Cesium 137 v lesním ekosystému / Cesium 137 in wood ecosystem

KAŇKOVÁ, Jaroslava January 2007 (has links)
The first part of thesis is engaged in explanation of some basic concepts regarding an elected topic: radioactivity, isotope, nuclide, halftime, gamaspectrometry etc. In the second part I deal with element cesium and influence of the Chernobyl accident. The final part processes questions of cesium - 137 in wood ecosystem. It is mainly concerned with research and gamaspectrometric measurement of wood substance, bark and samples of soil. In practical part (it is one part of the final part) I made taking of samples (especially soil from the depth 0-5 cm, soil from the depth 5 - 20 cm, wood substance and forest planting) from some localities above all the South Bohemian Region and next their gamaspectrometric measurement (quantitative analysis of cesium - 137 in wood ecosystem) at SÚJB in České Budějovice according to methodology.Measured values of cesium - 137 in samples were relatively low and its impact on the health of our population is in regard to other sources of ionizing radiance insignificant. The supposed hypothesis was herewith confirmed.

A Content-Based Recommendation System for Leisure Activities

Rodas Britez, Marcelo Dario 23 October 2019 (has links)
People’s selection of leisure activities is a complex choice because of implicit human factors and explicit environmental factors. Satisfactory participation in leisure activities is an important task since keeping a regular active lifestyle can help to maintain and improve the wellbeing of people. Technology could help in selecting the most appropriate activities by designing and implementing activities, collecting people profiles and their preferences relations. In fact, recommendation systems, have been successfully used in the last years in similar tasks with different types of recommendation systems. This thesis aims at the design, implementation, and evaluation of recommendation systems that could help us to better understand the complex choice of selecting leisure activities. In this work, we first define an evaluation framework for different recommendations systems. Then we compare their performances using different evaluation metrics. Thus, we explore and try to better understand the user’s preferences over leisure activities. After, having a comprehensive analysis of modelling recommended items and leisure activities, we also design and implement a content-based leisure activity recommendation system to make use of a taxonomy of activities. Moreover, in the course of our research, we have collected and evaluated two datasets obtained one from the Meetup social network and the other from crowd-workers and made them available as open data sources for further evaluation in the recommendation system research community.

La construction de l’expérience par le théâtre : contribution à un programme d'ergonomie des situations de formation au métier d'enseignant / The construction of experience by theater : contribution to a program of situation ergonomics of training in teacher's job

Archieri, Catherine 09 July 2013 (has links)
This research presents works on the construction of the experience of teacher trainees by the practice of drama according to an "analysis of the activity" approach. The goal was to treat the following question: at which conditions can a theatrical practice help students to enter their "role" of future teachers, and thus to help them to act later in class? A praxeological stake to help the designers of training programs with professional-qualification aim guided the production of scientific knowledge. Three categories of empirical materials were used to build the data: a) observation data collected during the training session; b) self-confrontation data gathered from interviews led just after training sessions; c) data of interviews led some time after the training sessions. The data analysis was driven in reference to the semiological approach of the "cours d'action" (Theureau, on 2004, 2006) that allowed to describe and to interpret activities of the participants. The scientific contribution of this research allows to propose a new orientation in the field of teacher training: to focus on the creative activity of the trainees encouraging the emergence of "potentialities to act" in unforeseen situations, encouraging the self regulation, the analysis of collective practice, the opening on the environment. So, even if it seems paradoxical, a game of improvisation in a situation remote from the professional context and in reassuring conditions can turn out to be a "space of encouraged actions" (Durand, on 2008) for the future teacher.

Simonelli, Angela Paula 12 February 2009 (has links)

