Задачи работы: - проанализировать работу салона без внедрения системы; сделать обзор и анализ программного обеспечения для внедрения CRM-системы; оценить экономическую эффективность внедряемого проекта. Объект исследования данной работы является информационное веб-пространство салона красоты. Предмет исследования является информационное и программное обеспечение бизнес-процессов салона красоты. Результаты работы: практическим результатом работы является план внедрения информационной системы на предприятии, для автоматизации бизнес-процесса «Запись клиента на услугу» в салоне красоты «NB Nail Studio». / The relevance of the topic is due to high competition in the market. The purpose of the master's thesis is the research and implementation of an information system to optimize the organization's business processes. Tasks of work: analyze the operation of the cabin without introducing a system; make a review and analysis of software for the implementation of a CRM system; evaluate the economic efficiency of the implemented project. The object of study of this work is the information web space of a beauty salon. The subject of the research is information and software for business processes of a beauty salon. Results of the work: the practical result of the work is the plan for the implementation of the information system at the enterprise, to automate the business process “Registering a client for a service” in the NB Nail Studio beauty salon.

В работе произведен анализ нормативной документации в области аккредитации испытательных лабораторий. Описаны основные этапы подготовки испытательной лаборатории к подтверждению компетентности. Разработан проект программы подготовки санитарно-промышленной лаборатории ПАО «МЗИК» к подтверждению компетентности. Магистерская диссертация включает в себя 93 страницы, 8 рисунков, 6 таблиц, 6 приложений, 28 литературных источников. / The paper analyzes the normative documentation in the field of accreditation of testing laboratories. The main stages of testing laboratory preparation for confirmation of competence are described. The program project of preparing the sanitary and industrial laboratory of PJSC "MZIK" to certification of competence is done. Актуальность данного исследования заключается в анализе бизнес-процессов финансового учреждения – банка для юридических лиц, – и разработке эффективных решений обнаруженных в бизнес-процессах проблем, которые могут успешно применяться на практике для улучшения стратегической деятельности исследуемого предприятия. Целью работы являлось определение проблем в бизнес-процессах исследуемого предприятия, разработка сервиса для организации и управления банковскими коммуникациями, а также оценка экономической пользы и практической пользы от внедрения этого сервиса в деятельность АО «Точка». Предлагаемые в данной работе методы и решения позволят банку для предпринимателей и предприятий АО «Точка» не только улучшить показатели своей деятельности, но также получить значительную экономическую выгоду. Это доказывает экономическую эффективность предлагаемых в диссертации мер. / The relevance of this study lies in the analysis of the business processes of a financial institution - a bank for legal entities - and the development of effective solutions to problems found in business processes that can be successfully applied in practice to improve the strategic activities of the studied enterprise. The aim of the work was to identify problems in the business processes of the studied enterprise, develop a service for organizing and managing bank communications, as well as assessing the economic benefits and practical benefits of introducing this service into the activities of «Tochka». The methods and solutions proposed in this work will allow the bank for entrepreneurs and enterprises of «Tochka» not only to improve its performance indicators, but also to obtain significant economic benefits. This proves the economic efficiency of the measures proposed in the thesis.

В рамках работы были исследованы методы построения систем планирования и застройки садовых, земельных участков. Цель работы – разработка программного инструмента, позволяющего решать планирования застройки садового участка с учетом ограничений в части пожарной безопасности и санитарных норм. В качестве основы разработки экспертной системы планирования использовались продукционная модель представления знаний и язык Python. / Within the framework of this work, a study was made of the existing types of planning of garden plot development. Объектом выпускной квалификационной работы является компания ООО «Авторапорт». Предметом исследования является информационная система компании ООО «Авторапорт». При выполнении данной работы использованы следующие методы: моделирование, синтез информации, сравнительный анализ, сбор документов. По результату внедрения CRM-системы «Битрикс 24» были достигнуты все цели и задачи. Внедрение «Битрикс 24» позволило повысить эффективность работы компании ООО «Авторапорт» благодаря расширению функциональности информационной системы компании, что в значительной мере увеличило качество и скорость работы сотрудников, повысило эффективность взаимодействий с клиентами, а также улучшило коммуникацию между работниками. / The object of the final qualifying work is the company Avtoraport LLC. The subject of the study is the information system of the company Autoraport LLC. When performing this work, the following methods were used: modeling, information synthesis, comparative analysis, document collection. As a result of the implementation of the Bitrix 24 CRM system, all goals and objectives were achieved. The implementation of Bitrix 24 made it possible to increase the efficiency of Avtoraport LLC by expanding the functionality of the company’s information system, which significantly increased the quality and speed of employees’ work, increased the efficiency of interactions with clients, and also improved communication between employees.

Показаны источники формирования финансовых ресурсов государства. В работе подробно анализируется бюджетная система Китая, а также финансовые ресурсы китайских предприятий и домохозяйств. В заключении рассматриваются проблемы формирования и использования государственных финансовых ресурсов Китая и их решение.
