El objetivo del estudio fue realizar un análisis bibliométrico de las tesis de grado de la base de datos Alicia, para establecer información actual de la variable violencia contra la mujer en la Psicología. Para ello, se realizó una búsqueda de la variable en la base de datos mencionada, encontrándose 136 tesis de grado, de las cuales fueron seleccionados 10 estudios relacionados al ámbito de Psicología, conformando así la muestra total. Posteriormente, se realizó un análisis de datos y de la información obtenida. En los resultados, destaca que sólo el cuarenta por ciento de las investigaciones presentan hipótesis. En suma, se observa la equidad en cantidades de las investigaciones cuantitativas y cualitativas. De igual forma, los estudios presentaron en su totalidad resumen, palabras claves, introducción y objetivos. En conclusión, el presente estudio bibliométrico contribuyó a la tangibilización y revisión de la información de los estudios analizados. / The aim of the study was to carry out a bibliometric analysis of the degree dissertations found in the Alicia database, to establish current information on the variable violence against women in Psychology. Therefore, a research of the variable was carried out in the database, finding 136 dissertations. Out of those, 10 studies were related to the field of Psychology; hence they were selected forming the study sample. Subsequently, an analysis of the data and methodologies used and information was carried out. In the results, it stands out that only forty percent of the investigations present hypotheses. In addition, they were equity in the amounts of quantitative and qualitative researches. Furthermore, one hundred percent of the studies included summary, keywords, introduction and objectives. In conclusion, the present bibliometric study contributed to the tangibilization and revision of the information of the analyzed studies. / Trabajo de investigación

El estudio tuvo como propósito realizar un análisis bibliométrico de las publicaciones científicas de la base de datos Psicodoc, esto para establecer y organizar la información actual sobre los artículos científicos latinoamericanos sobre sobre el Funcionamiento Familiar en personas diagnosticadas con algún Trastorno de conducta alimentaria, recogidos de la base de datos Psicodoc entre los años 2010-2019. Primero, se realizó una búsqueda de la variable funcionamiento familiar, se encontró un total de 77 investigaciones en español, en la base de datos de Psicodoc entre los años 2010 y 2019, de estos quedaron 2 artículos que eran de revista sobre el funcionamiento familiar de personas que tengan trastornos de conducta alimentaria en Latinoamérica. Posteriormente, se realizaron los análisis de los datos y las metodologías que se utilizaron, y a partir de ello se realizó una breve discusión. Se destaca que ambos artículos son de corte cuantitativo y todos poseen resumen, abstract, palabras clave, introducción y objetivos, mientras que solo uno contaba con hipótesis. Se concluye que el bajo número de investigaciones encontradas demuestran la poca relevancia que se le ha dado a un tema de gran importancia. / The purpose of the study was to carry out a bibliometric analysis of the scientific publications of the Psicodoc database, to establish and organize the current information of Latin American scientific articles on Family Functioning in people diagnosed with an Eating Disorder, collected from the Psicodoc database between the years 2010-2019. First, a search was made for the variable family functioning, and a total of 77 investigations in Spanish, were found in the Psicodoc database between the years 2010 and 2019, of which 2 were magazine articles on the family functioning of people with eating disorders. Subsequently, an analysus of the data and the methodologies used was carried out and then discussed briefly. It is highlighted that both articles are of a quantitative nature and all of them have abstract summaries, keywords, introduction and objectives, while only one had hypotheses. It is concluded that the low number of investigations found demonstrate the little relevance that has been given to such an important topic. / Trabajo de investigación