No. of bitstreams: 1 2289.pdf: 1841729 bytes, checksum: 42e3b3636fee6d594cf1c1d005e98239 (MD5) Previous issue date: 2009-02-12 / Universidade Federal de Sao Carlos / In this study, we meant to analyze disable people s inclusion policies and actions regarding to Brazilian work market. The Law 8213/91 and the Decree 3298/99 have been based on the biomedical model and have directed the actions in Brazil. The Legislation determines reservation of market for the people with disabilities. However, it does not present any sort of methodological actions concerning inclusion. The biomedical model understands disability in a way that it does not empower effective inclusion. Therefore, this view points towards assisting actions that do not guarantee education, knowledge or professional development. It historically maintains some persons excluded from work. The social model considers the preparation of people with disabilities and the society strengthening the concept of inclusion. The methodological assumptions concerning both the social model of disability and the analysis of the work activity directed the assessment of the practices based on the biomedical model. Exploratory research methods were employed in order to analyze practices adopted by public and private institutions in Brazil as well as to the bibliographical research. Among 39 proposals of action examined, we had chosen three because they were the more significant and thus interviews were done in loco. Action research was used in a pilot study developed in a textile industry. This pilot study involved five people with disabilities, partnerships among institution of instruction, research and local governmental organizations. This study aimed both to analyze empirically techniques and methods of inclusion based on work activity and to assess whether inclusion of people with disabilities is tightly related to analyzis and adaptation concerning the work activities. Conclusions present the relevance of the social model of disability as basement for inclusion actions and the analyzis of work activity which shall comprise adaptations on the local of work and its work contents and processes for the people. Some factors may explain the low number of employed persons in relation to the market demanding: although the Law 8213/91 has been in operation for 17 years, its regulation took a long time; the inspection has still not have necessary structure; the public and private investment in professional qualification and in adaptation of work activities has still been insufficient. The lack of information on the work activities by employers as well as by the institutions for people with disabilities, the lack of accessibility in companies and the social stigma related to functional capacities and abilities of people with disabilities are the most difficulties in direction to inclusion. This study proposes a program under municipal ownership whereas it permits to know the local demanding of people with disabilities and companies. This program also might consider actions that provide working qualification for the people with disabilities, remove environment obstacles and aide the companies to useful adjustments for inclusion.

No. of bitstreams: 1 arquivototal.pdf: 1328991 bytes, checksum: 51c5c4c361071b2936a57ba3d54918d8 (MD5) Previous issue date: 2016-09-14 / Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPES / This study of qualitative and descriptive perspective, main objective is to analyze the work activity of the tutelaries counselors of one city in Paraíba. The research included the voluntary participation of 12 members divided into four Councils Tutelary (CTs), aged 27-53 years, mostly made up of females (10). In the method were realized individual interviews semi-structured, observations in the workplace, diary of field and a refund and validation with a group of tutelaries counselors in the last stage of field research. The data collected were subjected to content analysis by section themes, taking the approach of psychodynamics of work as a theoretical basis that justifies all the research. This study concluded that the organization of the work of CTs, with its characteristic of a collective institution is guided by the importance of collective work among its members. It also highlighted the precarious working conditions of guardianship counselors, characterized by the lack of a technical team to assist in service to users, fuel shortages for conducting external occurrence and the use of obsolete computers. About labor relations, there was the existence of cooperation between members of the same collegial, lack of unity among the tutelaries counselors of the different CTs and the relationship sometimes problematic with police officers and authorities because of conflict of assignments. The relationship with service users was considered by the research participants as positive, however, the workplace is identified as the cause of a problem between them. It also became clear that the experiences of suffering are related to: a) barriers caused by other institutions that hinder or stop completely the tasks, showing the lack of autonomy of CTs; b) risks and violence to which guardianship counselors are exposed daily on work; c) confront with situations involving death and violence against children and adolescents. The experiences of pleasure are directly related to the execution of a task that has brought positive transformations to the user's life, recognition of the work done and the sense of justice caused by the punishment of offenders as a result of the complaint made by CT. Although tutelaries counselors feel devalued by society and the city administrator, they feel recognized by their peers and also by users, both factors are important sources of pleasure and meaning at work.

