Στόχος της εργασίας είναι η συνολική αποτίμηση της προσφοράς των Μακεδονικών Ημερών στα νεοελληνικά γράμματα και η παρουσίαση της γενικότερης εικόνας τους, στο λογοτεχνικό ορίζοντα. Το πρώτο κεφάλαιο της παρούσας εργασίας εστιάζεται στα ζητήματα συγκρότησης και ταυτότητας του περιοδικού από την οπτική γωνία των ίδιων των ιδρυτών του. Ακολουθεί το προγραμματικό σημείωμα του εναρκτήριου τεύχους και ο ορίζοντας προσδοκιών των εταίρων. Κατόπιν, σχολιάζεται ο τίτλος του περιοδικού και συζητούνται οι λόγοι της δεκάμηνης αναστολής της κυκλοφορίας του. Παράλληλα, παρουσιάζονται οι συνεργάτες, η ύλη και οι εκδόσεις που υποστήριξε. Επιπλέον, γίνεται μια προσπάθεια αιτιολόγησης του σχίσματος του βασικού κορμού των συνεργατών. Συνάμα, επισημαίνονται οι μεταπολεμικές διακηρύξεις του, κατά την περίοδο της «σκιώδους επανέκδοσής του». Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο, μπορεί κανείς να παρακολουθήσει την «ενηλικίωση» της θεσσαλονικιώτικης λογοτεχνίας, υπό ιδιότυπες συνθήκες και την εξάπλωση του εσωτερικού μονόλογου, στις σελίδες των Μακεδονικών Ημερών. Εν συνεχεία, συζητείται η ύπαρξη ή μη της καλούμενης ως «Σχολής της Θεσσαλονίκης». Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο, αναλύεται το φαινόμενο του μεσοπολεμικού «εγωτικού πεζογραφικού οργασμού», εξετάζεται η μυθιστοριογραφική, διηγηματογραφική και ποιητική παραγωγή, ενώ γίνεται λόγος για τις έρευνες που διεξήγαγε το περιοδικό και τις σελίδες κριτικής και μεταφραστικής προσπάθειας των συνεργατών. Ακόμα, μελετάται η καλλιτεχνική κίνηση της εποχής. Έμφαση δίνεται στις σχέσεις των Μακεδονικών Ημερών με τα συγκαιρινά περιοδικά και τον Πέτρο Ωρολογά. Συζητείται, επίσης, η σχέση κέντρου - απόκεντρου. Τέλος, ερευνάται η κριτική πρόσληψη του περιοδικού στη διαχρονία. / The aim of this thesis is the overall evaluation of Makedonikes Imeres Journal’s contribution to Modern Greek literature and the presentation of their comprehensive view in the literary horizon. The first chapter of this thesis focuses on matters concerning the foundation and the identity of the journal as it was perceived by its own founders. Furthermore, there is a presentation of the journal inaugurate issue and the editors’ horizon of expectations. Also, there is an annotation on the journal’s title and a discussion on the reasons that led to its ten-month release suspension. In addition, there is a presentation of all the associates that worked for the journal, the subject used and the publications it supported. Moreover, an attempt to explain the split of the core partners is carried out. Furthermore, post-war declarations during the journal’s “shady reissue” are pointed out. In the second chapter anyone can observe the progress to maturity that the Literature of Thessaloniki made under peculiar circumstances and the proliferation of the internal monologue on the pages of Makedonikes Imeres. Also, the existence or not, of the so called “School of Thessaloniki” is placed under discussion. In the third chapter there is a detailed analysis of the phenomenon of the interwar introversive prose, an examination of fictional writing, short story writing and poem creation, while at the same time there is a reference to the investigations conducted by the journal, the evaluation pages, as well as the translation efforts made by the journal partners. In addition, studies on the artistic movement of that era. What is more, emphasis is given on the relationship between the Makedonikes Imeres, other contemporary periodicals and Petro Orologa. Also there is a debate on the existent relationship between the core area and the province. Finally, the attitude of critics towards the journal throughout years is under examination.