El objetivo de este estudio es realizar un análisis bibliométrico de sobre las publicaciones científicas en la base de datos Scielo-Perú relacionados al Síndrome de Burnout en personal de la salud entre los años 2009 y 2019. Se encontró un total de 17 artículos, de los cuales quedaron seleccionados 7 artículos relacionados a la muestra del estudio. Luego, se prosiguió con la organización y análisis correspondiente de los artículos obtenidos. En cuanto a los resultados, se destaca la gran cantidad de estudios cuantitativos, los cuales, como parte de su estructura, presentan en un 100% resumen, abstract, palabras claves, introducción y objetivos. Asimismo, coinciden en su totalidad en cuanto a la presencia de método, resultados, discusión, conclusiones y referencias. No obstante, se encontró que la mayoría de las investigaciones no incluye hipótesis ni recomendaciones en su estudio. Finalmente se concluye que, la bibliometría es el método por excelencia que permite evaluar objetivamente la calidad y estructura de estudios científicos de manera sistematizada. De este modo, posibilita identificar que la producción científica en relación con el síndrome de burnout en el país aún es escasa. Por lo que resulta necesario promover la investigación científica peruana. / The objective of this study is to carry out a bibliometric analysis of the scientific publications in the Scielo-Peru database related to Burnout Syndrome in health personnel between 2009 and 2019. A total of 17 articles were found, of the 7 articles related to the study, samples were selected. Then, the corresponding organization and analysis of the articles obtained continued. As for the results, the large number of quantitative studies stands out, which, as part of their structure, present 100% abstract, abstract, keywords, introduction, and objectives. Likewise, they coincide in terms of the presence of the method, results, discussion, conclusions, and references. However, it was found that most investigations do not include hypotheses or recommendations in their study. Finally, it is concluded that bibliometrics is the method par excellence that allows objectively evaluating the quality and structure of scientific studies systematically. In this way, it makes it possible to identify that scientific production concerning burnout syndrome in the country is still scarce. Therefore, it is necessary to promote Peruvian scientific research. / Trabajo de investigación

El objetivo del estudio fue realizar un análisis bibliométrico de las publicaciones científicas de la base de datos Scielo, para la identificación del estado actual de investigación a nivel Sudamérica en Mobbing. Se realizó una búsqueda de la variable planteada en la base de datos Scielo, en la cual se encontró 18 artículos; siendo seleccionados para la muestra 3 de ellos, a raíz de los criterios de inclusión planteados. Se realizó el análisis de las investigaciones encontradas en cuanto a los datos y metodologías utilizadas. En los resultados, destaca que el 100% de las investigaciones cuentan con método, análisis de datos, resultados y referencias bibliográficas. El 66,66% de los artículos científicos cuentan con resumen, abstract, objetivo, hipótesis, discusión y conclusión. En tanto el 33,33% contienen palabras claves, introducción y recomendaciones. En conclusión, se puede decir que la bibliometría es una herramienta que nos ayuda a medir la producción científica de una variable específica, contribuyendo al desarrollo y avance de futuros estudios científicos. / The objective of the study was to perform a bibliometric analysis of the scientific publications in Scielo database, to identify the current state of research at the South American level in Mobbing. A search was made for the variable proposed in Scielo database, in which 18 articles were found; 3 of them were selected for the sample, based on the inclusion criteria proposed. The analysis of the investigations found was carried out, regarding the data and methodologies used. In the results, it stands out that 100% of the investigations have method, data analysis, results and bibliographic references. 66.66% of the scientific articles have summary, abstract, objective, hypothesis, discussion and conclusion. While 33.33% contain keywords, introduction and recommendations. In conclusion, it can be said that bibliometrics is a tool that helps us measure the scientific production of a specific variable, contributing to the development and advancement of future scientific studies. / Trabajo de investigación

The aim of this study is to comprehend the intellectual structure of the field of sustainability strategy studies, and be used to assist for future research agenda related to sustainability and strategy from a review of articles published in a period of 20 years in leading journals with high factor impact on management and sustainability, determine which topics studied in administration at this theme are being investigated, analyzing the structure of sustainability studies and strategy from bibliometric study of citation and co-citation. The question that guided the study was: What are the possibilities for future research related to sustainability and strategy? The research method was the bibliometric and data collection occurred in the Web of Science platform. According to the results, the publication of articles on sustainability has increased in the last five years. From a theoretical construct, further discussions can be generated, especially those that discuss the effects of the financial impact in promoting sustainable practices, and those who seek to analyze the balance between sustainability and competitive development of various sectors organizations. The most prominent issue was the CSR- Corporate Social Responsibility, as ethical and transparent management with their public , the analysis of the study, you can see that the RBV can present high potential explanatory opening different perspectives of strategic performance of individual company. / O presente estudo buscou uma revisão nos artigos publicados em um período de 20 anos nos principais periódicos internacionais em Administração, que continham alto fator de impacto. A justificativa deste estudo se deve ao fato da aparente inexistência de uma revisão que conecte a relação de estratégia e sustentabilidade. Embora muitos pesquisadores reconheçam o tema como um desafio estratégico para as empresas, este trabalho se propõem a compreender melhor as questões sobre sustentabilidade na sua relação da estratégia a partir de estudo bibliométrico de citação e cocitação. O objetivo deste estudo é compreender a estrutura intelectual do campo de estudos, e servir de auxilio para uma agenda de pesquisa futura, relacionada ao tema. A questão que norteou o estudo foi: Quais são as possibilidades de pesquisas futuras relacionadas a sustentabilidade e estratégia? O método de pesquisa foi o bibliométrico, e a coleta de dados ocorreu na plataforma Web of Science. De acordo com os resultados, a publicação de artigos sobre a sustentabilidade tem aumentado consideravelmente nos últimos cinco anos. A partir de uma construção teórica, novos debates podem ser gerados, principalmente aqueles que discutem os efeitos do impacto financeiro na promoção de práticas sustentáveis, e aqueles que buscam analisar o equilíbrio entre a sustentabilidade e o desenvolvimento competitivo de organizações de variados setores. O tema de maior destaque foi a Responsabilidade Social Corporativa (CSR), forma de gestão ética e transparente, com seus públicos, pela análise do estudo, é possível observar que a RBV pode apresentar alto potencial explanatório abrindo diversas perspectivas de atuação estratégica da empresa individual.