Silva, Frankleudo Luan de Lima 04 February 2014 (has links)
Made available in DSpace on 2015-05-14T13:16:27Z (GMT). No. of bitstreams: 1 arquivototal.pdf: 2122259 bytes, checksum: 515653a397ba4d6c352ec4c43726401c (MD5) Previous issue date: 2014-02-04 / Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPES / This dissertation aims at analyzing the work activity of necrotomists Department of Forensic Medicine (DMF) of a capital of the Brazilian Northeast. This goal unfolds in the following specific objectives: to know the organization and the working conditions of necrotomists; understand how stigma affects the lives of these professionals, detect traces of cooperation and solidarity manifested in their work activity; shed light about the risks present in such activity; know the strategies they develop to cope with death in their daily work; evidence if they feel recognized or not in his work. The study included six necrotomists that currently make up the cadre of that DMF, being all male, aged between 32 and 48 years and length of service ranging from four to 23 years. From a theoretical standpoint, the psychodynamics of work was the main approach used, although other clinical approaches to work have also been summoned. As for the method, this research is characterized by a field study of a qualitative nature, in which he sought to combine individual semi-structured interviews and systematic observations at necropsy room. For data analysis, the perspective adopted was content analysis by clipping issues. It was found that the actual organization of the work of necrotomists is marked by the existence of some common rules, built in exercise activity. Highlights the precariousness of working conditions, which represents a state investment incompatible with the demands of the organ. These conditions, combined with a representation of the negative social work necrotomists, which situates the list of those activities graded dirty work, disgusting, degrading, produce additional suffering, requiring these workers, in addition to physical exertion own this activity, psychic maneuvers to avoid slipping on the grounds of mental illness. It was found that the relationship of necrotomists with the various risks of their activity is mediated by individual and collective defensive strategies, without which the experience of suffering and fear would be much felt. It is emphasized, too, that work daily with violent deaths is a potentially destabilizing for these professionals, which arouses the need for building emotional defenses and elaborations subjective, urging the production of possible ways of experiencing the world of work and recreate itself as subject. It was noted, finally, that if on one hand the necrotomistas perceive their work recognized by the direction of DMF, by experts, by themselves, and less frequently by the families of the victims, on the other, the indifference of the State, expressed in underinvestment in technical conditions and low wages, shows a depreciation of the category.

Prediction of Solar Activity from Solar Background Magnetic Field Variations in Cycles 21-23

Shepherd, Simon J., Zharkov, S.I., Zharkova, Valentina V. January 2014 (has links)
yes / A comprehensive spectral analysis of both the solar background magnetic field (SBMF) in cycles 21-23 and the sunspot magnetic field in cycle 23 reported in our recent paper showed the presence of two principal components (PCs) of SBMF having opposite polarity, e. g., originating in the northern and southern hemispheres, respectively. Over a duration of one solar cycle, both waves are found to travel with an increasing phase shift toward the northern hemisphere in odd cycles 21 and 23 and to the southern hemisphere in even cycle 22. These waves were linked to solar dynamo waves assumed to form in different layers of the solar interior. In this paper, for the first time, the PCs of SBMF in cycles 21-23 are analyzed with the symbolic regression technique using Hamiltonian principles, allowing us to uncover the underlying mathematical laws governing these complex waves in the SBMF presented by PCs and to extrapolate these PCs to cycles 24-26. The PCs predicted for cycle 24 very closely fit (with an accuracy better than 98%) the PCs derived from the SBMF observations in this cycle. This approach also predicts a strong reduction of the SBMF in cycles 25 and 26 and, thus, a reduction of the resulting solar activity. This decrease is accompanied by an increasing phase shift between the two predicted PCs (magnetic waves) in cycle 25 leading to their full separation into the opposite hemispheres in cycle 26. The variations of the modulus summary of the two PCs in SBMF reveals a remarkable resemblance to the average number of sunspots in cycles 21-24 and to predictions of reduced sunspot numbers compared to cycle 24: 80% in cycle 25 and 40% in cycle 26.

The work relationship for young non-graduates

Boancă-Deicu, Ioana 28 November 2013 (has links)
The thesis questions the methods of organizing the devices for alternating training for insertion. Created forty years ago, in a context of economic crisis, this devices represent today a necessary step, especially for the young un-graduated. By studying the underlying logic of public insertion policies, the impact of the type of production "serviciel" on the activity of the employees and the constitutive pedagogy of these formations, the thesis reveals the tensions between the issues brought by different stakeholders and their effects on the learning process and insertion of youth. Starting from these aspects, substantiated in the first part, we have to see what is the position of the trainee activity carried in the company within these formations. The field survey allows, firstly, comprehending the diversity and the complexity of these work situations to which the trainees are daily confronted. It shows how the manage to mobilize or not, in this situations, the appropriate theoretical knowledge and the knowledge previously forged, to control their emotions, to invest the teachings drawn from their own history to reprocess the values held by the work place, to meet the requirements of the task and the expectations of the service to be performed. Afterwards, the empirical survey focuses specifically on the practices of the trainers upon the reflective moments dedicated to feedback. Caught in a pincer between urgency, economic efficiency criteria, the trainers do not really involve the trainees in an analysis of the lived experience. Therefore, many lessons rest in the shadow, resting undervalued in the insertion process.
