2	Kontaktfamiljsinsatsen : Unga vuxnas upplevelser av insatsen kontaktfamilj som barn / Contact families : Young adults’ childhood experiences of the intervention "contact family" Shirazi Nejad, Yegane, Nilsson, Jessica January 2012 (has links) The purpose of this study was to describe and analyse a group of young adults’ childhood experiences of the intervention "contact family". The used methods were qualitative interviews and a standardised formulary with life questions, to strengthen the interviews and to compare data. The theoretical frame was taken from Bronfenbrenner’s child development theory and Antonovsky’s salutogenic perspective, which we supplemented with Hilchen Sommerschild’s theory about the "conditions of control". The results showed that all of the interviewed clients were positive to the intervention. They got to do things with their contact families that they did not do at home – the opportunity to an environmental change, the feeling of appreciation and a better every-day life with new perspectives. Some felt that it was negative that their contact families lived on the country side, that the contact family itself had problems of their own, and that it was hard to adapt to the new roles of the family. 3	Olovlig andrahandsuthyrning : En analys av den nya lagstiftningen Holm, Alexander, Minten, Linnea January 2020 (has links) Syftet med uppsatsen är att utifrån frågeställningar analysera rättsläget avseende olovlig andrahandsuthyrning av bostäder enligt jordabalken (1970:994) och bostadsrättslagen (1991:614). Det utförs med anledning av de lagändringar som blev gällande i oktober 2019. I uppsatsen används rättsdogmatisk metod. Rättskällorna som behandlas är lagstiftning, förarbeten och doktrin. Den rättsdogmatiska metoden kompletteras med en rättsanalytisk metod. I och med den nya lagändringen så har hyresgästens besittningsskydd försvagats och hyresvärdens rättsliga ställning stärkts. En förstahandshyresgäst har numera ingen chans till rättelse när denne hyrt ut sin lägenhet olovligen i andrahand. Hyresvärden har numera enklare reglering att förhålla sig till, då vad som betraktats som skälig hyra har förtydligats. Hyresvärden har dessutom bättre förutsättningar att ha kontroll över sin fastighet eftersom hyresgäster nu riskerar böter eller fängelse om uthyrning sker utan samtycke eller tillstånd och dessutom tar ut en oskälig hyra.
