время разработки, отслеживания ошибок, визуального отображения задач и мониторинга процесса их выполнения; функциональное моделирование процессов для реализации web-приложения решения задачи оптимизации затрат на перевозку продукции на основе методологии IDEF0 и средства реализации Ramus Educational; использование методики коллективного владения программным кодом на основе сервиса (удаленного репозитория) Atlassian Bitbucket. Практическая значимость результатов заключается в том, что разработанное программное обеспечение позволит: производить расчёт оптимальной себестоимости транспортных перевозок для любого количества пунктов производства; специалистам транспортно-логистического операционного отдела сократить время на формирование отчетных документов, сократить время поиска необходимой фактической отчетной информации за счет реализации эргономичного web-интерфейса; специалистам отдела сопровождения информационных систем предоставляет условия для снижения трудозатрат на сопровождение, совершенствование и развитие системы с учетом пожеланий пользователей. Результаты работы могут быть использованы также в учебном процессе для обучения бакалавров и магистрантов по направлению «Информационные системы и технологии». / The object of the research is the process of transportation. The subject of the research is points of consumption and points of production, automation of the system for calculating the optimal cost of transportation. Assigned tasks: 1. The purpose of this work is to create an information Web-application that will allow you to calculate the optimal cost of transportation of products, provide the user with the results of the calculation in a graphical form. The scientific novelty of the results obtained in the work lies in the application of a new method of effective organization and maintenance of specialized algorithmic and software solutions for the optimization of the cost of transportation of products, focused on improving the efficiency of management of cargo transportation processes using modern information processing methods: the use of flexible development methodology (Agile) and the Atlassian JIRA task tracker for project management, interaction with the customer during development, tracking errors, visual display of tasks and monitoring the process of their implementation; functional modeling of processes for the implementation of a web-application for solving the problem of optimizing the costs of transportation of products based on the IDEF0 methodology and Ramus Educational tools; using the method of collective ownership of the program code based on the service (remote repository) Atlassian Bitbucket. The practical significance of the results lies in the fact that the developed software will allow: to calculate the optimal cost of transportation for any number of points of production; for specialists of the transport and logistics operations department, to reduce the time for the formation of reporting documents, to reduce the time to search for the necessary actual reporting information due to the implementation of an ergonomic web interface; for specialists of the information systems support department, it provides conditions for reducing labor costs for maintaining, improving and developing the system, taking into account the wishes of users. The results of the work can also be used in the educational process for training bachelors and undergraduates in the direction "Information systems and technologies".

В работе подчеркивается важность навыков будущего в подготовке современного специалиста на рынке труда. Приведен перечень актуальных навыков будущего. Представлен исследовательский дизайн при разработке программы по формированию навыков будущего в среде студенческих отрядов. Проведен анализ научной литературы по тематике данного исследования, описан портрет бойца студенческих отрядов УрФУ в контексте навыков будущего. Делаются выводы о навыках будущего, востребованных бойцами студенческих отрядов, приводится сравнение рейтинга навыков будущего бойцов студенческих отрядов с рейтингом навыков с точки зрения современного работодателя. Предложены технологии по формированию навыков будущего в среде студенческих отрядов. В статье представлена программа по формированию навыков будущего в среде студенческих отрядов Уральского федерального университета. Программа состоит из 4 модулей: информационный модуль, включающий 4 лекции от спикеров Ассоциации выпускников УПИ-УрГУ-УрФУ и центра универсальных компетенций УрФУ «4К», интерактивный модуль, состоящий из четырех тренингов, проектный модуль, включающий «Творческую лабораторию». Практический модуль содержит пять мероприятий, направленных на формирование навыков будущего. Приводятся результаты тестирования части элементов программы по формированию навыков в среде студенческих отрядов. Делается вывод о значительном потенциале движения студенческих отрядов в формировании навыков будущего. / The article emphasizes the importance of future skills in training a modern specialist in the labor market. The list of actual skills of the future is given. The article presents a research design for the development of a program for the formation of skills of the future in the environment of student groups. The article analyzes the scientific literature on the subject of this study, describes the portrait of a fighter of UrFU student detachments in the context of the skills of the future. Conclusions are drawn about the skills of the future that are in demand by the fighters of student squads, a comparison of the rating of the skills of the future of the fighters of student squads with the rating of skills from the point of view of a modern employer is given. Technologies for the formation of skills of the future in the environment of student groups are proposed. The article presents a program for the formation of future skills among the student groups of the Ural Federal University. The program consists of 4 modules: an information module, which includes 4 lectures from speakers of the UPI-USU-UrFU Alumni Association and the UrFU Center for Universal Competencies "4K". Interactive module consisting of four training sessions. The project module includes a "Creative Laboratory". The practical module includes five activities. The results of testing some elements of the program for the formation of skills in the environment of student groups are presented. Based on the results, conclusions are drawn about the level of formation of future skills among the student groups of the Ural Federal University.

