Změny v držení těla před nástupem do školy. / Changing of children body posture before entering elementary school

Holečková, Jana January 2018 (has links)
The bachelor thesis deals with the problem of the posture of pre-school children. The aim was to found out the posture of two age similar groups of pre-school children at the beginning and at the end of the final year before entering the primary school and to verify if there are some changes in posture at this time period. I used two tests to assess the posture, perspective method Klein, Thomas and Mayer in combination with the build evaluation according to Jaros and Lomicek. I was gaining the research data also by the observation method of common day running in two pre-school institutions and by the method of half-structured interview with class teachers ofthese institutions. Research file formed two age similar groups of pre-school children, specifically children from the last year of a kindergarden and children from preliminary classes. The result of the research is the finding out that in the last year, before entering the primary school, come about negative changes at posture of the pre-school children and that points to the fact that even pre-school age is high risk from posture point of view. KEY WORDS Body posture evaluation Defective body posture Pre-school child Kindergarden Preliminary class Motion activity

Monitoring motorických schopností ve vztahu k tělesnému vývoji u současných předškolních dětí / Monitoring of motor abilityes in relation to somatic development in contemporary preschool children

Cvrčková, Lucie January 2015 (has links)
The diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the level of basic motor skills of preschool children in relation to gender, age, completion of the first figure changes, body composition and level of physical posture development. The study held from May 2013 to January 2014 included 208 children (101 boys and 107 girls) in the age range of 3 - 6 years old attending kindergartens. Each subject was observed based on 32 somatic characteristics (body height, weight, 8 width dimensions, 8 peripheral characteristics of the trunk and limbs, thickness of 14 skinfolds). There was performed the body mass fractionation according to Matiegka's equations for the analysis of body composition. The completion of first character transformations was examined by aspect assessment (according to Filipin rate), so was examined the quality of posture (methods according to Matthias) and the quality of postural functions (method according to Jaroš and Lomíček). In the case of basic motor skills there was chosen 20 ms run with standing start for the testing of speed capability, for the evaluation of explosive strength abilities was selected jump from the spot with two legs reflection, the testing of explosive strength of the upper limbs was exercised by a ball throw (150 g) by both right and left hand and the evaluation...

Eksperimentinių judesio korekcijos pratybų poveikis vaikų kūno laikysenai / Effect of experimentalpractice of movement correction on children's body posture

Janušaitė, Kristina 16 August 2007 (has links)
THE WHOLE PICTURE: BODY POSTURE RECOGNITION IN INFANCY

Hock, Alyson J 01 January 2013 (has links)
Holistic image processing is tied to expertise and is characteristic of face and body processing by adults. Infants process faces holistically, but it is unknown whether infants process body information holistically. In the present study, we examined whether infants discriminate changes in body posture holistically. Body posture is an important nonverbal cue that signals emotion, intention, and goals of others even from a distance. In the current study, infants were tested for discrimination between body postures that differ in limb orientations in three conditions: in the context of the whole body, with just the limbs that change orientation, or with the limbs in the context of scrambled body parts. Nine-month olds discriminated between whole body postures, but failed in the isolated parts and scrambled body conditions, indicating that they use holistic processes to discriminate body information. In contrast, 3.5-month olds failed to discriminate between whole body postures, therefore no conclusion can be drawn about their ability to process bodies holistically. These results indicate that infants process body information holistically during the first year of life, but there are developmental changes in the processing of body information from 3.5 to 9 months of age.

Nedel, Sheila Spohr January 2009 (has links)
Postural insoles are plantar orthosis developed by Bourdiol some time before 1980. Its principle is based on the action of podal pieces, which are called elements, bars, wedges and chocks that are placed under the skin and the plantar muscles, reprogramming the body posture. In postural evaluation, the variables described in CNT protocol are observed. The body posture is described as a process of relative inter-relationship of the body parts, balancing bones, muscles, tendons and ligaments, structures that support and protect the body against external or internal agents. The aim of this study was to verify the effect of postural insoles on the body posture of schoolchildren. The specific objectives had been to describe the postural characteristics of the subjects before and after the use of postural insoles and to verify the alterations on the plantar pressure of schoolchildren, before and after the use of the insoles. Six male pupils attending the third grade of elementary school from the city of Porto Alegre - RS had been evaluated. For the data collection, postural evaluation was analyzed through a computational program for postural evaluation (CPPE) and through an electronic baropodometer. The schoolchildren were evaluated by CNT protocol, and through this evaluation were defined which podal pieces would be used in the confection of the insoles. The schoolchildren had been first evaluated without the use of postural insoles, and after that making use of the insoles, for comparison reasons. The results of the postural evaluation demonstrate body posture alterations on schoolchildren when using the insoles. The results obtained through the Wilcoxon test, with 5% of significance, point statistical difference in the evaluation of the plantar pressure in the posterior region of the left foot when using the postural insoles. One can conclude that the use of postural insoles causes alteration in the body posture of schoolchildren. Also, that the plantar pressure presents changes when postural insoles are used, with statistical significance in the posterior region of the left foot (p=0,028). Other regions of the foot had presented a better pressure distribution, however its data had not been statistical significant.