Como referencial teórico, apresentamos nossa leitura sobre a teoria imperialista, tentando caracterizar a atual configuração política e econômica mundial na qual se insere o nosso objeto de estudo. Em seguida, se pretendeu elaborar um histórico da formação social-econômica e política de Honduras, marcando os momentos que possam ter relação histórica com o golpe de Estado de 2009. Para além da realidade estritamente hondurenha, buscamos entender qual é o papel que a região do Gran Caribe cumpriu e cumpre no tabuleiro geopolítico atual. No terceiro capítulo, analisamos o governo do presidente Manuel Zelaya e mergulhamos nos acontecimentos da crise institucional que culminou na quebra da ordem democrática no país. Finalmente, avaliamos as consequências imediatas do golpe para a sociedade hondurenha, no período que abrange o governo interino de Roberto Micheletti e os primeiros anos do governo de Porfírio Lobo Sosa, a partir de parâmetros de análise que compreendem aspectos da movimentação do capital estrangeiro (financeiro e industrial), violação de direitos humanos, mobilização popular em resistência ao golpe e âmbito internacional da crise. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / The research produced a case study of the coup against President Manuel Zelaya in Honduras (2009), analyzing how the event expresses a reordering of neoliberal hegemonic influences in the region, reconfiguring the power correlations and influencing the geopolitical game. As a theoretical framework, we present our reading of the imperialist theory, trying to characterize the current political and economic world setting in which to insert the object of our study. Then, it was intended to develop a history of social-economic and policy formation of Honduras, marking the moments that may have historical relationship with the coup in 2009. Besides strictly Honduran reality, we seek to understand what is the role that the region Gran Caribe fulfilled and fulfills the current geopolitical chessboard. In the third chapter, we analyze the government of President Manuel Zelaya and dive into the events of the institutional crisis that culminated in the breakdown of the democratic order in the country. Finally, we assess the immediate consequences of the blow to the Honduran society, the period covered by the interim government of Roberto Micheletti and the first years of the government of Porfirio Lobo Sosa, from analysis of parameters that include aspects of foreign capital movement (financial and industrial), violation of human rights, popular mobilization in resistance to the coup and international influence.

No. of bitstreams: 1 282002.pdf: 5443790 bytes, checksum: d8ad1b9dc3dd01ca2a134ba4d248fbda (MD5) / Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar e compreender o Plano Diretor de Florianópolis, desenvolvido em 1952, pelos urbanistas Edvaldo Paiva, Demétrio Ribeiro e Edgar Graeff, à luz do momento histórico e econômico brasileiro e local, buscando o entendimento da concepção desse plano, de sua abrangência e de sua repercussão na organização sócio-espacial da cidade. Esse trabalho também visa contribuir para o debate e a compreensão do papel dos planos diretores no planejamento e no ordenamento urbano e a sua eficácia na regulamentação e na implementação das ações urbanas transformadoras. O Plano Diretor é elaborado para a capital catarinense, em um momento que se disseminavam ideais de mudança e superação do atraso econômico que se encontrava a cidade no início da década de 50. Com a progressiva redução das atividades portuárias, a economia da cidade se apoiava na função administrativa de capital do Estado. Já os graves problemas de infra-estrutura aliados ao precário sistema rodoviário que dificultava os acessos à capital inibiam qualquer desenvolvimento industrial que pudesse dinamizar a economia nesse período. Em 1952, quando as grandes cidades brasileiras experimentavam intenso crescimento demográfico, que a cidade de Florianópolis, com menos de 70.000 habitantes, tem seu primeiro Plano Diretor elaborado. A proposta, que apresenta uma forte influência do momento político desenvolvimentista e do planejamento urbano nacional, representa a crença existente neste período histórico, de que o planejamento traria a solução para diversos problemas que as cidades enfrentavam.

A Cidadania, tal como a entendemos hoje, é um conceito e uma prática extremamente recentes na história da humanidade. Fundamentado na noção do comparatista Edward Said (1995) de que a Literatura Comparada procura ver, em conjunto e em contraponto, várias culturas, literaturas e áreas do conhecimento, o presente estudo explora e desenvolve o conceito estabelecido pela autora deste trabalho de “Estética da Cidadania” moderna em oposição à Estética da Cidadania tradicional aristotélica. O conceito de Estética da Cidadania é analisado, no romance Relato de um certo Oriente, do escritor brasileiro, nascido em Manaus, Milton Hatoum (2003). O termo “estética” está relacionado à condição literária do texto, enquanto que o termo “cidadania” expressa uma preocupação ética, própria ao domínio filosófico. Assim, Literatura e Filosofia não se confundem, mas relacioná-las pode ser útil para ampliar a compreensão de ambas. A relação entre as duas áreas se dá através do exame da voz e dos comportamentos dos personagens da narrativa, onde é possível desenvolver e exemplificar o conceito de Cidadania Moderna. O conceito de “moderno” está aqui empregado no sentido de Charles Taylor (1997). Através da análise das concepções morais dos personagens centrais e da ética própria aos grupos aos quais eles pertencem é possível exemplificar a manifestação dos princípios éticos que permitem o exercício da Cidadania, preconizados por John Rawls (2000). Estes princípios são também os três objetivos da Filosofia Política, a saber: reduzir as diferenças morais e filosóficas, compatibilizar os planos de vida e estabilizar o esquema de cooperação.

The life and work of Bob Krčil have so far been known from fragments and unsubstantiated legends. The aim of this essayistic piece is to lay out the deeper motives of his personal trajectory, photographic oeuvre, and activities for the Czech exile community. Krčil’s photographic body of work is inseparably connected with his eventful life. The writing of the thesis was preceded by tracking down and putting together Krčil’s fragmented estate, sorting out his correspondence and writings, and interviewing people who knew him personally. By drawing on these materials, the thesis aims to provide insight into the life and motivations of this important figure of Czech exile culture.