El objetivo del presente estudio fue realizar un análisis bibliométrico de las tesis de maestría del repositorio de la Universidad César Vallejo, para establecer información actual de los trabajos de investigación sobre justicia organizacional. Primero, se realizó una búsqueda de la variable justicia organizacional en el repositorio elegido, encontrándose un total de 15 trabajos de investigación, de los cuales 3 son tesis de maestría y están relacionados a estudios realizados en centros de salud, los que conformaron la muestra del estudio. Posteriormente, se realizaron los análisis de datos y metodologías utilizadas, y se desarrolló un análisis de la información obtenida. En los resultados se obtuvieron que la variable en este tipo de establecimientos no ha sido estudiada de manera recurrente, y que los encontrados, en su totalidad se realizaron en centros de salud ubicados en Lima. El cien por ciento de trabajos contienen resumen, abstract, palabras claves, introducción y objetivos. Se concluye que la bibliometría es una herramienta importante y útil para medir es resultado del ejercicio investigador, volviendo tangible la información de estudios previos con el fin de contribuir con el desarrollo y avance de la ciencia peruana. / The objective of the study was to carry out a bibliometric analysis of the master's theses from the repository of the César Vallejo University, to establish current information on the research work on organizational justice. First, a search was made for the variable organizational justice in the chosen repository, finding a total of 15 research papers, of which 3 are master's theses and related to studies carried out in health centers, which made up the sample of the study. Subsequently, the data analyzes and methodologies used were performed, and an analysis of the information obtained was developed. The results obtained that the variable in this type of establishments has not been studied recurrently, and that those found, most of them were carried out in health centers located in Lima. One hundred percent of works contain abstract, abstract, keywords, introduction and objectives. Revisar a literatura científica com vistas à análise do conceito e dos critérios de qualidade para revistas científicas, quais os principais trabalhos, quais tipos de mensuração ou quantificação da qualidade são apresentados, além de estudo bibliométrico da literatura recuperada. Método: O tipo de estudo foi documental utilizando uma abordagem parcial da revisão integrativa. A coleta de dados foi realizada nas bases Web of Science, SciELO, Scopus, BVS, Portal de Periódicos CAPES, E-Lis, LISA, ISTA e BRAPSI abrangendo o período de 2003 a 2013. A cobertura sobre a temática compôs um corpus de 69 artigos originais de pesquisa. Resultados: O conceito de qualidade é pouco mencionado pelos os pesquisadores. Os critérios de qualidade estão baseados no cumprimento dos aspectos formais, na seleção do melhor conteúdo e na eficiente gestão dos processos. Vários indicadores bibliométricos estão sendo pesquisados, mas muitos com foco em índices de citação; os que tiveram reconhecimento pela comunidade científica já foram incorporados às bases de dados. A Espanha é o país que lidera as pesquisas sobre a temática, principalmente com trabalhos realizados pela Universidade de Valência e pelo Conselho Superior de Pesquisas Científicas. Conclusão: A profissionalização da gestão das revistas é a forte tendência para conquistar e manter a qualidade nas perspectivas dos leitores, autores, editores e avaliadores. A literatura reflete que grande parte das revistas brasileiras ainda não cumpre os aspectos formais. Na Espanha, o foco é a questão do conteúdo científico e indicadores bibliométricos. Spain is the country that leads the research on the topic, especially with work carried out by the University of Valencia and the Higher Council for Scientific Research. Conclusion: The professionalization of management journals\' strong tendency to gain and maintain the quality from the perspectives of readers, authors, editors and reviewers. The literature reflects that most Brazilian magazines still does not meet the formal aspects. In Spain, the focus is the question of the scientific content and bibliometric indicators. Countries in North America, Europe and Asia are the current focus on bibliometric indicators.