Магистерская диссертация посвящена изучению формирования межкультурной коммуникативной компетенции у школьников 10 классов в процессе изучения иностранного языка при участии в международных волонтерских программах. Целью данного исследования является теоретическое обоснование, разработка и экспериментальная апробация модели формирования межкультурной коммуникативной компетенции у обучающихся десятых классов в процессе изучения английского языка при участии в международных волонтерских программах. Структура работы состоит из двух глав: теоретической и практической. В первой главе приведен теоретический обзор нормативных документов Федерального государственного образовательного стандарта среднего общего образования (ФГОС СОО) и научной литературы по теме формирования межкультурной коммуникативной компетенции у обучающихся старших классов на уроках иностранного языка, описаны особенности коммуникативного подхода в обучении иностранному языку, изучены двадцать семь волонтёрских программ и определены наиболее подходящие в рамках российских реалий, составлена и описана педагогическая модель формирования межкультурной коммуникативной компетенции у обучающихся десятых классов на уроках английского языка при участии иностранных волонтёров. Во второй главе описан материал исследования, педагогические технологии и деятельность обучающихся, учителя английского языка и иноязычного волонтёра в процессе формирования межкультурной коммуникативной компетенции в рамках курса внеурочной деятельности “Страноведение”, приведены результаты опытно-экспериментальной работы. Результаты экспериментальной работы подтвердили идеи о построении системы управления процессом формирования межкультурной коммуникативной компетенции старшеклассника, в котором ведущая роль принадлежит учителю английского языка, управляющему учебным процессом, сопутствующая роль принадлежит волонтёру, выступающему в роли фасилитатора коммуникативного процесса, который придаёт общению на иностранном языке более естественный характер. Материалы исследования могут быть использованы в преподавании таких учебных дисциплин как методика преподавания иностранного языка, дидактика внеурочной деятельности, практикум по межкультурной коммуникации. / The master dissertation is devoted to the study of the formation of cross-cultural communicative competence among 10th graders at English lessons with the assistance of international volunteers. The aim of this study is the theoretical justification, development and experimental testing of the educational model for the formation of intercultural communicative competence of the tenth grade students in the process of learning English with the assistance of international volunteers. The structure of the work consists of two chapters: theoretical and practical. The first chapter provides a theoretical review of normative documents (Federal State Academic Standard for High Schools) and scientific literature on the topic of the formation of intercultural communicative competence among high school students in foreign language lessons, describes the features of the communicative approach in teaching a foreign language. Twenty-seven volunteer programs have been studied during the research and the most suitable within the Russian realities have been pointed out. Moreover, a didactical model for the formation of intercultural communicative competence among the tenth grade students in English lessons with the foreign volunteers` participation has been compiled and described. The second chapter provides the information about the research material, the pedagogical technologies used in the process of forming intercultural communicative competence within the extracurricular activity course “Country Studies”, and presents the results of the experimental work. The results of the experimental work confirmed the ideas about building a management system for the formation of intercultural communicative competence of a high school student, in which the leading role belongs to the teacher of English who manages the educational process, the minor role belongs to a volunteer acting as a facilitator of the communicative process. It helps the foreign communication sound more natural and English-like. These results can be used within the courses of foreign language teaching methods, didactics of extracurricular activities, intercultural communication practice.
