電子銀行現況探討與使用者特徵分析

摘 要 電子銀行服務是指利用資訊科技取代人員作業,打破地理限制,提供全天候24小時不間斷的服務,讓客戶能擁有更多、更方便的服務管道。發展電子銀行能讓銀行得以降低營運成本,同時又能提高金融服務品質,故國內各家銀行紛紛推出電子銀行的服務策略。然而任何策略的成功與否,取決於是否廣為客戶所接受;因此,網路科技雖然改變了銀行的經營方式,但不論科技如何進展,依據客戶需求制訂業務發展方向仍是不變的準則。發展電子銀行服務必順落實顧客導客,所以規劃系統時,務必以客戶的需求為最終目標本。有鑑於此,本研究將針對電子銀行的經營現況進行探討,並以真正使用電子銀行的顧客為樣本採行實證研究,以了解使用電子銀行的客戶類型,期能區隔並篩選目標顧客,利於銀行進一步制定有效的經營策略,取得電子商務洪流中的競爭優勢。 / Abstract E-bank indicates the incessantly all-day service in which the personnel operation is replaced by information technology and the workplace is unrestricted. It provides the customers a more convenient channel of service. The development of e-bank can benefit the bank to lower the business cost and simultaneously to raise the quality of financial service. Consequently, every bank in Taiwan brings up the tactics of e-bank service. Nevertheless, the success of any strategy depends on whether the customers can accept it or not. In other words, although Internet technology transforms the operating style of bank, the unchangeable standard of business development is to meet clients’ demands. Since the development of e-bank needs to focus on customers, the ultimate goal of this service is to fulfill their requirements. Therefore, this thesis is the empirical study in which adopts people using e-bank virtually as the sample and aims to discuss the current development of e-bank. It functions to realize the categories of e-bank clients and thereby to distinguish and select the target customers, to help banks furthermore to set up effective business strategy, and to take a dominant position in the torrent of e-commerce.

台灣ATM 在超商通路的經營策略

隨著日益都市化生活的演進中,便利商店已和我們的生活息息相關且成為不可或缺的消費場所。以目前台灣地區六千餘家的便利商店中,大約裝設了超過三千台自動提款機(ATM)。其中光是中國信託商業銀行和統一超商7-11聯盟,就已經在其便利商店裝設超過二千台ATM。但是這些機器所提供給消費者的功能,似乎和一般裝設在銀行分行端的ATM沒有太大的差別,客戶也感受不到任何差異化的服務,明顯的表現就是機器的使用率偏低。若是長期以往,勢必無法引起消費者的青睞,甚至沉重的營運成本也將造成金融機構的財務負擔。 以日本為例,其為全世界每百萬人口ATM機器數量最高者,也是全球ATM裝設數量第二大的國家。自1999年開始,日本在零售通路ATM上,小自內容供應 (Content Provide),大到異業結盟 (Joint Venture) 等,都有關鍵性的創新經營和策略模式。在內容供應上,日本銀行業者與內容供應商 (Content Providers) 合作,在ATM上提供民生消費及流行資訊等零售市場小額售價服務,真正做到於超商據點中提供消費者零售金融 (Retail Banking) 的服務;而在經營策略上,為了降低營運成本負擔及提高資產使用效率原則,其金融機構逐漸發展出異業結盟和專業委外的經營型態 (Business Model) 的概念,捨棄以往自行擁有 (Exclusive Ownership) 轉而成為向專業ATM經營公司租賃, 一則增加資產使用率、降低營運成本 ,另一方面藉由專業資訊管理機制所發展出來科技整合,加強金融服務和零售通路的優勢結合,增加客戶使用的方便性,也進一步擴大對消費者的服務範圍,達到雙贏的結果。 本篇研究以日本超商ATM現況為對象,並參考其發展模式,加入台灣經營環境及消費習慣,提出經營策略方案,讓國內銀行業者從財務和科技發展角度看ATM在零售市場通路的佈局。

電子支付工具發展趨勢之研究-以我國晶片金融卡為例

商業活動以支付工具完成付款作業。時代變遷,支付工具亦隨之進化演進。科技進步,電子支付工具陸續興起,電子支付工具依照特性可有不同的分類,對於不同的使用對象,在不同的使用環境,依不同需求可選擇不同的工具。 金融卡是我國重要的支付工具之一,具有提款、轉帳、餘額查詢及繳稅費等功能,磁條金融卡因安全因素將全面轉換為晶片卡,晶片金融卡除具有磁條卡的交易功能,在安全性大幅提昇後,配合網路自動櫃員機在網際網路上已成為一項方便又安全的支付機制,未來可朝全方位金流工具發展。 本研究透過了解電子支付工具的分類及特性,並探討電子支付工具之國內外應用發展趨勢及相關失敗經驗,綜合研究資料及心得,分析晶片金融卡支付工具之優劣強弱,提出晶片金融卡支付工具未來發展建議,期能讓我國消費市場電子支付工具之發展更健全,以構建發展電子支付工具之完整版圖。 關鍵字:電子支付工具(Electronic Payment Tool)、晶片金融卡(Financial Chip Card)、網路自動櫃員機(eATM)、金流(Cash Flow) / The payment of business activity is done by the payment tool. As time goes by, the payment tool is improving. Electronic payment tool is coming through the progress of technology. There are different categories in users, environments, and demands for various characteristics of the electronic payment tool. The ATM Card is one of the most important payment tools in Taiwan with the function of Inter-bank Withdrawal, Balance Inquiry, Fund Transfer, and Tax Payment. The Magnetic Stripe ATM Card is being replaced by the Financial Chip Card for the security reason. With the original functions of the Magnetic Stripe Card plus security control, the Financial Chip Card can be also worked with eATM on the Internet and becomes a convenient and safe payment tool toward all-around cash flow development in the future. We study not only the categories and characteristics, but also all applications, trends, and related experiences of the electronic payment tool. We combine all the information and opinions about the Financial Chip Card as a payment tool to understand its strengths and weaknesses. We hope that the development of Electronic payment tool in Taiwan is progressing and look forward to its benefits in all sides.