Few studies have addressed this issue in family corporations, either being by the low number of formal councils or the difficulty to access information. This study aimed to answer the following question: what is the influence of the board composition in strategic decision making in a large family corporate group? For this purpose, a content analysis of 38 proceedings and two board meeting transcripts of a large family corporate group was performed. The results indicate that the internal members have a strong focus on operational issues, while the external members are guided in strategic aspects. The existence of two families in the shareholding control creates conflicts, and there is also support for decisions within the family. The members with extensive experience are resistant to change their opinions and avoid decisions involving retrenchment, even facing unfavorable scenarios. The main contributions of this study relate to: identify some theoretical dimensions that involve the study of decision making; evidence to show that conflicts between different families are detrimental to decision making in the board; and indications that the participation of outside directors is critical to increasing the strategic focus of the decisions. / Os Conselhos Empresariais são observados como uma verdadeira caixa preta devido ao pouco que se conhece sobre a influência de seus membros nas decisões organizacionais. Poucos estudos abordaram este tema em empresas familiares, seja pelo baixo número de Conselhos formais existentes, seja pela dificuldade de acesso a suas informações. Neste estudo buscou-se responder a seguinte questão: qual a influência da composição do Conselho na tomada de decisão estratégica em um grupo empresarial familiar de grande porte? Para isso foi realizada uma análise do conteúdo de 38 Atas e duas transcrições de reuniões do Conselho de um grupo empresarial familiar de grande porte. Os resultados indicam que os membros internos possuem grande foco em questões operacionais, enquanto os membros externos se pautam em aspectos estratégicos. A existência de duas famílias no controle acionário gera conflitos, havendo também apoio das decisões dentro do núcleo familiar. Membros com grande experiência são resistentes a mudanças de opiniões e evitam decisões que envolvam retrenchment, mesmo diante de cenários desfavoráveis. As principais contribuições deste estudo se relacionam com: identificação de algumas dimensões teóricas que envolvem os estudos sobre tomada de decisão; indícios que apontam que os conflitos existentes entre diferentes famílias são prejudiciais para a tomada de decisão no Conselho; e indicativos de que a participação de conselheiros externos é fundamental para o aumento do foco estratégico das decisões.

El objetivo de la presente investigación fue realizar un análisis bibliométrico de los estudios científicos en la base de datos EBSCO para recoger información de los últimos 14 años sobre crecimiento postraumático en pacientes oncológicos. Para ello, se realizó la búsqueda de la variable crecimiento postraumático en la base de datos EBSCO, encontrándose un total de 94 artículos, restando cinco que conformaron la muestra de estudio. El análisis de datos fue realizado en el programa de Microsoft Excel y se elaboraron gráficos para visualizar la información disponible. Como resultados se identificaron que el 80% de investigaciones cuenta con resúmenes, palabras claves, resultados, discusión y conclusiones, un 100% posee introducción, objetivos y referencias bibliográficas y, finalmente, un 60% tiene hipótesis y recomendaciones. Se recomienda continuar con la investigación de la variable de crecimiento postraumático, pues influye positivamente en la forma de entender la realidad de los pacientes que padecen el cáncer. / The aim of the present investigation was to perform a bibliometric analysis of the scientific studies in the EBSCO database to collect information from the last 14 years on post-traumatic growth in cancer patients. To do this, a search was carried out for the post-traumatic growth variable in the EBSCO database, finding a total of 94 articles, subtracting five that made up the study sample. The data analysis was carried out in Microsoft Excel and graphs were made to visualize the available information. As results, it was identified that 80% of investigations have abstracts, keywords, results, discussion, and conclusions. 100% had introduction, objectives, and references and, finally, 60% had hypotheses and recommendations. It is recommended to continue with the investigation of the post-traumatic growth variable, as it positively influences the way of understanding the reality of patients suffering from cancer. / Trabajo de investigación
